본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요성 인식, 문제해결과정이 수행자신감에 영향을 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 위하여 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 U 지역 소재 간호학과 4학년으로 임상현장실습경험이 있는 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 중요성 인식은 평균점수 4.73점, 문제해결과정 3.57점, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 3.90점으로 나타났다. 핵심기본간호술에 대한 중요도 인식은 임상실습 만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 문제해결과정은 대학생활 만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 전공만족 및 대인관계에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호대학생의 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 문제해결과정(β=.33, p=.001), 전공만족(β=.27, p=.019)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 15%이었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위하여 반복연구가 필요하며 간호학과에서는 대인관계능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 실습환경의 변화와 다양한 간호상황을 제시하여 학생들이 문제를 정의하고 해결할 수 있는 교육과정 운영과 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호학생을 대상으로 플립러닝을 활용한 기본간호학 실습이 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감, 학업 성취도 및 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 D대학 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중인 실험군 38명, 대조군 36명이었으며 실험군에게는 플립러닝 수업을 대조군에게는 기존의 수업 방식을 4주간 적용하였다. 연구결과 실험 후 플립러닝 수업을 실시한 실험군의 활력징후 학업 성취도가 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았으나(t=2.921, p=.005) 나머지 변수들은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 실험군과 대조군 모두 실험 전후 비판적 사고성향이 증가하였으나 대조군의 비판적 사고성향은 그 차이가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 실험군의 비판적 사고성향은 실험 전에 비해 실험 후 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하였다(t=-2.277 p=.029). 향후 간호학에서 플립러닝을 활용한 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 핵심기본간호술을 중심으로 간호학생이 학년별에 따라 학습경험, 중요도 인식, 수행자신감 학습 자기효능감에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 파악하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 D지역 소재 일개대학 간호학과 재학중인 231명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2015년 5월에서 6월 까지 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 Program을 이용하여 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 대상자의 학습경험은 학년간의 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=5.009, p<.001). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 학습경험의 차이검정을 살펴보면 핵심술 상영역, 핵심술 중영역, 핵심술 하영역에서 모두 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중요성인식은 학년간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(t=.288, p>.773). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 차이는 핵심술 상영역과 핵심술 하영역은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 핵심술 중영역은 학년간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 수행자신감은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=7.845, p<.001). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 수행자신감의 차이를 살펴보면 핵심술 상영역, 핵심술 중영역, 핵심술 하영역모두에서 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 학습 자기효능감은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=2.370, p<.019). 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 각 학년별 효율적인 실습운영 방안을 모색할 필요가 있으며, 아울러 학습경험을 높이고 중요성인식에 따른 학습경험을 높이고 수행자신감과 학습 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 교과과정 모색이 절실히 필요하다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy, satisfaction with practice and fundamentals of nursing practicum in student nurses. Method: The participants were 185 first year students at K College of Nursing in Jeonbuk Province who were taking a practicum for Fundamentals of Nursing and agreed to participate in the study. Data collection was done from November 19 to 30, 2007. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire on self-efficacy, satisfaction with practice and fundamentals of nursing practicum. Data were analyzed by SPSS-PC ver 12.0. Results: Self-efficacy and fundamentals of nursing practicum were significantly different depending on satisfaction with major and school life. Satisfaction with practice was significantly different depending on relationship with schoolmates and school life. Self-efficacy showed a significantly positive correlation with satisfaction with practice and fundamentals of nursing practicum. Also, satisfaction with practice showed a significantly positive correlation with fundamentals of nursing practicum. Conclusion: This study suggests that self-efficacy helps student nurses to plan a self-directed nursing performance, improves their ability to solve problems and helps to perform fundamentals of nursing practicum well.

Purpose: This study was done to develop standards for educational equipment in fundamental nursing practice courses in BSN programs. Method: The participants in this study were 30 professors who taught fundamental nursing in colleges or departments of nursing. The data were gathered between December 2002 and May 2003 using a questionnaire on the present state of fundamental nursing practice and the educational equipment list for fundamental nursing practice. Result: There was variety in the content of the courses of fundamental nursing practice in BSN programs, and the environment for fundamental nursing practice was in diverse setting. A standard for educational equipment was developed consisting of 93 pieces of equipment for fundamental nursing practice. Conclusion: The standard for educational equipment for fundamental nursing practice in BSN programs provides the basics for fundamental nursing practice. Of these 72 were selected and the authors suggests establishing an educational committee of fundamental nursing practice and holding a workshop on educational equipment for fundamental nursing practice in BSN programs every 5 years.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify self-efficacy, disposition to critical thinking and level of nursing competency in new nurses and to exam the correlation among these variables. Method: The sample was composed of 286 new nurses who had worked at E hospital for 1 year. Descriptive and correlation analysis using the SPSS program were used to analyze the data. Results: The mean score for self-efficacy was 67.10, disposition to critical thinking, 3.01 and nursing competency, 3.02. There were significant differences in scores for 3 variables between nurses with College degrees and nurses with Baccalaureate degrees. There was a significant positive correlation between disposition to critical thinking and nursing competency scores. Conclusion: Further study of the various components that influence nursing competency is necessary. Also based on the disposition to critical thinking, there is a need to develop education programs to strengthen curiosity and other related variables. The results of this study confirmed the necessity of developing a clinical model of nursing competency ability.

본 연구의 목적은 상호동료 교수법을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 자율실습(투약단원을 중심으로)이 간호대학생의 학습에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 연구참여자는 간호학과 4학년 학생 15명이었으며, 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, '학습동기 유발', '자기주도 학습', '성취도 향상', '학습요구 불충족'의 4개의 주제가 도출되었다. 상호동료 교수법을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 자율실습은 참여자들에게 편안한 환경과 자신감 향상으로 학습동기를 유발하고, 주도적인 사전학습 및 학습자의 언어로 학습할 기회를 얻는 긍정적인 경험이 있었다. 하지만, 추가적인 지식확장이 어렵고 충분하지 않은 학습요구로 불안감을 느끼는 경험도 있었다. 이에 상호동료 교수법을 자율실습에 적용할 때, 교수자는 학습자의 학습요구를 충분히 만족시키는 방안을 적용하면 효과적일 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 임상 시나리오를 적용한 기본간호학실습 프로그램이 간호 대학생들의 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 간호술기 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험설계이며, 연구 대상자는 실험군 35명과 대조군 46명의 2학년 간호 대학생이었다. 임상 시나리오를 적용한 기본간호학실습 프로그램 적용 후 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 간호 술기 능력의 결과를 평가하였다. 연구의 결과는 자기효능감은 실험군에서 증가하였으며, 통계적으로 유의하였다(t=2.06, p=.042). 의사소통능력은 실험군에서 향상되었지만, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(t=.28, p=.778). 간호 술기 능력은 대조군과 비교하여 실험군에서 약간 증가하였으며, 통계적으로 유의하였다(t=2.46 4, p=.016). 이에 임상 시나리오를 적용한 기본간호학실습은 학생들의 임상 상황의 이해를 돕고 간호 술기 능력 향상을 기대할 수 있겠다.
