The problem of feedback linearization of SISO nonlinear systems with outputs has been solved by Lee et al. [5]. Also, Cheng et al. [1] have found the necessary and sufficient conditions for MIMO systems, which are, however, uncheckable. In this paper, we consider the MIMO nonlinear systems and obtain the verifiable necessary and sufficient conditions for feedback linearization with output.

For a class of multi-input multi-output nonlinear systems which perform a given task repetitively, an extended type of a direct leaning control (DLC) is proposed using the information on the (vector) relative degree of a multi-input multi-output system. Existing DLC methods are observed to be applied to a limited class of systems with the relative degree one and a new DLC law is suggested which can be applied to systems having higher relative degree. Using the proposed control law, the control input corresponding to the new desired output trajectory is synthesized directly based on the control inputs obtained from the learning process for other output trajectories. To show the validity and the performance of the proposed DLC, simulations are performed for trajectory tracking control of a two-axis SCARA robot.

This paper presents an observer design methodology for a special class of multi input multi output(MIMO) nonlinear systems. First, we characterize the class of MIMO nonlinear systems with a triangular structure. Also, the observability matrices that plays an important role in proving the convergence of the proposed observer are generalized to MIMO systems. By using the generalized observability matrices, it is shown that under the boundedness conditions of system state and input, the proposed observer guarantees the local exponential convergence to zero of the estimation error.

본 논문에서는 3 상 입력 매트릭스 컨버터에서 한 레그를 추가하여 다출력 기능을 갖는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 기존의 매트릭스 컨버터에서 스위치의 개수를 줄인 베리 스파스 (Very Sparse) 매트릭스 컨버터 토폴로지에서 인버터단에 스위치 두 개를 추가하여 3 상과 단상의 두 출력을 갖도록 한다. 두 개의 출력은 독립적으로 제어가 가능하며 하나의 시스템으로 두 개의 출력을 낼 수 있어 소형화가 가능하다. 제안한 토폴로지와 이에 대한 제어 기법은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

In this paper, it is discussed that a canonical form by which the state feedback gain matrix for pole assignment may be easily obtained Is stooled and also an algorithm to fond the state feedback gain matrix is presented.

본 논문은 논리함수의 Module-2 방식에 따라 신경회로망을 구성하고, 구성된 신 경회로망에 의해서 논리함수 XOR을 예를 들어 표현하였다. 논리함수에서 사용된 Module-2 방식은 2치자료를 처리하는 것으로, 논리함수의 대표적인 것이 부울함수(Boole function)이 다. 신경회로망의 입력층에서는 논리함수의 값을 입력하고, 중간층에서는 논리함수의 직교 전개를 이용하고, 출력층에서도 직교전개등을 통하여 최종적인 결과값을 얻는 것이다. 이를 위해서 내적(inner product) 및 norm등을 정의하고, 직교(orthogonal)에 대한 정의를 하였 다. 또한, 부울함수(Boole Function)의 미분에 대한 정의 및 부울함수의 Maclaurin 전개에 대해서도 정의하였다. 본 논문에서 논리함수의 최종적인 출력값은 부울함수의 Maclaurin 전 개에 의해서도 실제적인 값이 출력될 수 있다는 것을 나타내었다.

This paper presents a design method for multiple-output combinational digital logic systems using time domain based on multiplexing and common multi-terminal extension decision diagrams. The common multi-terminal extension decision diagrams represents extension valued multiple-output functions, while time domain based on multiplexing systems transmit several signals on a single lines. The proposed method can reduce the 1)hardware, 2)logic levels and 3)pins. In the logic system design, we use two types of decision diagrams, that is the common binary decision diagrams and common multi-terminal extension decision diagrams.

Recently, development in information technology is mainly focused on mobile service, and most of mobile users are using various services based on wireless network. So the importance of system software or middleware, which enables such mobile services, is growing bigger and bigger, and one of those is character input/output system. This paper will introduce an alphabet input system, which decomposes a character to a series of strokes, by its formation principal. It is designed to make a person, who knows the character, to input characters in the way that he/she is actually writing down the character.

Finally, its application to induction motor is given to verify the proposed method.

In this paper, the robust state observer for nonlinear systems with unknown disturbance is proposed. The proposed method has an advantage in that it can reduce the effect of disturbance on estimation error of observer up to a specified level. Therefore, our design a roach can deal with a larger class of uncertain nonlinear system than the existing methods. The sufficient conditions on the existence of robust observer are characterized by well grown linear matrix inequality. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the proposed design scheme.
