Today, as potential uses of the Internet continue to grow, e-learning in university an education course has taken on an important role. Accordingly, to provide good e-learning services, university officials attempt to develop high quality educational content in their courses. In this study, we investigate e-learning adoption by students using the extended technology acceptance model (TAM). In particular, trust in the online environment plays an extremely crucial role in student willingness to adopt e-learning. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the relationships of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and actual use on students' level of trust using a partial least squares (PLS) approach. This study suggests valuable implications for developing e-learning strategies and implementing e-learning.

This study was approached from the perspective of leadership as a study on innovation, a concept that can develop and maintain a continuous competitive advantage in the rapidly changing environment of management and public service organizations. the purpose of this study is as follows. first, it defines the concept of creative leadership and tests the relationship with innovation behavior through various variables. second, the relationship between conceptually defined creative leadership and job enthusiasm and organizational trust is tested in the organization of public officials in the educational administration. third, it examines the relationship between job enthusiasm and organizational trust, which are parameters, innovation behaviors of public officials in the educational administration. the finddings are as follows. job enthusiasm, organizational trust, and creative leadership were suggested as prerequisites that directly influence the innovation behavior of the organizational members of the educational administration office.

교수효능감은 교사가 교실에서 얼마나 효율적으로 가르칠 것인지를 예측하는 매우 강력한 구인이다. MTEBI는 초등 예비교사를 대상으로 수학 교수 효능감을 재는 유효한 척도이다. 그러나 MTEBI는 미국에서 개발되어 다른 문화에서 바로 사용할 수는 없다. 본 연구는 MTEBI가 한국에서 유효한 지에 대한 실증적 조사이다. 먼저, 영문의 MTEBI를 국문으로 번역하고, 번역한 것을 다수의 수학교사 교육자가 철저하게 검토하였다. 그다음, 506명의 예비 초등교사 표본에서 정규성, 신뢰도, 타당도 등의 통계적 검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 한글판 MTEBI의 하위척도인 PMTE와 MTOE의 알파계수가 각각 .836과 .705이었다. 이로써 한글판 MTEBI가 한국에서 효능감 연구에 사용할 수 있을 만큼 믿을 수 있고 문항 구성이 타당함을 입증하였다. 나아가 본 연구에서 제시된 영문판을 바탕으로 한국과 교육에 대한 전통과 문화가 비슷한 이웃 문화에서도 효능감 연구가 일어나기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of franchisor's training on franchisee's trust and relationship satisfaction. In addition, it investigated the difference in the perception of franchisor's training system by the duration of the franchise contract and the frequency of franchisor's visiting. In order to carry out the empirical study, a questionnaire was distributed to franchisees from July 26 to September 1, 2009, and a total of 255 copies were returned and used for analysis. In analyzing the data, three factors of the franchisor's training were obtained: pre-training, franchisor training, and supervisor training. These three factors had a significant effect on franchisee's trust and satisfaction with the relationship. Also, There was significant differences among franchisor's training by duration of the franchise contract. The findings of the study suggested useful implications in the related industries.

This descriptive study was conducted to investigate the relationship between clinical learning environment, professor trust, and academic engagement in nursing students. The findings of the study provide the basis for nursing education improvement related to academic engagement in nursing students. Data were collected from 120 nursing students at a university. Measurement parameters consisted of clinical learning environment (CLE, Clinical Learning Environment) 19 items, professor trust (PTS, Professor Trust Scale) 27 items, and academic engagement (UWES-S, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Students) 13 items. The general characteristics of respondents were as follows: average age 21.91 years, females 87.4%, third grade 50.5%, fourth grade 49.5%, and an academic score just before the semester of high 16.2%, middle high 35.1%, middle low 36.9%, or low 11.5%. Academic engagement showed a statistically significant correlation between clinical learning environment and professor trust. Regression analysis showed that clinical learning environment (CLE), professor trust (PTS), and academic score just before the semester affected academic engagement. Results of this study suggest that clinical learning environment should be improved, and professor's efforts to give students credibility should be followed for academic engagement of nursing students.

협회는 회원들의 유기적인 결속과 지속적인 보수교육을 평생교육으로 유도하여 신뢰받는 치과의사상을 구현하고자 지난 ‘83. 3. 17일 치과의사 보수교육지침서를 제정 하였읍니다. 이 지침서는 의료법으로 규정하고 있는 국내치과의사의 보수교육을 보다 간편하고 효과적으로 이수할 수 있도록 세부사항을 정하여 놓은 것으로서 보수교육의 미필로 법에 규정된 행정 처분을 받는 회원이 발생되지 않도록 하는 길잡이가 되고 우리 치과의사의 품위와 권익을 보호하는데 일익을 담당하게 될 것으로 믿읍니다. 본 지침서에 다소 문제점과 불편한 사항이 있드라도 감수하면서 문제점시정을 건의하고 개선하여 우리 모두가 바라는 합리적인 방향으로 발전해 갈수 있도록 협조를 하여 주시기 바랍니다.

The popularity of question answering communities such as Yahoo! Answers and Naver Knowledge-iN and increasing doubts about the competence of lay information providers prompted this study to explore answerers' strategies to provide a credible answer in a question answering community. Forty-four active answerers in Yahoo! Answers were included in this study, and interviews were conducted through email, chat, and over the telephone. This study identified a set of information sources the answerers used, an array of important strategies to provide a credible answer, and their perception of self-claimed expertise. Implications of results were discussed in the context of user instruction.

This study examines whether citizen's satisfaction with police response to their victimization has an effect on the trust in the police. The data (N = 214) were collected from the North Koreans refugees residing in South Korea. One key finding shows that the North Koreans who were dissatisfied with policemen's response to their crime victimization cases report lower trust in the South Korean police. Also, the people who had ever reported a crime to the police increase their trust in the police. However, sex, education experience, car ownership, household victimization preventive measures, crime trends decrease their trust in the police. The implications and limitations were discussed for the future research.

본 연구는 강지혜의 '고등학교 무용전공 지도자의 지도유형과 지도자 신뢰 및 만족의 관계 연구'를 바탕으로 한 무용지도유형과 지도자 신뢰도의 관계에 대한 논의이다. 기존의 연구는 2010년 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 무용전공생과 무용지도자의 관계를 논의를 통해 탐색하고 분석함으로써 실기 수업에 있어 무용수행 효율성을 높이고 무용지도자 역할을 강화하는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의의가 있다. 본 연구의 논의에 따르면 빠른 속도로 변화하고 있는 융복합 사회 속에서 교육을 받는 학생들에게 무용지도자의 신뢰를 높이며 교육이 획일적인 지도자 중심의 지도보다는 학생들의 의견을 수용하여야 하는 무용지도자야하며, 학생들에 대한 세심한 배려와 상호작용하는 것은 무용전공생에게 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 무용지도자의 지도효율성과 무용수행도 높아질 수 있음과 동시에 무용지도자의 역할이 강화될 것이다.

This study compares the confidence interval estimation of population mean with that of population ratio, and considers whether these two estimations ensures consistency. As a result, this study suggests the following acquisition method of consistency : dealing with population mean and population ratio in the same mode, substituting the observed or experimental value of sample standard deviation for standard deviation in population in setting a confidence interval of both population mean and population ratio, and distinguishing population ratio $\hat{P}$ from its observed vale $\hat{p}$.
