This study presents another effective way of ERP training and education for the successful deployment of ERP in public and private sectors. In general, there have been many researches on ERP implementation success factors. However, training methods and research related to effective ERP education/training are difficult to find. Several studies on the ERP implementation success factors state that the Chief Executive Office Interest in the project, education and training are one of the most important factors. In order to successfully implement an ERP, ERP education and training must preferentially be continuous and done by long-term plan. In Chapter 2, we examined the previous researches to determine the status of effective education and training in private and public sectors. Feedbacks from public enterprises, private enterprises, ERP consultants and production professionals from the survey are analysed using the Delphi method. Using the SPSS statistical analysis, survey results derived another effective private and public enterprise ERP education/training strategies and management guidelines.

Robotics has been increasing its role among factors affecting teachers' technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge(TPACK) in education. This paper reviews these factors and analyses each to identify those most influential: teachers' individual (gender, teaching experiences), professional development(PD) for technology integration, psycho-philosophical characteristics (attitude toward technology integration, constructive belief), and school characteristics.Those having the most significant influence on teachers' TPACK of robotics were PD for technology integration from individual characteristics, attitudes toward technology integration, educational belief from psycho-philosophical characteristics, and schools' atmosphere and support from school characteristics.Thisreview confirmed that PD for technology integration and school atmosphere are the two most influential factors among all factors considered. Practical implications on precautions for effective integration of robotics in education were identified.

Investment in training by a company can lead to the retention and motivation of its valued staff and promote high self-fulfillment by providing career development. The objectives of this research were (a) to test the perceived satisfaction with a training based on respondents' socio-demographic characteristics, (b) to investigate training motivation factors affecting employees' training satisfaction, (c) to assess how training motivation factors affect the employees' satisfaction, and (d) to indicate the relationship between training satisfaction and the employees' job satisfaction. Additionally, by developing an employees' training motivation model and conducting multiple regression analysis, two types of motivation factors, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, were shown to be positively related to employees' training satisfaction. Subsequently, this employees' training satisfaction was a significant determinant factor for improving job satisfaction.

To accomplish the purpose, the current study drew factors affecting the transfer of education and training through a review of domestic and overseas literature, and aimed to empirically investigate whether these factors actually affect the transfer of education and training of fire officers. The results showed that significant variables affecting the degree of perception on the transfer of education and training were in the order of work relationship, learning culture, peer support, self-efficacy, learning motivation, learning ability, and teaching method.

Teaching ICT skills in extracurricular activity classes of commercial high school helps to bridge the digital divide of the students at the minimum cost, and gives them a chance of getting ICT-related licenses. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of satisfaction and planned behavior toward computer classes, offered as extracurricular activities in commercial high schools. A survey methodology was used to investigate a proposed model of influence, and regression analysis was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that the intention to participate in the class is mostly influenced by the expected social effect, individual impact and playfulness from the class. In addition, it was found that the learning environment influences the level of playfulness and social effect, and that the contents quality has some impact on the level of the ease of study and playfulness. Useful suggestions for promoting computer classes as extracurricular activities in commercial high schools are also provided.

This study aims to derive the main factors for predicting student departure of university freshmen and provide the basis for establishing policies to prevent student departure at the institutional level. For this purpose, a random forest model is developed with the data observed for 2 years at a four-year private university in Seoul. In the prediction model, 6 variables of school adjustment factors and 12 variables of institution satisfaction factors are applied. The top 6 variables presenting the highest MDA turn out to be emotional stability, financial conditions, assurance in the choice of major, satisfaction with the choice of university, educational method(systematic teaching method), educational method(effectiveness of major education). Based on the results of this study, it is suggested the necessity of institutional design supporting freshmen to adapt to university life and stably continue their studies.

This study was conducted to verify the effect of convergence education applying computing thinking ability of elementary school students on problem solving ability and interest. The subjects of this study were 23 students in 3rd grade elementary school and 15 students in 6th grade, totaling 38 subjects. As a research method, problem-solving ability and interest were measured through questionnaires, and data were analyzed through T-test to see the pre-post differences of the experimental group. As a result of the study, first, it was found that convergence education applying computing thinking ability had a positive effect on problem solving ability. Second, it was found that convergence education applying computational thinking has a partial effect on the degree of interest by subject. Looking at the details, interest in software education and physical activity was high, but interest in eating habits was relatively low. From the above results, it can be seen that convergence education based on computational thinking contributes to drawing students' problem solving ability, and interest.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the educational service of school libraries and to seek effective ways to revitalize the services following an analysis of the influence size and the cause and effect of each factor. For this, after deciding the variables through a comprehensive investigation based on documentary research, the variables were operationalized. These variables are school members' recognition and support, teacher librarians' expertise, cooperation between teachers and teacher librarians, the school curriculum, a shortage of teacher librarians' time, the educational environment and educational services. Fourteen hypotheses on the cause and effect among the seven variables were analyzed by applying SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The result is that the key factors of educational services are teacher librarians' expertise, cooperation between subject teachers and teacher librarians, and the school curriculum. As a result, active methods for the educational services of school libraries were sought.

This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a measurement tool for success and failure factors of education and training of Korean bodyguards. conducted a meeting from the fully open questionnaire at first, and then formed the semi-structured questionnaire, finally carried out the survey from the closed questionnaire and analyzed data from SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 and developed the measurements. It was conducted from May, 2019 to December, 2019. This survey was conducted of 150 security guards after the verification of the content validity though the pilot survey and presented the success attribution factors and standards on the basis of the result form this survey. As a result, the success factors of the training of the bodyguards were accidental education (5 item), vocational mental education (2 item), vocational mental education (2 item), work ability enhancement education (2 item), realistic practical education (2 item) ), Including 4 items, 11 items, The failure factors consisted of 12 item of three factors: formal education and training (5 item), lack of leadership qualities (4 item), and lack of education (3 item).

The purpose of this study is to prevent obesity in the elderly and to seek differentiated intervention measures according to education level by comparing and analyzing the factors influencing obesity in single-person households according to education level. Using the data from the National Health and Nutrition Survey in 2020, cross-analysis and logistic regression analysis were conducted through data of a total of 400 respondents, and the analysis showed vulnerability in physical activities that could affect obesity if the education level was low, and risk factors such as eating out and sodium intake were high. As a result of comparative analysis of influencing factors through the classification of education levels, sedentary time was a risk factor in the low-education group, and sodium intake was a risk factor for obesity in the high-education group. Through this, it was discussed the need for healthy nutrition and physical activity education for middle-aged and elderly single-person households, and differentiated intervention according to the level of education.
