  • This study researched on job-esteem of the students who are majoring in aviation operation services. Examining the differences in feelings of job-esteem on one's university and grade level, firstly, the result among universities indicated that the difference in positive value and social reputation factors but there's no difference in negative treatment and relative profit factors. secondly, the result indicated that there is a difference in feelings of job-esteem based on one's grade level in positive value, social reputation, and negative treatment except relative profit factors. Also, the result of this study on how variables of population statistics and satisfaction on the college major and self-esteem as flight attendants affect subordinate factors of job-esteem showed only variables of satisfaction on college major affected positive value, social reputation, negative treatment, relative profit factors.

  • The tendency of buyers of web information is changing from the cost-effectiveness which emphasizes the performance over the price to the cost-satisfaction which emphasizes the psychological satisfaction of the buyer. In music recommendation, one of the methods to increase psychological satisfaction is to use the music mood. In this paper, a music recommendation method considering the mood tag and the synonyms tag is proposed and, as an intermediate result of the proposed method, mood tags and music pieces are expressed in Thayer's AV space and then their distribution are analyzed. The analysis result shows the distributions of mood tags and the ones of music pieces are similar, which implies that the proposed recommendation method can provide significant results. In the future, the music recommendation performance will be analyzed.

  • Messages to help people far away, such as International relief campaign, are heavily influenced by situational factors. In this light, the study examined whether the message characteristics (gain/loss framing) and the individual characteristics (previous attitude to helping activity) interact to affect the message attitude and behavioral intention. The study was conducted by an experiment involving 220 subjects. The analysis resulted in the significant interactions between gain/loss framing and pre-attitude by the same direction for message attitudes and behavioral intention. It was shown that gain framing worked more effectively for the relatively more friendly group towards helping activities than for the less friendly one. The same direction was shown in the loss framing, but its difference was smaller. The process of the interactions appeared as mediated by anticipated satisfaction. The practical and theoretical implications were discussed for proper planning of messages to help others.

  • The ERP System is used as a useful tool for corporate management. The ERP system needs to be researched for continued use, taking into account the mandatory acceptance environment. This study was validated through AMOS 18 by setting up a model that adds variables in the mandatory acceptance environment based on prior studies on factors affecting the intended use of ERP system. Analysis shows that the intended use of ERP system users is significantly influenced by user satisfaction and objective usefulness, and that user satisfaction and objective usefulness are significantly affected by the quality of service quality of service. This study suggests that it is important to make users to feel the usefulness and satisfaction of the system through user's prior knowledge and participation. It also says that there is a need to maintain service quality.

  • This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

  • In this study, the factors of confirmation bias that may occur in the initial user experience stage were analyzed using a honeycomb model by deriving user experience factors for each factor. In the initial user experience stage, confirmation bias occurs in the impression stage. At the processing stage of memory, sensory memory, working memory, and long-term memory, which stores and retrieves selective memory, were closely related. Confirmation bias was classified into visibility, correlation, memory, clarity, and universality in the usability part, and satisfaction, joy, and dissatisfaction were derived as emotional factors. As a result of the analysis with the honeycomb model, visuality, clarity, universality in the usability factor, and joy in the emotional factor had little effect on the confirmation bias, and satisfaction and dissatisfaction were analyzed as the main factors of the confirmation bias in the correlation, memory and emotional factors. This study is meaningful in that it can be usefully used as a reference material for companies that customize design patterns for the factor of confirmation bias.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of computational thinking class using ARCS model to increase students' learning motivation. Then, this study designed the detailed instruction strategy according to each motivation factor(Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) of ARCS through the previous study on computational thinking education and ARCS model. The results of the ARCS test were compared between the experimental group to which the ARCS model was applied and the control group to which the general class was conducted. As a result, students in the experimental group showed significantly higher motivation for learning about computational thinking. In particular, the learning motivation of computer-related majors was significantly higher than that of the control group. In addition, majors were found to have high relevance(R) and non-majors had high satisfaction(S). Therefore, based on these findings, this study suggests an improvement for effective computational thinking class in liberal arts education.

  • This study analyzed user reviews of Dongbaekjeon and Incheoneum app, which are representative local currencies in Korea, to identify the positive/negative factors of local currency users, and established a marketing strategy based on this. App user reviews were classified into positive and negative based on the star rating, and word cloud, topic modeling, and social network analysis were performed, respectively. As a result, in the negative reviews of Dongbaekjeon and Incheoneum, dissatisfaction with app use and card issuance appeared in common. In positive reviews, keywords such as 'local economy' and 'small business owners' along with satisfaction with 'cashback' appeared. It means that local currency users perceived that their consumption support local economy, and they felt satisfaction in using local currency. Based on the satisfaction/dissatisfaction factors identified as a result of the analysis of this study, we identified what needs to be improved and to be strengthened, and appropriate marketing strategies were established. The text mining method used in this study and research results can provide meaningful information about local currencies to public officials and marketers in charge of local currencies.

  • The scope and functions of a conversational agent are gradually expanding. In particular, research and technology development is being conducted on a conversational agent that can speak first without user calls. However, still in its early stages, there is a lack of research on how a preceded utterance conversational agent will affect users. Accordingly, this study conducted a 2×3 mixed design using the user's task performance condition and the agent's self-exposure as independent variables and measured Intimacy, Functional Satisfaction, Psychological Reactance, and Workload as dependent variables to identify the effects of preceded utterance conversational agent on user experience.

  • This study reports on the motivational use of special libraries from a user's perspective that investigated four motivational components: attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction (ARCS) of the library users. Even though special libraries received relatively little attention compared to public libraries, special libraries could fill the niche of public libraries for the special and specific needs of the community in the current library environments in South Korea. Qualitative data were collected through individual interviews and forty people participated in the project. The findings of this study show the four themes (ARCS) that users need motivation as a way to start using a special library, thereby staying focused and revisiting the library. It is possible that the ARCS model will contribute to the implementation, application, and practice of both special libraries and their services in the library environment. The results are expected to expand our knowledge on the motivational ARCS use of special libraries and to serve as basic data when designing motivational strategies and plans of the systems for special libraries.
