The analysis results are as follows. First, stress has a positive effect on depression and smartphone addiction, and depression has a positive effect on smartphone addiction. Second, depression has been shown to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between stress and smartphone addiction. Third, there was a difference in influence between stress and smartphone addiction depending on age groups. Based on the above results, we present policy implications and follow-up research suggestions.

First, for the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their overall life satisfaction, both the surface behavior and inner behavior factors, which are sub-factors of emotional labor, have partial mediating effects on overall life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between the emotional labor of art psychology counselors and their subjective life satisfaction, the inner behavioral factor, which is a sub-factor of emotional labor, has a partial mediating effect in relation to workplace spirituality. This means that workplace spirituality plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional labor and life satisfaction of art psychology counselors. This study is considered as basic data for preparing plans for improving the life satisfaction of artistic psychological counselors.

  • This study focuses on the role of supplier's organizational learning capacity in creating the outcomes of technological innovation based on buyer-supplier collaboration. In doing so, the study is carried out through mediating effect analysis using 221 small and medium enterprises among Korean manufacturers. As a result of empirical tests, buyer's indirect supports(knowledge, know-how, value, information sharing) have significant and positive effects on the outcomes of technological innovation, whereas direct supports(technical staff support, machine tools and test equipments support, education for facility utilization) show no statistical significance. In addition, a further test for mediation effects reveals that a full mediation exists between supplier learning capacity and buyer's direct support, while there is a partial medication effect for buyer's indirect support. The findings suggest that buyer's indirect support can take on more important role to enhance the outcomes of supplier's technological innovation.

To achieve this, path analysis was conducted using SPSS and AMOS with data from the 2020 Survey on Compensation Levels and Working Conditions of Social Welfare Facility Workers conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. The direct and indirect effects of variables were verified and compared. The analysis results revealed that job satisfaction among social welfare workers showed a complete mediating effect in the relationship between wages, working hours, and turnover intention, while it showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between employment status, tenure, and turnover intention. Based on these findings, the study proposes measures to reduce turnover intention among social welfare workers, such as ensuring employment stability, managing job satisfaction based on tenure, and enhancing job satisfaction through wage and working hour management.
