As government research and development projects become more important, such as the creation of future-oriented growth engines and expansion of budgets, the future vision of R&D is presented through paradigm shifts such as efficiency, investment direction and strategy. On the other hand, research and interest in sanctions are poor, and this paper examines legal grounds, comparative analysis of laws, and cases outside the country, draws implications for domestic applications, have. In addition, we will contribute to the prevention of damages caused by neglect, or the transparency of the execution of research funds. This study was conducted by comparing the characteristics of government R&D and sanctions with the sanctions for the top three R&D investment related SMEs. In Korea, starting with the introduction of sanctions in 2001, the moral hazard of research and development has been prevented through the cumulative violation of aggravation, expansion of the period of restriction of participation, and the introduction of a strikeout system. Nevertheless, fraudulent use of business expenses is constantly being detected. In order to ensure maximum autonomy and stronger responsibility than strong institutions, the willingness of the researchers to execute transparent business expenses, the moral approach to public resources, Precedence of recognition conversion is important.

This paper attempts to find out implications based on the comparative analysis of overseas expansion model between the Korean insurance companies and the German one. There are three types of the strategies of the overseas-expansion-model of insurer, i.e. customer-oriented localized strategy, niche market-oriented strategy, and growing market-oriented strategy. From the review of related literatures and through an interview conducted by the insurance specialist, the findings are some differences between Korean and German insurance companies, when they go into foreign insurance markets. Th significant differences between Korean and German insurers are a customer oriented localized strategy and niche market oriented strategy. The Korean insurer shows a strength on the overseas-expansion-strategy, but the most clients of the Korean insurer on overseas markets are also Korean companies and Korean immigrants. The Korean legal expenses insurance market is yet in its embryonic stage, while the German legal expenses insurance company is pushing ahead with a strategy focused on localization and niche market on the legal expenses insurance product. In conclusion, like a case of the German legal expenses insurance company, the Korean insurer needs a customer oriented localized strategy as well as a niche market oriented strategy on the overseas insurance market.

In today's fast changing management environment, new role of leaders is being emphasized for survival of companies, and organizational achievement must be maximized by using servant leadership strategically. Data were collected from the sample of 435 employee employed service. All analysis were conducted using LISREL 8.30. The research studies how servant leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior through psychological empowerment. The result is as follows. First, it is found that, among the servant leadership's behavior characters, except for empathy and ethics, growth, vision and community building are found to be variables that increase psychological empowerment. Secondly, it is fund that psychological empowerment of organization's members has positive correlation on organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, it is found that among the servant leadership's behavior characters, except for empathy and ethics, growth, vision and community building are found to have meaningful positive influence over organized citizens' behavior through psychological empowerment. Likewise, the result means the servant leadership increases organizational citizenship behavior of the members through empowerment. For servant leadership to promote organizational citizenship behavior, it is suggested to emphasize empowerment. In other words, it is important to empower subordinates for servant leadership to make more useful and complete achievement in the organization.

The ppuri industry is growing in technical importance due to the 4th industrial revolution and is growing steadily. However, securing skilled workers is hardly realistic, and foreign workers are increasing. The purpose of this study is to find organizational commitment on for improvement of in-role performance of foreigners and Koreans working in ppuri companies and to find ways to support differentiation through comparison between groups. The subjects of this study were foreigners and Koreans in the ppuri company. Through the survey, 393 valid samples were collected. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that in the case of foreigners, balanced processing affects in-role performance through organizational commitment. In the case of Koreans, relational transparency, balanced processing, and internalized moral perspectives affect in-role performance through organizational commitment. The results of the analysis suggest a strategic approach to improve the in-role performance of each group.

The purpose of this study is to identify how tales are accepted and embodied as a new work in dance as performing arts, which are getting attention for its rapid growth in the area of cultural industries. Major performances of recently created and performed ancient tales including Baridaegi, Chun-Hyang story, Yeonohrangseohnye are analyzed here. With acceptance of tales into dance, vitality of creation by the eternal word of mouth, rich information contained in each tale and the variety of interpretation showed the possibility of a new interpretation based on the existing perspectives. There are three kinds of acceptances: diversification of narrative techniques of the subject, adoption of the issue of moral values as a topic, and acceptance of tradition and national consciousness. To satisfy the fundamental concern about the universe and human, and to create both worldwide and Korean dance contents, the images of tales are being reinterpreted into a new dimension beyond the boundary of time.

영화 '판도라'에 투입된 정도의 돈은 막대한 예산을 갖고 있는 국제 그린피스나 매년 전 세계 TV 광고에만 수천만 달러를 쏟아 붓는 천연가스 이익단체들의 예산에 비하면 조족지혈의 수준이다. 국제 그린피스의 연간 예산이 대략 4억 달러, EDF가 1억4천만 달러, 천연자원보호협회(NRDC)와 시에라클럽이 1억 달러가 넘고, 이들 단체가 예금이나 주식에 투자한 돈만 해도 수억 달러나 된다. 시에라클럽이나 NRDC, EDF는 블로그에 원자력을 화석연료로 대체하는 것에 반대하는 글을 올리면서 다른 한편으로는 뉴욕에 있는 Indian Point, 캘리포니아에 있는 Diablo Canyon, 그리고 오하이오에 있는 여러 원전들을 천연가스로 대체해야 한다고 주장하는 기만책을 쓰고 있다. 자연과의 조화를 위해서라도 신재생에너지를 사용해야 한다는 그들 주장의 베일 뒤에는 더 큰 어두운 그림자가 깔려 있다. 가난한 나라는 계속해서 가난하도록 해야 '과잉 인구'와 '과소비'를 막을 수 있다는 반인륜적인 멜더스(Malthusian) 이론과 그들이 주장하는 반핵의 오랜 역사는 서로 그 맥을 같이하고 있기 때문이다. 탈원전이 추진되면 전기요금도 올라가고 실업률도 증가한다는 사실, 그리고 환경 오염도 더 심해지고 그로 인해 조기 사망자 수도 증가한다는 사실을 보여주는 데 반드시 어려운 경제 모델이나 환경 모델이 필요한 것은 아니다. 원자력을 천연가스로 대체하면 그에 따른 비용 상승이 연간 최소 110억 달러나 된다. 물론 신재생에너지로 대체하게 되면 그 상승폭은 더욱 커지게 된다. 그리고 한 경제 분석 전문기관의 연구에 따르면 전기요금이 상승되면 한국의 경제는 저성장에서 벗어나지 못하게 된다. 결국 지금 우리에게 가장 필요한 것은 원자력 휴머니즘, 즉 원자력 에너지가 갖고 있는 훌륭한 도덕적인 목적을 다시 한 번 상기하면서, 우리 인류가 가지고 있는 가장 중요한 환경 기술을 반인륜적인 집단으로부터 구해내기 위한 풀뿌리 시민사회의 가열찬 노력이라고 할 수 있다. 우리와 같은 원자력 휴머니스트들에게는 그린피스나 기타 여러 반인륜적 집단들이 갖고 있는 풍부한 자원이 없다. 그러나 우리에게는 그런 종류의 자원이 필요한 것이 아니다. 우리에게는 그것보다 훨씬 더 중요한 진실이라는 자원이 있다는 사실을 결코 잊어서는 안될 것이다.

Korea is an import and export-oriented economy that relies on shipping transportation, and sea ports play an important role in national economic growth. To secure and maintain the competitiveness of these ports, hardware and software investments are required, but policy support can also be expected to have an effect. This study identified the irrationality of the system by exploratory analysis of the port facility fee discount system for Ulsan Port, an energy hub port, and suggested improvement measures to resolve it.This study analyzed the volume of Ulsan Port and the reduction of port facility usage fees for about 10 years and identified irrational factors that despite a special port for liquid cargo, a considerable reduction for container cargo is concentrated, and even because it was a passing ship, 100% reduction for entrance and clearance fees were provided to them, which could cause serious moral hazard.. As a way to improve the port facility charge discount system at Ulsan Port, this study proposed strengthening support for eco-friendly activities to support containers, adjusting the reduction rate for passing ships, or improving the reduction and exemption application process.

The achievement motivations of science gifted students are very important in becoming experts who achieve high level. In this study, 77 8th graders of Science Gifted Education Center were divided into highly motivated and low motivated groups. Multidimensional Perfectionism, Self-Concept, Parenting Behaviors Scale were compared between these 2 groups, and predicting variables were verified through regression analysis. As a result, highly motivated students received higher scores on Perfectionism, self-directed Perfectionism, and other-directed Perfectionism. Self-concept scores were higher on factors of body, moral, personalities, social, and abilities as well. In Parenting Behaviors Scale, only the father's affection factor was influenced. The result of regression analysis revealed that self-directed Perfectionism, social self-concept, and moral self-concept had meaningful predictions. In parameter verification, partially mediated effect of self-directed Perfectionism and social self-concept was verified in the relationship between father's affection factor and achievement motivation. This study confirmed that self-directed Perfectionism of science gifted students has positive effects on adaptation. The importance of social and moral education and the father's affection were found as well.

The various representations are receiving attention in modern society that has so many contents. Among them, the fantasy shows that you can not see in reality. But the intention of these fantasies is not giving a visual fun. The fantasy show the reality through stories that are not in reality. The fantasy that allows readers to continue to make the suspect between the real and the imagination and that suspect arises from the desire of real life. If the desire break the community, the social ideology will collapses. Conversely, if the desire is overturned by community, the social will be maintained. The goal of the fantasy which has the relationships of society is revealed through the various expressions of existence. They are divided into the subject and the other show the inner side of the main character. The subject shows the inner side of the main character by the transformation, alter ego and the other exists. The other shows the desire of the subject by the transformation, alter ego and the strangers. Disney animation studios select the target audience and the message in relation with the society. They choose the original like the fairy tale, myth and change them to satisfy the middle class. The characters of Disney animation says that messages by the expression of fantasy. The subject go through the transformation by twice. The first transformation is antisocial and the second transformation is social. The second shows a complete transformation. The other characters personified show the many kinds of the main character. The other as the alter ego of the main character represents the desire of the subject. They are described as an object of fear and exclusion. They expresses as a dark and menacing looks and hinders the complete transformation of the subject. But they were overthrown by the subject at the end of the story and it strengthen the social ideology. As a result, Disney highlights the value and the moral message of the society by using the representation of fantasy.

The purpose of the study was to explore media frames and its contents regarding foreign athletes' naturalization to Korea. For data, 101 media reports from the year of 2014 to 2016 were collected and analyzed. As results, in the simple-fact-report frame, facts regarding foreign athletes' naturalization process and results of the matches were reported. In the economic frame, legitimacy of the naturalization was supported by emphasizing its benefits. In the humane-interest frame, personal history and difficulty as foreign athletes were described. In the conflict frame, negative effects by the foreign athletes' naturalization were mainly reported.. In the morality/responsibility attribution frame, Chelsey Lee's document forgery case was mostly highlighted that later issued naturalized athletes' morality and following legal actions.
