Analysis of Convergence Factors Affecting Interpersonal Competence of among Dental Hygiene Students (일부 치위생과 학생들의 대인관계 유능성에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인 분석)

  • Dental hygienists students are required to be able to interact and maintain relationships with dentists and patients. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the relations affecting interpersonal competence of some dental hygiene students, and to provide the necessary data for nurturing competent dental hygienists. The survey was conducted on 293 dental hygiene students in M university. The level of significance was .05 and the statistical program was SPSS win 25.0. As a result of interpersonal competence according to general characteristics and interpersonal characteristics, significant results were found in the degree of human relations and new environmental adaptability. As a result of correlation analysis between subvariables of interpersonal competence, all showed significant positive correlation. Factors affecting interpersonal competence showed significant positive effects on the degree of human relationship(p=.019) and the new environmental adaptability(p=.001). Interpersonal competence are important in the clinic. Therefore, a convergent analysis of the factors influencing is required.

  • This study attempts to explore impact on the Child Caregiver's Job Satisfaction from Characteristics of Work and Characteristics of Interpersonal Relationship, and provide them with basic data to increase the Child Caregiver's Job Satisfaction and to improve the quality of the child caregiver service business. We was conducted among our surveys the Child Caregivers 114 of S metropolitan city. Key study outcome is as follows. : First, the sociology of population by the Visual Characteristic on Job Satisfaction of the Child Caregiver was showing some significant differences, Some had no effect. Second, Child Caregiver's Characteristic of Work and Interpersonal Relationalship Characteristics, formerly the (+) correlation between Job Satisfaction is analyzed. Third, the estimated result of the regression model Characteristics of Work have to have a meaningful difference in the important influence on Job Satisfaction and Interpersonal Relationship Characteristics and were shown to. In conclusion, co-worker relationships, relationships of the family to receve child care service, relationships of the children to receve child care service, there is a greater Job Satisfaction to be associated entities. Therefore, We must make an effort to increase the child caregiver's job satisfaction and to enhance the quality of child care service from improving the child care system and developing the various education programs.

Convergence Study on the Effects of Humanistic Literacy and Empathy Ability on Interpersonal Relationship in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 인문학적 소양과 공감능력이 대인관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구)

  • This study was conducted to examine the correlations between humanistic literacy, empathy ability, and interpersonal relationship, and to identify the influencing factors on interpersonal relationship of nursing students. Data were collected from 177 nursing students from March 4 to 14, 2019. Data were collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Humanistic literacy according to the general characteristics showed significant differences in economic level. Interpersonal relationship according to the general characteristics showed significant differences in satisfaction with major. Interpersonal relationship showed significant positive correlations with humanistic literacy and empathy ability. Empathy ability, which accounted for 21% of the variance, were significant predictors influencing interpersonal relationship in nursing students. Strategies for nursing students are needed to increase Empathy ability.

The Mediation Effect of the Interpersonal Relationship Between Attachment and Ambivalence emotion of Emotional Workers (감정노동자의 애착과 정서표현 양가성 관계에서 대인관계문제의 매개효과)

  • We identified the mediating role of interpersonal issues in the relationship between adult attachment type and emotional expression ambivalence. The subjects of the study were 327 emotional workers who lived in five cities. As the scale, ECR-R, AEQ-K, and IIP were used. Sobel verification was performed after multiple regression analysis. The results show that the interpersonal problem partially mediates between the attachment and emotional expression ambivalence. This suggests that the characteristics of interpersonal relationships affect emotional emotions in forming close attachment relationships of emotional workers. Subsequent research will expand the scope of research by supplementing the shortcomings of existing research.

A Study on the Characteristics of Adult Suicide and Suicidal Type (성인 자살의 특성과 자살유형에 관한 연구)

  • There are less studies on the adult suicide even though it's steep increase and negative effect on person itself, family and society. The purpose of the present study was to investigate factors that influence on the adult suicide and to categorize it. Using a case-study approach, a total of 61 cases were analyzed. Specifically, on the basis of the stress-vulnerability model, I scrutinized vulnerability factors(classified personal, family-environment, and social-environment factors) and precipitating events(classified personal, interpersonal events) influencing on the adult suicide. As the results of this study, adult suicide classified into 3 types, that is, 'risk type suicide', 'event-response type suicide', 'complex type'. And then I discussed the characteristics of the suicidal types and the method for reduction of adult suicide.

A Study of Factors Influencing on Single Female Nurses' Hope: Focusing on Interpersonal Relations and Professional Self-concept (미혼여성 간호사의 희망감에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 대인관계와 전문직 자아개념을 중심으로)

  • This study was done to examine interpersonal relations, professional self-concept and hope in single female nurses. A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 219 nurses who work in one of six general hospitals in the large cities. The data were collected from August 17, 2012 to September 14, 2012. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Hierarchical Regression Analysis with using SPSS Windows 25.0. There was a significant difference in interpersonal relations, professional self-concept and hope according to participants' characteristics. Participants' interpersonal relations, professional self-concept and hope were all found to have statistically significant correlations (r=.26-.45, p<.001). Participants' general characteristics, interpersonal relations, and professional self-concept explained 26.4% of variance in hope levels. Findings from this study should be useful in the development of programs to promote participants' hope with interpersonal relations and professional self-concept.

A Comparison of Materialistic Values and Interpersonal Relationship between Adult University Students and General University Students (성인대학생과 일반대학생의 물질주의 가치관 및 대인관계와의 비교)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between materialistic values and interpersonal relationship of adult university students and general university students and compare the two groups. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS Statistics 25.0 program targeting 228 adult students and 216 general students enrolled nationwide. First, as for the difference in the materialistic values of the adult and general university students according to the general characteristics, significant differences were found according to gender, religion, the type of school, grade, monthly income (allowance), monthly expense, items of expenditure, and hobby. Second, the analysis of the difference in the interpersonal relationship based on their general characteristics revealed differences based on gender, grade, monthly income (allowance), monthly expense, items of expenditure, and hobby. Third, the research subjects' materialistic values and interpersonal relationship showed a high correlation. Fourth, their materialistic values had significant effects on all the sub-factors of interpersonal relationship. The results of this study implies that materialistic values have negative effects on interpersonal relationship in both adult and general university students.

Influence of Interaction Social Interaction Anxiety on Interpersonal Relation of Female College Students (여대생의 대인불안과 대인관계)

  • This study examined the factors influencing interpersonal anxiety in female interpersonal relationships of female college students to establish baseline data for appropriate interventions. The study participants were 231 female college students in B and K city. The data were collected from questionnaires gathered between September 3rd, 2014 and September 17th of the same year, and analyzed by a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 Program. According to the results, the participants' social interaction anxiety and interpersonal relations showed a negative correlation and statistically significant differences according to the satisfaction level for the major, perceived economic level, number of friends, boyfriend, and recently experienced emotion. The factors affecting the interpersonal relations was social interaction anxiety and social interaction anxiety; this was explained by 30.1%. Therefore, the collected data are expected to be useful for establishing baseline data for the development of an intervention program that can help female college students lower their social interpersonal anxiety and improve their ability for interpersonal relationships.

Interpersonal Skills Caused by Emotional Intelligence and Ego Resilience of Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene (치위생(학)과 학생의 감성지능과 자아탄력성이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향)

  • Four hundreds and eighty-seven dental hygiene students were selected and a questionnaire survey was carried out to find out how emotional intelligence and ego resiliency affect interpersonal skills so that this can be the basis to enhance their interpersonal skills. PASW statistics 18.0 was used for analysis, results are as follows: It was statistically significant that students with higher emotional intelligence and ego resiliency and good interpersonal skills answered that they had high economic standard of living (p<0.001, p<0.05). Students raised by parents showed high emotional intelligence and ego resiliency (p<0.05), same result was shown among religious students too (p<0.05). Students with high ego resiliency showed better interpersonal skills (p<0.001), and ego resiliency influenced more on interpersonal skills than emotional intelligence. Therefore, curriculum to develop emotional intelligence and ego resiliency of dental hygiene students to improve their interpersonal skills which is one of the core competences of dental hygienist needs to be planned in the course.
