For this purpose, 2,235 first-year middle school students from the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey 2021 were selected as research subjects. Data analysis methods included frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. The main research results are as follows: First, in the impact of parenting attitude on career adaptability, positive parenting attitude was significant as positive (+), and negative parenting attitude was negative (-). Second, in the effect of parenting attitude on grit, positive parenting attitude was significant as positive (+), and negative parenting attitude was negative (-). Third, grit was positively (+) significant to career adaptability. Fourth, in the relationship between parenting attitude and career adaptability, the mediating effect of grit was found to be a complete mediating effect with positive parenting attitude and a partial mediating effect with negative parenting attitude. Through this, practical suggestions were provided to improve middle school students' career adaptability.

The subjects of the study were 285 nursing college students attending the department of nursing located in S city. Data were collected through a self-report questionnaire from April 11 to June 13. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 29.0 program with descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. In the result of this study, academic burnout had a negative correlation with grit(r=-.425, p<.001), agreeableness(r=-.330, p<.001). On the other hand, it showed a positive correlation with neuroticism (r=.384, p<.001). Two personality factors(neuroticism, agreeableness), major satisfaction, and grit were found to have a significant impact on academic burnout in nursing students. Therefore, It is necessary to develop counseling methods that can prevent academic burnout by utilizing the five personality factors of nursing students and to develop programs that can increase major satisfaction and grit and reduce academic burnout.

First of all, as the result, it was found that the perceived parental autonomy support had positive effects on growth mindset and grit. Second, the growth mindset worked as a negative mediator for the association between perceived parental autonomy support and avoidant help-seeking behaviors. The results suggested that we should consider not only relations with parents but also individual growth mindset to increase high school students' self-regulated learning. Also, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
