'괴테학회'의 뜻있는 이들이 발족한 "괴테전집" 간행위원회에서 괴테의 대표작 "빌헬름 마이스터의 수업시대.방랑시대"를 완역해 두권의 책으로 열매맺었다. 평이한 줄거리 속에 폭넓은 사회무니화적 식견을 담은 이 작품의 발간을 계기로 "파우스트" "시와 진실" 등 번역출간이 활기를 띠고 있다. 한편 민음사에서도 괴테 전집 반간사업에 착수했다는 소식이다.

본 연구에서는 한국고용정보원에서 실시한 "2013 고졸자 취업진로조사" 자료를 활용하여 특성화고 졸업자의 임금결정요인을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 임금은 개인의 취업여부와 임금의 크기에 대한 두 가지의 복합적인 정보를 담고 있다. 그러나 임금 결정요인분석의 많은 선행연구에서는 후자의 정보만을 대상으로 최소제곱법에 기초한 선형 회귀분석을 수행함으로써 표본선택에 의한 편의 (sample selection bias) 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 임금결정요인분석에서 표본선택에 의한 편의 문제를 극복하기 위해 Tobit 모형과 Heckman의 표본선택 모형을 분석에 활용하였다. 주요 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 Tobit 모형과 Heckman의 표본선택 모형에 대한 타당성은 통계적으로 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 성별은 취업확률과 임금의 크기에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마이스터고 졸업생은 취업확률과 임금의 크기 모두 기타고 졸업생에 비해서 높은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 부모소득이 높을수록 취업확률과 임금의 크기가 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 부모학력이 고졸이하에 비해서 대졸이상이 취업확률은 통계적으로 유의하게 낮지만, 임금의 크기는 높게 나타났다. 고교성적은 높을수록, 고교 만족도가 높을수록, 그리고 자격증 수가 많을수록 취업확률과 임금의 크기 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to inquiry of outcomes and challenges of Meister high school' and specialized vocational high school' teachers and industrial workers on problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency, and what were outcomes and challenges of main factor by Meister high school and specialized vocational high school' teachers and industrial workers. Research subjects and region were teachers of Meister high schools and specialized vocational high schools in Gyeongsangnamdo and industrial workers in Gyeonggido. The sample(N=147) was drawn from Meister high school' teachers(N=90), specialized vocational high school' teachers(N=25) and industrial workers(N=32), and collected data were analyzed with SPSS using average, standard deviation, cross analysis, verification F. The results are as follows: The biggest outcomes of problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency was change of educational direction for promoting core competency on specialized high school & Meister High School's students. The biggest positive ripple effects of the outcomes was also change of educational direction for promoting core competency on specialized high school & Meister High School's students. The biggest challenges of problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency was importance of challenges was expansion of teacher training and lecture on the Test for Enhanced Employ ability & Upgraded Proficiency.

The purpose of this study was to inquiry of perception of Meister high school and specialized vocational high school' teachers and students on problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency. Research subjects and region were teachers and sophomore students of each one of Meister high schools and specialized vocational high schools in Gyeongsangnamdo and Gwangju region. The questionnaire was composed of 4 research areas. Research areas were demographic characteristics, questions aspects, operational and enforcement aspects and side support for the development of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency. Teachers questionnaire were composed of 15 items and students questionnaire were composed of 8 items. Further the research were interviewed research and targets were teachers and students of Meister high school and specialized vocational high school. The samples(N=719) of teachers and students were drawn from 2 high schools and collected data were analyzed with SPSS. The results were as follows. Perception of Meister high school students regarded more items of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency as appropriate than specialized vocational high school students. Perception of Meister high school students regarded more CBT system as appropriate than specialized vocational high school students. Perception of specialized vocational high school teachers regarded more items of level of difficulty, degree of completion, validity than Meister high school teachers.

The purpose of this study was to inquiry of influence of Meister high school and specialized vocational high school' students on career maturity in problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency. Research subjects and region were sophomore students of each one of Meister high schools and specialized vocational high schools in Gwangju region. The sample(N=481) was drawn from 2 high schools and collected data were analyzed with SPSS using t-test, Pearson correlation and Levene's test. Items of problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency were used test items developed in 2012. Career maturity test in Careernet site was used test items developed in 2001 which was made up 3 domains such as attitude, ability and action and 8 sub-regions such as planning, attitude on the vocation, independence, self-understanding, rational decision-making, explore of information, knowledge of hope vocation and career exploration and preparation of action, and constituted 64 items. The results were as follows. Findings of the analysis in specialized vocational high school students demonstrated the positive results of rational decision-making and explore of information in problem solving ability test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency. Comparing career maturity influence on Meister high school with specialized vocational high school students about problem solving ability domain of test for enhanced employ ability & upgraded proficiency, Meister high school students' score were more high grade than specialized vocational high school students grade.

본 연구에서는 일 학습병행제도의 연착륙과 성공적인 확산기반의 마련을 위해 효과적인 계약학과 운영모델을 제안하고자한다. 계약학과 운영과 관련한 당면과제 측면에서 보면 계약학과 입학생들은 특성화고나 마이스터고 출신들이고 성인이며 재직자이기 때문에 학업에 불리한 조건을 많이 가지고 있다. 따라서 학업부담을 완화시켜 주어야 하고, 탄력적인 학사운영이 필요하며, 낮은 학업능력 및 의욕을 보완해주어야 한다. 한편 직원들을 계약학과에 보내는 기업 입장에서는 현장 맞춤형 교육이 절실하게 요구된다. 이러한 당면과제들을 효과적으로 해소하기 위해 한기대는 S-OJT 교과목 도입, NCS 기반의 표준이수체계구축, 선행학습인정제도 활용, 역진행 학습(Flipped Classroom)의 도입, Tutor제 도입, 기초학습능력 지원을 위한 신규 교과목 개발 등 도전적인 방안들을 마련하였다. 이러한 시도가 성공적으로 정착된다면 우리나라 계약학과 제도를 한 단계 업그레이드 시키고 평생직업능력개발을 선도할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a student's career maturity during a career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective and to propose directions for the career maturation process to help H. Meister High School students to get jobs. A single-case 12-session career exploration program was applied to a first-year student at H. Meister High School in U. City for 90 minutes per session twice a week. To verify the effects of the program, this study conducted a pre-test and post-test of career maturity to analyze changes. In addition, the study qualitatively analyzed changes in the program activity sheets and process evaluation sheets per session. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective conducted with the student at H. Meister High School improved the student's career maturity. Secondly, changes were observed in the scores in the sub-factors of career maturity between the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences in the results of the analysis of the sub-factors of career maturity indicate that the program had a statistically positive impact on the career maturation process of the participant. In conclusion, as a result of the in-depth implementation of the program for 12 sessions, the participant expressed his desires which were clarified. In addition, a positive career maturation process appears to have taken place, owing to the self-directed program that led the participant to initiate plans and explore his career by himself. This study was conducted as a single case based on the ecological system perspective concerning career exploration and the career maturation process, but it will be necessary to expand the study to investigate the effects of group counseling, information exchange considering peer influences, common discussions on goal-setting, and other methods on the career maturation process.

The Digital Meister is an advisory system to help the designer using the knowledge obtained from design and analysis data. In this paper, Taguchi method was applied to analyze the design parameters of automotive engine pulley. As a finite element method (FEM), ALGOR Multi-physics was used for analyzing the static analysis. As a result, two bending positions and material thickness were highly related to the maximum stress. These correlations between design parameters and analysis result will be used for supporting the design process of Digital Meister.
