방송 산업은 종래 아날로그 TV에서 최근 디지털 TV로의 급격한 전환이 이루어지고 있으나, 디지털 방송의 도입에 부응하는 국내 방송 장비의 수급은 수요에 비해 크게 떨어지고 있다. 특히, 미국, 일본 등의 선진국의 TV는 이미 디지털화 하거나 2011년 전환 예정으로 있으며, 전 세계적으로는 디지털 전환에 맞물려 방송장비 시장이 2015년 810억 달러를 상회하는 등 큰 규모로 확대가 예상되나 국내 방송장비 산업체는 방송사의 수요 독점과 영세성 등으로 열악한 실정이다. 이에 방송장비 산업의 취약성 극복을 위하여 대규모 예산을 투입할 예정이나 보다 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 산업 육성이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 논문은 방송장비 산업 활성화 방안으로 철저한 수요조사에 따른 경쟁력 있는 개발 대상 장비 선정, 지원 체계의 일원화, 해외 시장 진출시 요구되는 인중 비용 지원, 국내 장비의 고품질화 실현을 위한 인력 양성과 홍보 강화 등을 제안한다. 국내 방송장비 산업에 대한 관심과 활성화 지원은 방송 콘텐츠 성장의 굳건한 인프라를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 향후 방송통신 융합 분야의 리더로 성장하는데 큰 역할을 담당할 것으로 본 연구를 통하여 파악되었다.

This study proposes content and instruction of leadership education based on the results of evaluation and analysis of leadership skill of present levels of students who registered for 'leadership development and training' course which is liberal arts elective course of the 'Accreditation Board of Engineering Education in Korea' and provides best practices to develop leadership skill and to attain academic achievement 2, 4, 6, 7 of 12 academic achievement required by KEC2005. To accomplish a purpose of the study, I divide leadership skill into technical skill, human skill and conceptual skill that suggested by Katz and then measure students' leadership skill. The contents of leadership education to develop and enforce three leadership skills are as follows. First, for developing technical skill, there is a need for systematic education of basic working experience relevant to a major field of study. Second, for developing human skill, there is a need for education of leadership, motivation, conflict management, communication, group dynamics and presentation etc. Third, for developing conceptual skill, there is a need for education of founding vision, business strategy and creative idea etc.

용접기술은 두 가지 재료를 효율적으로 신뢰성 있게 접합시킬 수 있기 때문에 다른 어떤 기술보다 널리 사용되고 있으며, 높은 부가가치를 가져다 준다. 용접계에서는 용접이 국내 산업에 아주 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다고 생각하고 있으며, 이제 21세기에 접어들어서 우리 용접계의 현위치를 파악하고 새로운 장을 열어야 할 때이다. 미국에서도 이러한 준비의 일환으로 에너지성(Department of Energy)의 주도하에 Welding Vision 2020라는 명제를 걸 고 용접분야의 장래에 대한 심포지움과 토의를 하였다. 이 토의의 중심 주제는 20년 후의 용접계의 위상을 그려보며 장기적 연구 분야, 산학계의 정책 방향 등을 모색하였다 여기서 모아진 의견은, 용접계의 발전적인 진전을 위해서는 향후 2020년까지 다음과 같은 숙제들을 극복해야 된다는 것이었다 많은 산업분야에서 용접이 생산 분야의 주된 작업으로 인식시키는 것 - 용접이 용접 기능사의 재능에 의존도를 줄이고 과학적인 용접 기술 도입과 용접 기능사의 체계적 훈련 - 용접 작업환경 개선 - 용접을 과학적 고기술이라는 것으로 일반인들의 인식을 변화 시킴 - 신소재 개발연구시 용접이 같이 고려될 수 있는 환경 조성 - 훌륭한 인재 양성 및 재교육. 본고에서는 미국 용접계에서 분석한 자료들과 장래 연구되어져야 할 방향 및 분야들을 소개하고 현재 진행중인 자료 수집 및 분석의 진행 상황 및 용접계의 현 위치를 파악할 수 있는 몇 가지 자료들을 소개한다. 아울러, 용접계에서 리더쉽을 발휘해야 될 분야중의 하나이며 현재 많은 전문연구가 필요한 용접 역학(Welding Mechnics) 중의 용 접부의 안정성 평가(Integrity Assessment of Welded Joint)에 대한 과제와 연구 동향을 소개하고자 한다.

In the RFID Sytem, When leaders recognize the tag, a anti-collision scheme is an important factor in the performance of the system. Probabilistic-based anti-collision scheme using the slot status is a technique to estimate the number of tags. the schemes to quickly and accurately estimate the number of tags has been a lot of research. However, A initial number tag are not considering in the number of tags unknown environment. In the paper, estimation scheme for the initial number of tag is proposed to solve the problems. we analyze the performance by the initial number of tag and the proposed scheme.

This study is the purpose to analyze the satisfaction of training course for the village lifelong education leader who will act as the village lifelong education leaders in the future. The data were collected from 197 the participants who have learned the training course for village lifelong education leaders among 7 local governments. The collected questionnaires were statistically treated by using SPSS (Version 17.0) program and frequency, T-test, and ANOVA. The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) the satisfaction of women's learners to the training course of village lifelong education leaders is high. 2) the satisfaction of low ages to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 3) the satisfaction of high educational background learners to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 4) the satisfaction of high income background learners to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 5) the satisfaction of much learning experience learners to lifelong education is high. 6) the highest among the satisfaction level of the program participants for village lifelong education is the staff service of lifelong education organization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze priorities of competencies and to find the direction of development of teacher librarian training and retraining program. A total of 238 subjects were used for the final analysis. They were analayzed using IPA, Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. As a result, First, teacher librarians perceived that the importance and performance of teacher and manager competency were higher than information specialist and cooperative leader. Second, they needed competencies of data-science, coding, Internet of Things in the field of information specialist as changing educational environment. Third, they needed competencies of information ethics, copyright instruction, and digital and media literacy education in the field of teacher. Fourth, they needed competencies of facility designing for future education, online and offline school library marketing skills, and establishment of makerspaces and learning commons in the field of ibrary manager. Fifth, they needed competencies of library based instruction, library cooperative instruction, and building a collection related to subject in the field of cooperative leader. Sixth, the highest required competency for teacher librarians was suggested for teacher librarians' role area.

For years, poor research and working conditions in the field of science and engineering in Korea led to the migration of gifted students to seek a better academic environment. The primary reason for such a phenomenon is the lack of a coherent education system for gifted students. With the support from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity, Hanyang University launched an exploring project to introduce an Honors Program, aiming to provide specialized and systematic learning opportunities as well as supporting greater academic achievements for gifted students at university-level. Students admitted to this program were selected not by conventional standards but by competency-based selection process, assessed through an in-depth interview. The specific goal of this program is to prepare gifted and talented students not only for an academic pioneer with the highest caliber in the field of science, but also for a global leader equipped with a creative view as well as integrity and a convergent mind. Distinctive features of this program include emphasis on fundamental science and consilience, problem solving skills, first-hand education, interpersonal skills, and global communication skills as well as individualization of the learning experience, among many others. This paper provides a short glimpse of the focus and methodology Honors Program in Hanyang University offers.

This study tries to find the possibility of differentiation strategy and looks into N+ advertising campaign of NAMSEOUL University that has been doing since 2011. N+ advertising campaign contains the meaning of educating leaders based on the foundation concept of NAMSEOUL University and develops consistent creativities through medium such as radio advertising, print advertising, on-line advertising and outdoor advertising. On the first of stage, the campaign develops the start and the meaning of N+ and organizes to get sympathy from target customers on the second stage. Nowadays, there are many competitions among universities to promote students. In this situation, the N+ advertising campaign of NAMSEOUL University is differentiate approach. It's also promotion for external publics to introduce the identity of University and effect for inducement of internal publics with pride and unity. Moreover, it suggests to universities what they have to consider.

ROTC is the system that selects the best students in university and implements the military training of two years and uses them as beginning commander of the army by commissioning as officers. ROTC makes up a very large portion of the army and society in Korea in terms of the size and role. Therefore, it is very important to enhance intangible combat power of the Korean army by improving leadership of primary grade officer from ROTC. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether or not ROTC candidate training program is providing the right training, so as to improve ROTC's leadership and present improvement plan. First, we divide ROTC candidate training program into three areas and take the 1st and 2nd survey. Then we compare and analyze the actual condition and recognition of investigation using statistical analysis methods such as chi-square test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. Also, we analyze the element affecting the army leader's three qualities formation which are basic elements of ROTC cadet's leadership using multiple regression analysis.

Accurate blood typing tests are essential for safe blood transfusion. Recently many automated test equipments have been introduced to reduce errors and increase the efficiency of the test. However, those equipments being high in price, it is difficult to introduce automated test equipment for every hospital. In this study, we developed a reader for blood typing using column agglutination test. In the process, the results, read out by the image processing, are stored and reaffirmed. To evaluate the reader, 148 samples for ABO and RhD blood typing tests and 154 samples for unexpected antibody test were used. The positive and negative intensity of the reading and the reading of the reaction were 100% in agreement with the result of traditional manual method. If additional verification is completed, this reader can be efficiently and economically used in small-and medium-sized hospitals.
