대학의 창업교육서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

Impact of Adult College Students' Social Support and Service Quality of University Education on Learning Engagement: Focusing on Medium Effect of Learning Motivation (성인대학생의 사회적지지와 대학교육서비스품질이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향: 학습동기의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study is prepared to provide fundamental data for constructing learning system to reinforce learning facilitation and improve learning effect for adult college students by testing the medium effect of learning motivation in the relation of social support, service quality of university education, and learning engagement. For this objective, A survey was conducted with 573 adult college students attending 2-to-3-year colleges and universities located in Daegu metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The analyzed research results are as follows. First, learning motivation had partial medium effect in the relation of social support and learning engagement. Second, learning motivation seemed to have complete medium effect in the relation of service quality of university education and learning engagement. The above research results suggest that continuous development and efforts are needed to establish various support systems and improve educational services in order to increase adult college students' immersion in learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of library service quality on the continuous use of libraries by international students and to verify that library anxiety plays a mediator role between the two variables - 'library service quality' and 'continuous use intention'. To conduct this study, library service quality, continuous use intention, and library anxiety of 213 Chinese international students was measured and the hypothesis through structural equation modeling was verified. The result of the study suggests that library service quality has an impact on continuous use intention and that library anxiety mediates the two variables. Based on the research result, the development of library service for international students was discussed.

  • In this study, explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Real-Time Entrepreneurship Education is being Promoted through Professional Entrepreneur in the field of Entrepreneurship Education. It is necessary to study the ways of establishment of university Entrepreneurship through Ground Theory. on the basis of previous studies, three factors were university entrepreneurial education service quality : materiality, consensual, differentiation. First, in this study is university entrepreneurial education service quality(materiality, consensual, differentiation) of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization was evaluated on the survey results. Second, in this on the influence of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education of entrepreneurial intention. Third, regarding how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects the entrepreneurial intention, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization. First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention. For this study, question and result of the study were obtained for the students who start-up course of K engineering university.

Analysis of the Composition Concept of Education Service Quality of Beauty Major University (뷰티전공 대학의 교육서비스품질 구성개념 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of composition of educational service quality through two integrated research methods of open questionnaires and focus group interviews for college students majoring in beauty. Participants in the study majored in beauty at 2-year and 4-year universities nationwide. The enrolled students were set as a population, and 250 people were adopted as a random sampling method and used for the survey. The series of results are as follows. First, as a result of inductive content analysis of open questionnaires, the educational service quality of beauty majors was derived into five areas: major knowledge, educational quality, professor-student intimacy, student needs reflection, usability, curriculum composition, environmental efficiency, educational equipment, and reputation. Second, as a result of the focus group interview, inductive content analysis was more reasonably pointed out and derived in depth. As a result of this study, it is believed that it can be used as basic data for the development of measurement tools for educational service quality of beauty majors.

  • This study is a study on the effect of university students' entrepreneurship education service quality on educational satisfaction and entrepreneurship intention. Although various entrepreneurship education is being operated at universities, there is not much research on entrepreneurial intentions. In this study, in order to analyze the factors for increasing the entrepreneurial intention, the effect of the service quality of entrepreneurship education on educational satisfaction and entrepreneurial intention was examined. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, questionnaires were distributed to university students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and statistical analysis of 298 questionnaires that were faithfully answered was conducted using SPSS 22. TA is a result of multiple regression analysis on the effect of start-up education service quality on educational satisfaction, tangibility, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy had a significant effect, but reliability did not have a significant effect, and educational satisfaction had a significant effect on entrepreneurship intention. Recently, start-up businesses in Korea have been revitalized, and various programs such as start-up education, start-up support policies, and commercialization support are emerging. Since the quality of educational service for start-up at universities affects the will to start a business, service quality capabilities should be strengthened to increase educational satisfaction.

  • In this study, We investigated the correlation between the education service quality for small business in the merchant college, and student satisfaction and behavioral intention. For this purpose, a factor relationship between the education service quality, and student satisfaction and behavioral intention was examined focusing on the existing literature and previous studies. Also, a survey was conducted for a total of 450 traditional market merchants in metropolitan areas who have completed education from the merchant college for analysis. The result of this study are as follows. First, The relationship between educational service quality and behavioral intention, and student satisfaction except tangibles had significant impacts, Second, student satisfaction was shown to have a positive mediating effect on the relationship between educational service quality and behavioral intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing continuous usage intention of mobile learning and suggest practical strategies to enhance learners' continuous usage intention of mobile learning. In this study, we hypothesized that system quality, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on effort expectancy and performance expectancy, which ultimately have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. In order to examine structural relationship among variables, we surveyed 279 students who took courses at W Cyber University in 2013 fall semester. After collecting data, we examined causal relationship among variables using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, system quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect effort expectancy. Second, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect performance expectancy. Last of all, effort expectancy and performance expectancy significantly affect continuous usage intention of mobile learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out constitutions of education service quality in NCS based education and to investigate the effects on vocational key competence, loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job of college students as important performance variables. The results of this study are as follows. In the NCS based education, five dimensions of education service quality were teaching-learning-lecture, reputation, education program, administrative service and facilities. It is analyzed that the teaching-learning-lecture and administrative service have a great influence on vocational key competence of students. In addition, education service quality and vocational key competence were analyzed as important factors for student's loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job and proved to be important performance variables.

Analysis of The Mediating Effect of Food Quality and Price Fairness in The Relation between Servicescape and User Satisfaction - A Case Study of A University Student Cafeteria Evaluation - (서비스스케이프가 이용만족 간의 관계에서 음식의 품질과 가격공정성의 매개효과 분석 -A대학 학생 식당 사례를 중심으로-)

  • This study analyzed what the Servicescape factor of the student cafeteria in university is, whether food quality and price fairness show any mediating effect in relation between Servicescape factor and user satisfaction. First, analysis shows that Servicescape factors of cafeteria for university students are 'extensity', 'cleanness', 'aesthetic' and 'agreeableness'. Second, 'cleanness and 'aesthetic' factors are found to have positive(+) influences on user satisfaction. Third, 'cleanness', 'aesthetic' factors are found to have positive(+) influences on food quality. Fourth, 'cleanness' factors of food quality shows complete mediating effect in the influential relation between Servicescape factor and user satisfaction and 'aesthetic' factors shows partial mediating effect. Fifth, significant influence was not seen in all factors of price fairness by Servicescape factors of student cafeteria in university. Sixth, price fairness was found to play no mediating role in the influential relation between Servicescape factor and user satisfaction. This study will help understand the mediating effect of food quality and price fairness in the relation between the Servicescape of student cafeteria in university and user satisfaction.
