This paper provides a database about the IPTV VOD usage behavior of children as well as mother's perception at home. We analyzed the correlation of mother's background with IPTV VOD using time of children through a survey. We analyzed how does the mother's background influences usage time of IPTV VOD for children through a survey. The survey was conducted by 500 mothers who have two to seven years old children with IPTV users in Korea. Compilation of the data reveals that 1) 36.6% of the children have watched IPTV VOD for the first time at two years old, 93.4% have encountered by family members among them. 40.8% of users have played IPTV VOD for children four days a week and the main genre was the animation. 2) The main reason for watching VOD was by the needs of their children, but the 66% of mothers concern for an excessive level of watching. 3) educational background of mother and monthly house income were significantly correlated with the usage time of IPTV VOD for children.

현대 사회에서 수요자를 고려하지 않은 산업 형태는 거의 찾아볼 수 없다. 우리 교육 또한 학생 개개인의 능력을 출발점으로 하여 학생의 눈높이에 맞춘 교육을 바람직하게 여기는 추세로 변화하고 있다. 이렇게 볼 때 가장 이상적인 학습형태는 개별화 수업이다. 최근 데이터 압축 기술과 통신 기술의 발달로 동영상 데이터(video data)를 이용한 다양한 서비스가 가능하게 되면서 교육에서도 그 사용의 폭이 넓어지고 있다. 이에 따라 동영상 데이터를 효율적으로 저장, 관리할 수 있는 검색에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어져오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 동영상 데이터 검색방법의 하나인 주석기반 방식(text-based retrieval)을 이용하여 하나의 교육용 비디오를 장면분할(scene segmentation)하여 학습내용의 수준에 따라 상.중.하 색인을 한다. 이 색인된 비디오에서 수준별 개별학습이 가능한 가상의 비디오 시퀸스(video sequence)를 만들어낸다.

이 연구의 목적은 온라인 상에서 수행된 실습 수업 방식을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 예비 교사를 대상으로 '전기 자동차 만들기'수업 주제로 실습 수업을 설계하였으며, 온라인 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 3편을 제작하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 제작을 위해 교수용 홈페이지 제작, 수업에서 사용할 동영상 제작, 과거 촬영하거나 제작해 두었던 동영상 준비, 실습 재료 준비, 실습 활동 관련 교과서 준비 등 다양한 교수학습자료를 사전에 준비하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠는 CODTRA 분석 방법을 이용 하였으며, 분석 코드는 '동영상에서 제시된 교수학습자료'와 '교수자가 행하고 있는 상태'이었다. 분석 결과는 CODTRA 다이어그램에 의해 분석 코드를 시간에 따라 도식화하여 도시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 중등학교의 기술 교과나 공업계 교과에서 온라인 실습 수업을 위한 동영상 강의 컨텐츠를 제작하고자 하는 교수자에게 참고할 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

비대면 교육이 증가함에 따라 강의, 특강과 같은 정보성 동영상의 수가 급격히 많아지고 있다. 이러한 정보성 동영상을 보아야 하는 학습자들은 자원과 시간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 동영상 이해 및 학습 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 GPT-3 모델과 KoNLPy 사용하여 동영상 요약을 수행하고 키워드 기반 해당 영상 프레임으로 바로 갈 수 있는 시스템의 개발내용에 대해 기술한다. 이를 통해 동영상 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 활용하여 학습자들의 학습 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

People in the world can send and get useful information from anywhere via internet. Using the internet for educational purposes has been studied for several years. In this paper, we have been designed and implemented video database systems for English education. In the system we have studied ways to build and retrieve useful information from video database systems. By using our system we can easily find required video segment and can play it in real-time way by using streaming techniques.

Previously, there were no studies that were not aware of the importance of video, were interested in the educational value of Flipped Learning, and there were many wrong experiments because they did not understand Flipped Learning. Therefore, an accurate understanding of Flipped Learning is needed. This study proposed the caution of video learning of Flipped Learning and presented the papers and grounds to support to examine the educational value of Flipped Learning. A video of the lecture should be produced with a core content of 10 to 15 minutes, and found that the educational value of Flipped Learning lies in self-directed learning, cooperative learning, habruta, overcoming the oblivion curve and metacognition. It is hoped that this study will provide good guidance and direction of education for teachers who have difficulty Flipped Learning.

Purpose: This study conducted a non-equivalent pre-post-test of quasi-experimental design that applied a video program about hand hygiene to nursing students to verify its effects on knowledge and performance of hand hygiene in clinical practicum. Methods: Data were collected from 92 students in three nursing colleges (44 in the experimental group and 48 in the control group) from 2 March to 30 June, 2017. Results: The results of the hypothesis tests were as follow. 1) Before and after the hand hygiene video program education, hand hygiene knowledge differed between the experimental group and the control group (t=6.30, p<0.001). 2) After the hand hygiene moment video program education, hand hygiene knowledge was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(t=6.34, p <0.001). 3) After the hand hygiene moment video program education, hand hygiene performance was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(t=3.82, p<0.001). 4). Knowledge and performance of hand hygiene moment are correlated(r=0.458, p <0.001). Conclusion: The hand hygiene moment education program may enhance hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene performance.

It is the first step to survive cardiac arrest for the general public to recognize cardiac arrest rapidly. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective method of education by analyzing the degree of cardiac arrest recognition after performing the agonal breathing education in a video lecture or instructor-led lecture. The study subjects were assigned to either a video lecture or instructor-led lecture in a randomized way and were compared after the education according to the degree of recognition of cardiac arrest in the randomized controlled study. The study was conducted from October 30, 2015 to October 31, 2015. And the study subjects were 104 youths aged 15 years or older, of which 52 were selected as the experimental group and the remaining 52 as the control group. The results did not show a significant difference between these two groups when the subjects are given the video lecture where patients showed no reaction or sign of breathing(p=0.741). However, in the video lecture where there was no reaction of patients but still sign of agonal breathing, 43 people(82.7%) in the experimental group and 33 people(63.5%) in control group have successfully performed CPR and there has been a significant difference (p=0.006). Therefore, we could conclude that video lecture was more efficient than instructor-led lecture when teaching CPR.

본 연구에서는 UCC 동영상을 활용한 수업이 미국문화 이해도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 7차 영어과 교육과정 목표를 참고하여 5학년 학생들 발달 단계에 맞는 미국문화 내용을 선정하고, 알맞은 UCC 동영상을 선별하여 UCC활용형 지식체험교수학습 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교수 학습과정안을 적용하여 초등학교 5학년을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 13차시 수업을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 UCC동영상을 활용하여 수업한 실험집단 평균 M=25.15(SD=3.02), 통제집단평균 M=24.09(SD=3.84)로서 실험집단이 통제집단보다 평균에서 더 높은 결과를 나타내었고, 이는 t=2.458(p=.017)로 p<.05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 UCC 동영상을 활용한 미국문화 교육이 기존의 수업 방법보다 초등학생들의 미국문화 이해도 향상에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다
