  • 일반적으로 기계의 분석법은 도해적 방법으로 대별할 수 있다. 도해적 방법이 간편하지만 그 정학성이 부정하고 해석적 방법은 복잡한 계산과정을 요구한다. 최근 많은 컴퓨터 시설은 해석적 방법의 활용을 가능케 하였으나 간단한 기구의 분석은 EH한 경제적인 면에서 컴퓨터의 광범위한 사용을 어렵게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 소형 계산기를 이용하여 크랭크로커 기구를 분석할 수 있는 분석적 방법을 위한 방정식을 유도하고 이 방법을 동력 이앙기의 직촌기구의 분석에 적용하였다. 기구 표시법으로 크랭크-로커 기구를 심볼 방정식으로 나타내고, 기구상의 각 링크에 고정된 좌표계를 3$\times$3행렬식을 이용하여 좌표계를 전이 시키는 방법으로 방정식들을 유도하였다. 크랭크-로커 기구의 링크상의 어떤 한점의 위치벡타를 행렬 방정식으로 표시하고 이 행렬 방정식을 일차, 이차 미분하여 그 점에 대한 속도와 가속도 방정식은 유도하였다.

  • The work presented here deals with controller design by graphical method based on proportional control ramp response. The design aims at the improvement of transient response, disturbance rejection capability, steady-state error reduction with stability preservation. The first step is to generate tracking-error curve with proportional control only and decide the added error signal shape on the error curve. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is confirmed through the simulation and experiment.

  • 특수(特殊)한 기능(機能)을 수행(遂行)하기 위한 4링크 기구(機構)의 설계(設計)에서는 링크의 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)이 중요(重要)한 설계조건(設計條件)이 된다. 이앙기(移秧機)의 이식기구(移植機構)나 바인던의 방출(放出)암은 모두 4링크 기구(機構)를 이용(利用)하여 작업수행(作業遂行)에 필요(必要)한 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 얻고 있는 것이다. 필요(必要)한 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 얻기위한 4링크 기구(機構)의 합성(合成)은 도해적(圖解的), 해석적(解析的) 방법(方法)을 통(通)하여 많은 연구(硏究)가 이루어져 왔으며 최근(最近)에는 콤퓨터를 이용(利用)한 기구합성(機構合成)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究)가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 연간궤적상(連稈軌跡上)의 점(點)들을 이용(利用)하여 주어진 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 얻기 위한 4링크 기구(機構)의 합성(合成)에 대(對)한 새로운 방법(方法)을 개발(開發)하고 이 방법(方法)을 콤퓨터 프로그래밍하여 주어진 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)과 콤퓨터로 합성(合成)한 4링크 기구(機構)의 연간궤적(連稈軌跡)을 비교(比較)검토 하였다.

  • In case of rock bolt useable by tunnel reinforcement methods at field is applied problem of typical rock bolt pull test diagram method propositional in documents and is not thesis of clearness analysis basis about result of rock bolt pull test. So this paper suggested in consideration of foreign basis and field condition that the first, "suggestion of apposite diagram method at tight ground and difference application of rock bolt pull test method at loose and tight ground" and the second, "thesis of estimation basis non-thesis of design and specification, test etc".

  • This paper presents the establishment of the information of metadata for an Authorization tool of UML class diagram. When it comes to modeling classes in UML class diagram, the paper defines expressed classes and the relationship. The class represents the concept of an object, which defines Name, Attribute and Operation. The relationship is between classes, which defines the name and the type of the Relationship, From Class and To Class. And it suggests how to handle and process the information of metadata for an authorization tool of UML class diagram.

  • This paper focuses components interactions which is important factor in designing software components. We classified several types of interaction between components and suggested appropriate graphical notation to extend UML and design process with extended method. Suggested notation and process was verified by practical experiment which is performed in travel agent component application. Representing interaction between components is not same to representing association between classes. UML in current version needs to be extended for representing this kind of components interaction. This research covers UML extension for components interaction and experiment for showing effectiveness.

A Graphical Method for Evaluation of Stages in Shrinkage Cracking Using S-shape Curve Model (S형 곡선 모델을 적용한 수축 균열 단계 평가)

  • The aim of this study is to present a graphical method in order to evaluate stages in shrinkage cracking. Firstly, the distribution of crack openings is established by sorting the openings of individual cracks in the soil cracking system. Secondly, it is normalized in a range of 0 to 1 to obtain the normalized crack opening distribution. Thirdly, three S-shape curve models introduced by Brooks and Corey(1964), Fredlund and Xing(1994) and van Genuchten(1980) are chosen to fit the normalized crack opening distribution using a curve fitting method. The accuracy of fitting which is described through fitting parameters by the van Genuchten equation is much higher than that by the Brooks and Corey equation and slightly higher than that by the Fredlund and Xing equation; thus the van Genuchten model is used. Finally, the stages of shrinkage cracking are graphically evaluated by drawing three separate straight lines corresponding to three linear parts of the fitted normalized crack opening distribution. The proposed method is tested with different sample thicknesses. The measured data are fitted by the selected model with the fairly high regression coefficient and small root mean square error. The results show graphically that shrinkage cracking comprises three stages; namely, primary, secondary and residual stages. Subsequently, the ranges of evaluated crack opening for each of these stages are presented.

  • For the design and effective management of underground storage caverns, preliminary investigation on the hydrogeologic parameters around caverns and analysis on the groundwater flow must be carried out. The data collection is very imporatnat task for the hydrogeologic design so various hydraulic tests have been performed. When analyzing the injection/fall off test data, existing graphical method to estimate the parameters in Theis' equation is widely used. However this method has some sources of error when estimating parameters by means of human faults. Therefore the method of estimating parameters by means of statistical methods such as regression type is evaluated as a useful tool. In this study, nonlinear regression analysis for the Theis' equation is suggested and applied to the estimation of parameters for the real field interference data around underground storage caverns. Damping parameter which reduce the iteration numbers and inhance the convergence is also introduced.

A Study on the Vertical Bearing Capacity of Pile using the Maximum Curvature Method (최대곡률 방법을 이용한 말뚝의 연직지지력 연구)

  • Although the pile Load test provides various informations to predict the bearing capacity of a pile, it has a considerable difficulty of requiring a large amount of weight to enable the test pile to be loaded sufficiently until the yielding or ultimate load is obtained. Many graphical and mathematical methods have been attempted to estimate the bearing capacity from the result of a vertical load test without loading to failure. In the previous work an analytical method to estimate the failure load using the maxi mum curvature which was based on the Southwell's theory was presented by the author. The failure load, as proposed by Crowther, should be defined as the load at which the predefined that criteria are exceeded. The allowable loads by Davisson's method and DIN 4014 were compared with the loads of piles using the maximum curvature, and this paper proposed the allowable load in which the safety factor of the maximum curvature was 2.5. As a result of study, it was reasonable to conclude that the allowable load determined by the maximum curvature method could estimate the vertical bearing capacity from the pile load test without loading to failure.

  • It is usually very expensive and often impractical to extend a load test on a large pile until collapse. Many graphical or mathematical methods have been attempted to estimate the bearing capacity from the results of a vertical load test without having to load the pile to failure. According to Fellenius, the failure value must be based on some mathematical rule and generate a repeatable value that is independent of scale relations and the opinions of the individual interpreter. This study presents the method which may estimate the failure load using the maximum curvature to apply Kondner's theory from the results of a loading test which cannot be extended until the failure load is reached.
