The Moderating Effects of Employer Trust on the Effect of Organizational Reputation (기업평판이 회사몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the the effect of organizational reputation on company commitment, turnover intention and the moderating effect of employer trust. Despite the progress of organizational reputation studies, There is a shortage of employee-perspective studies. This study considered the limitation of previous study and the help to the company. This study built a exploratory model that there is causal relationship of organizational reputatio to company commitment, turnover intention and the moderating effect of employer trust on the effect of company commitment, and turnover intention. To test hypotheses empirically, the data was collected from 239 iron and steel company's workers in Po-hang. The study showed following results. First organizational reputation had the effect on the company commitment and turnover intention significantly. a positve reputation in an organization is associate with commitment and negative reputation in an organization is associate with turnover. Second perceived employer trust played the role as the moderating variable in relation with the effect of reputation on the company commitment. The implication of these results to the union and the company, the limitation and the direction of future study were suggested.

Social Networks of Nursing Units as Predictors of Organizational Commitment and Intent to Leave of Nurses (간호사의 조직몰입과 이직의도에 대한 예측변인으로서 간호단위의 사회연결망)

  • This study attempted to examine the structural characteristics of the social network of nursing units by dividing them into a job-related advice network and a friendship network, and to analyze the relationship between nurse organizational commitment and intent to leave. The subjects were 420 nurses working in 4 hospitals and 30 nursing units. Data were analyzed using UCINET 6.0, SPSS 20.0 and HLM 7.0. In job-related advice networks, degree centrality of head nurse contributed to organizational commitment. Network density contributed to intent to leave. In friendship networks, closeness centrality of head nurses and betweenness centrality of charge nurse contributed to organizational commitment. Density and betweenness centrality of charge nurses contributed to intent to leave. Accordingly, it is necessary to foster good relationships between nurses and to develop various types of strategies for building effective networks.

Impact of Leader's Coaching on Employees' Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy (리더의 코칭이 조직구성원들의 직무만족과 직무몰입에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study investigated the impact of leader's coaching on job satisfaction and job involvement. In particular, this study examined employees' self-efficacy as a mediator in the relationship between leader's coaching and job satisfaction and job involvement. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, a conceptual model and hypotheses were established. Empirical data were collected by using a set of questionnaires. This survey was administered to employees working in 20 firms. 269 samples were used for the analysis. This study conducted a exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for the validity test, structural equation modeling(SEM) was employed to test the hypothesized relationships in the conceptual model. This study shows that the proposed model is reasonably fit to the actual data. From these analyses, the following results were obtained. First, leader's coaching is positively related to employees' self-efficacy. Second, leader's coaching is positively related to job satisfaction and job involvement. Third, employees' self-efficacy has partially mediated effects on the relationship between leader's coaching and job satisfaction and job involvement.

Relation Analysis between the Leadership and the Job Satisfaction in Postal Service Organization (우편업무조직에 있어 리더십과 조직몰입 및 직무만족과의 관계)

  • This study gropes for the way to seek a desirable leader increase the efficiency of the mail service in the post service administration. That is to say, this study presents an appropriate leadership for the enhancement of the post service administration by investigating the relationship of the leadership to the organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the post service organization. Consequently, for the mail business organization, the selling leadership and the participating leadership show strong positive (+) interrelationship with the organizational commitment, but weak positive (+) interrelationship with job satisfaction. On the other hand, the telling leadership and the delegating leadership show weak negative (-) interrelationship with the former. Here, we can learn that the selling leadership and participating leadership are more effective on the mail business organization.

  • There is an increasing awareness about the abusive supervision(AS) and organizational silence(OS) in organizations and literature about the relation between organizational commitment(OC). But there is a shortage of studies about the abusive supervision and organizational silence in travel service. The purpose of this study is to research reasons of abuse supervision in organizations, its effects, results and applications which can minimize or remove abusive supervision by discussion. In this sense, Questionnaires were delivered 9 travel agencies in Seoul and 241 of them were taken. Questionnaire data was analyzed, and according to the results, some implications were proposed. Abusive supervision affects on organizational silence and organizational commitment of employee in travel agent. Organizational silence ha positive effects on organizational commitment. Organizational silence plays as a role of mediator variable in proposal research model. It is hoped that the present research will encourage future multi-level theoretical and empirical work on abusive supervision.

  • 게임에는 많은 종류의 장르가 있다. 어떤 장르의 게임이 되었건 플레이어와 많은 상호작용을 하는 A.I는 게임에 있어 중요한 요소 이며 어드벤처 게임(Adventure Game) 장르도 예외는 아니다. A.I(Artificial Intelligence)I의 행동이나 상황에 따른 플레이어와의 상호작용은 게임에 있어 플레이어에게 몰입감을 주며 게임을 좀 더 현실감 있게 해주는 게임의 수많은 요소 중 하나다. 본 논문에서는 FSM(Finite-State Machine) 기법을 사용하여 어드벤처 게임에서플레이어에게 '몰입'을 유발 시키는 방법으로 FSM 기법의 NPC(None-Player Character) A.I 패턴을 디자인을 통해 플레이어의 '몰입'을 유발 하였다.

  • This paper propose a communication-based model of relationship marketing and study relationship development between e-business marketing and traditional marketing theory and then show the application of improved relationship marketing model in the e-business. Although e-business already has been an important area, there were so few studies on customer relationship management in e-business. Using the two aspects of communication process and effectiveness at which two precedent effect factors on the trust of customer relationship development and relationship commitment, this paper develop a communication-based model of internet marketing in th e-business.

  • Drawing on literatures from communication strategy and human resource management, this study examines how perceived communication satisfaction can affect turnover intention and also figure out mediating effect through affective commitment. We analyzed a data set from one of the largest government organizations in health and medical treatment including 267 employees's sample. Apart from previous studies, this study emphasizes perceived communication satisfaction is a critical factor rather than communication policies. Also, affective communication partially mediates the relationship between perceived communication satisfaction and turnover intention. Our theory and findings provide new insight into human resource management field in growing Korean organizations.

  • This study is an empirical study on how factors such as social factor, entertainment factor on the Wechat social media platform affect users' flow and addiction to use. Researchers thought that despite the increasing addiction of social media Wechat users, existing social media research is limited to service quality and satisfaction, so research on user flow and addiction is necessary. Therefore, the researchers try to through empirical analysis, the WeChat use to addiction path to social factor (social interactivity, payable) and entertainment factor (entertainment, life relevance), examine how WeChat user experience affects the use intention and satisfaction, and determine its role in the user's WeChat addiction and flow, and tested. The results of this study are expected to provide a new theoretical basis for future research on addiction use of social media.

  • This study points out how the two conflicting elements of empathy and estrangement that constitute the dual structure of are incorporated by dialectic; finally, this paper explores the spontaneous estrangement effects' meaning and value on the point of view of reception aesthetics. As results of these studies, First, the Brechtian set of estrangement effects techniques showed that in it could function as an empathy technique for audiences. Second, the role of Sanbazi to increase the audience's participation was to produce both the immersion effect and the estrangement effect simultaneously. These double features of Sanbazi are dialectically incorporated and simultaneously bring about both the social reality reflection and enjoyment of the audience. Third, the puppetry is valid as not a way to describe reality but one of the ways to look at social reality. Conclusionally, in terms of producing counter-discourse, the puppet show has more extensible than any other form of performance with regard to expression.
