The purpose of this study was to examine the participation satisfaction of elderly participants in the job creation project for the elderly, their living satisfaction, life satisfaction and the influence of their participation satisfaction in the project on their living satisfaction and life satisfaction. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the senior citizens who participated in the job creation project for the elderly expressed a relatively high satisfaction with the project, but the level of their living satisfaction and life satisfaction was not that high. The elderly people who participated in the educational programs of the project were more satisfied with their own participation, living and life. Second, the senior participants who were more gratified with their own participation were more satisfied with their living and life. Third, the living satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly participants were under the largest influence of their educational satisfaction, which was part of participation satisfaction. The findings of the study suggest that more educational programs should be offered to step up the expansion of the job creation project for the elderly. In order to boost the living satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly, more intensive education should be provided on the job content of the job creation project for the elderly, and the development and implementation of appropriate educational programs are required as well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project selection procedures such as information provision and transparency and project application conditions such as required documents and conditions on the satisfaction of agricultural subsidy support policy and re-application intention to support pig farmers in Jeju. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support business. Second, Need to improve the satisfaction of the business selection procedure rather than to relax the business application conditions in order to increase the subsidy re-application intention through the income increase effect by the subsidy support project. It is shown that the efforts to improve the satisfaction of the selection process can improve the satisfaction of the subsidy support project as well as re-application intention at the same time. Therefore, It is necessary to focus on improving the satisfaction of the project selection process, such as providing information and reflecting opinions on the subsidy project.

The Study on the Influence of Selection factors of Franchise System and Franchisee's Satisfaction in the Food Service Franchise Industry. Franchisors can use franchisee selection criteria as a key input control to enhance the outcomes of their future franchisees. A business technique based on long term contractual arrangements between two legally independent businesses and relying on certain inputs from both parties for success and survival has significant potential for conflict. Furthermore,with many independent small businesses falling to reach their full potential, it is important to evaluate franchising as an alternative system of business management and to identify the characteristics of franchisor and franchisees which contribute to the satisfactory operation of a franchised small business. Thus, the objective of this study was to investigate a possible relationship between franchisee satisfaction and certain characteristics of the franchisor and of the franchisees themselves. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, a Selection factors of Franchise affects positively a Franchisee's Business Satisfaction.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.

This study examined what effect the educational satisfaction level in the grey job project had on the business effectiveness and verified the effect the participant education satisfaction level had on the project business effectiveness ultimately by influencing the job satisfaction. This study utilized the source data of the senior job project old participant status survey of the Korea senior manpower development center which was conducted in 2013, and the non-proportional stratification sample extracting method was used which considered the project type, regional size, and cities/provinces. Sejong City was excluded from the survey target and the survey targeted 2,005 persons except for non-response or response-irrelevant persons concerning this study question. The collected material was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to apprehend the general characteristic of the study target. Also, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project, and the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the mediated effect of the job satisfaction level in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project. The main result of this study is as follows. First, among the effects the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, both interest level of educational contents and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the psychological effect, and the interest level of the educational contents had a significant level on the physical/social effect, and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the economic effect. Second, in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, the job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the psychological/physical/social effect. The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a complete mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the economic effect. Also, The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness. Consequently, the educational contents according with the demand of job participants will have to be developed and the exclusive manpower must be arranged to conduct the education effectively. Also, making participants feel a pride on the job fully will largely contribute to raising the business effectiveness because the job satisfaction level has a positive effect on the business effectiveness.

This study verified the effect of the level of learning organization on satisfaction of learning organization support project and the moderating effect of charismatic leadership. The level of learning organization positively affected satisfaction of learning organization support project. Especially, personal mastery affected creating&spreading knowledge and financial performance, system thingking affected building learning infra, shared vision affected learning culture&activity, teamwork and financial performance. Also, charismatic leadership partially moderated the effect of learning organization. This study provided implications to manage successful learning organization by analyzing causal relationship between learning theory and practical corporate performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational satisfaction on project effectiveness, and the mediating effect of participation satisfaction between educational satisfaction and project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly. The data were Research of the aged joining employment promotion project for the elderly made by Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged in 2010 and the total subject was 1220. Descriptive analysis, correlations analysis, and the multiple regression analysis for research model test were used. Additionally, Sobel test was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results were obtained in this study as the educational satisfaction have significant effects on participation satisfaction. And the mediating effect of educational satisfaction on project effectiveness is statistically significant. Based on the findings, in order to increase project effectiveness, we need to realize the importance of education for the aged joining employment promotion project for the elderly, and consider the participation satisfaction.

This study was conducted to empirically analyze the relationship between business and digital capabilities of small businesses on business satisfaction. To this end, business capabilities were subdivided into industry expertise and customer management expertise. Digital capabilities were subdivided into SNS activity, ease of ICT usability, and business utilization of ICT. At the same time, we examined how the moderating effect of performance of personal media education. A survey was conducted to empirically analyze this, and 200 sample who received personal media education were analyzed. SPSS 24.0 and Macro Process 4.0 were used for statistical analysis. As a result of the empirical analysis of this study, industry expertise, customer management expertise, SNS activity, and business utilization of ICT, all had a positive (+) significant effect on business satisfaction. On the other hand, the significant influence relationship on the ease of ICT usability was not tested. Industry expertise and business utilization of ICT were found to be variables that had a great influence. It was analyzed that personal media education performance plays a moderating role between SNS activity, business utilization of ICT and business satisfaction. The results of this study are meaningful in that they empirically analyze that these capabilities affect business satisfaction even for small businesses at a time when the importance of digital capabilities increases.

2001년 이후 고용노동부는 산업재해예방을 위해 50인 미만 근로자가 근무하는 소규모 사업장을 대상으로 재정지원을 해주는 클린사업장조성지원사업을 수행하고 있다. 클린사업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 사업 추진 과정과 지원 이후의 상황이 철저히 관리되어야만 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 클린사업 지원을 받은 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여, 추진 과정 중의 중요도와 만족도, 그리고 지원이후의 중요도와 만족도를 조사하였다. IPA 분석을 이용하여 클린사업의 중요도-만족도 분석을 하였으며, 그 결과 추진 과정에서는 지원 금액, 지원품목 품질, 지원품목의 다양성 요소에 특히 관심을 더 가져야 하는 것으로 나타났고, 지원 이후에는 모든 성과변수들이 기대하는 수준만큼의 성과를 얻고 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The aims of the study is to analyse the participation satisfaction and the intension continuing participation through volunteering of the elderly who take part in the employment promotion programme for the elderly. The major findings can be summarised as follows; first, although the level of satisfaction of the public sector programme participants seems relatively high, the satisfaction level on the payments is not. Secondly, there was differences in the level of volunteering intension according to different kinds of the programmes. Thirdly, higher socio-economic status, the sorts of the programme, and the level of satisfaction affects the odds of the participation intention of the elderly. Based on these findings, the study suggests various directions of the employment promotion programme for the elderly such as need assessment for the elderly, the increase of the payment, promoting the quality of employment, and the administrative system for supporting elderly volunteering.
