웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 국제적 표준인 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 높은 재사용성과 유지보수성을 극대화하기 위해 컴포넌트 개발 방법론(Component Based Development)을 적용해서 체계적으로 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템에 초점둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 방법론중에서 Unified Process를 이용하여 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의하고 SCORM기반의 메타데이터를 이용한 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 한다. 이를 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠 제공을 함으로써 재사용성 향상으로 교수-학습지원 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 교수자에게 큰 부담을 주지 않으면서 학습 효과를 높이기 위한 방법으로 문제풀이 기반의 자발적 복습을 지원하는 교수학습 모형을 제안하고 이를 수업 운영에 적용하였다. 학습자들에게 배포한 수업내용을 복습할 수 있는 문제들로 구성한 유인물은 단순히 해당 요일의 수업을 되풀이하여 익히는 소극적 의미에서의 복습이 아니라 이전 수업 내용들 간의 연관성을 이해할 수 있도록 문제를 구성하고 학습자들의 복습시 발생하는 어려움을 해결할 수 있도록 교수 전략을 수립한다.

The purpose of this study is suggesting the direction for improving web accessibility by analyzing the state of abiding by the web accessibility by the centers for teaching and learning support at the education offices in cities and provinces which provide the learning and teaching materials to the K-12 members and the interested people. For this aim, nine centers for teaching and learning support were evaluated. The primary manual evaluation by two experts and the evaluation by 18 users were conducted. The users were comprised of hearing-impaired people, visually-impaired people, brain-disabled people, the elderly, various browser users, and a variety of operating system users. As a result of the analysis, not a single center for teaching and learning support had conformed to web accessibility in the expert evaluation and the user evaluation. As a result of the expert evaluation, the errors regarding web design improvement, HTML source error correction, and provision of alternative measures for the disabled were found. This study is meaningful in the sense that it provided various discussions with regard to the direction of the future web accessibility evaluation based on the improved web accessibility evaluation method.

본 연구에서는 학습자의 수준에 맞는 적합한 학습 내용과 평가 문제를 제공하고, 그 평가 결과를 분석하여 반복학습 및 심화학습을 효과적으로 제공하는 웹기반 퍼지 교수 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 코스웨어를 설계시 학습목표의 중요도, 학습내용의 난이도, 학습목표와 학습내용과의 관련성과 각 항목의 가중치를 고려한 퍼지 함수에 의해 퍼지 소속성을 가진 퍼지 언어 변수로 각 프레임에 대한 수준을 표현한다. 이와 같이 퍼지 함수를 이용함으로써 학습자의 수준을 분석하고, 이에 적절한 학습 및 평가 내용을 제공하는데 여러가지 다양하고 불확실한 요소들을 고려하여 처리함으로써 보다 융통성 있고 효과적인 교수 학습 방법을 지원할 수 있다.

u-러닝(u-learning) 체제의 도입은, 다양한 형태의 원격교육을 지원하기 위한 교수-학습 시스템 및 모형을 요구하며, 이에 따라 유무선 인터넷을 이용한 u-러닝 시스템이 지속적으로 개발 적용되어 왔다. 하지만, 현재 운영되고 있는 대부분의 원격교육시스템은 교수자와 학습자간의 지속적인 쌍방향 상호작용 유지의 어려움, 시스템 구축을 위한 경제적 부담, 시스템 운영에 투입되는 교수자의 기술적 소양 부족 등의 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 다음 항목에 대한 제고가 필요하다. 첫째, 효율적인 쌍방향 상호작용은 학습자 행동에 대한 지속적인 모니터링 및 피드백, 그리고 교수자의 상시 접속 상태 유지를 전제로 한다. 이는 사이버 교사(cyber tutor)를 이용하는 지능형 학습에 대한 논의로 이어진다. 둘째, 구현될 시스템은 경제성과 재사용성 측면이 고려되어야 하며, 이는 기존의 학교 현장의 인프라를 활용하는 u-러닝 개념의 학습 환경, 즉 이동성 네트워크 구조에 대한 설계가 요구된다. 셋째, 시스템의 직접적인 운영 주체인 일선 교사들의 기술적 소양을 고려할 때, 시스템 구축 및 사용상의 편리성, 학습 진행을 위한 보조적 지원 장치 등이 충분히 전제되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 이동성과 내재성의 u-러닝 개념을 포함하고, 지능형 가상 교수자(cyber tutor)에 의한 블랜디드 학습(blended learning)을 도입하며, 사용자의 기술적, 경제적 부담의 제거가 가능한 지능형 u-러닝시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에 의해 개발된 시스템은 기존의 네트워크 인프라와 u-러닝의 개념을 통합하는 네트워크 구조, 원격학습을 지원하는 네트워크 화이트보드, 학습 과정의 저장과 해석을 지원하는 스크립트 인터프리터, 학습자 반응에 대한 피드백을 자동 제공할 수 있는 지능형 인터프리터로 구성되었다.

In this paper, I propose the level of satisfaction with online classes of nursing students and its influencing factors. The participants was 175 nursing students who had enrolled in H university located at Chungcheongbuk-do. The data was collected using a questionnaire which consisted of satisfaction with online classes, learner's efforts, instructor's efforts, interpersonal interaction, and university's supports. The mean score for satisfaction with online classes(scores ranged form 1 to 5) was 3.99. The influencing factors of satisfaction with online classes were intention of using online(p<.001), academic achievement(p=.003), instructor's effort(p=.038), and evaluation of class and management(p=.044), and its explanatory power was 50.2%. The most important things to improve online learning were instructor in problem of operation and server capacity and sound in problem of techniques. Based on the theses results, in order to increase satisfaction with online classes, it is needed to develop strategies to improve intention of using online and academic achievement. Also, instructor's efforts and university's active supports were considered to increase satisfaction with online classes among nursing students.

One of the most urgent problems facing 21 century might seem to be a preparation for an advanced education against an information society and have relation to a new information supporting system in teaching as well as leaning. Nevertheless, our educational circumstances have a lot of problems because an effective information supporting contents for teaching and leaning is insufficient. Especially, we've never been making every effort to develope educational contents providing students with a type of information and knowledge database even though the education which come into use internet has been raising a social issue. Therefore, we propose a model of learning contents for supporting www based distance learning system.

인터넷을 통한 정보화의 영향으로 교육 방법에도 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 교수자와 학습자간 오프라인으로 이루어졌던 교육이 온라인상에서 이루어지게 되었고, 양질의 원격 교육을 실천하려는 노력 과정에서 LMS(Learning Management System)는 많은 발전을 하게 되었다[3]. 하지만 잘 개발된 LMS 라 할 지라도 온라인 교육에서는 오프라인 교육과 같이 교수자와 학습자의 직접적인 커뮤니케이션을 통한 상호 의견 수렴이 어렵다[4]. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LMS 기능에 확장성과 이식성을 갖는 설문 시스템을 추가 함으로써 교수자와 학습자간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 지원하고자 한다. 또한 강의 점검, 교수전략 수립, 연구, 정책수립 및 사업추진을 위한 각종 조사에 활용하고자 한다. 본 논문의 설문 조사 시스템은 오픈 소스로 전국 대학 및 교육기관을 대상으로 무상 배포 중이며 그 활용을 검증 중이다[5].

The purpose of this study is to explore teaching and learning strategies through analyzing cases of foreign engineering education. With the analysis criteria composed of engineering education model, teaching and learning method, evaluation strategy, and technology supporting strategy, 10 foreign colleges of engineering in 5 countries were examined and analyzed. Teaching and learning strategies deduced from analysis state as follows. First of all, it need to develop engineering education models that reform should be made in systematic approach to teaching and learning, workplaces and laboratories, evaluation, technology support, etc. Secondly, the strategy for teaching and learning recommends supporting student directed learning, active learning participation, and collaboration learning by inductive learning strategies such as problem based learning, inquiry learning, project based learning, studio based learning, and blended learning. Thirdly, the evaluation strategy suggests that evaluation should be made to reflect students' learning and facilitate continuous learning based current learning results while it is necessary to build up a whole evaluation system. Finally, it is the educational technology approach for systematic engineering education that is required considering that many foreign colleges of engineering have reformed engineering education through technology supporting systems and are maximizing research and education in connection with other universities. This study is expected to contribute as preliminary data in developing further teaching and learning models and strategies for nurturing engineering students.

This is a study on the direction of the teaching support program contents analysis and teaching support platform of the teaching and learning center. To this end, in April 2020, a literature study was conducted, an analysis of the current status of teaching support at other universities and K universities, an analysis of professor interviews, and expert verification were conducted. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the current status of teaching support programs at 24 universities, it was confirmed that special lectures on teaching methods, class consulting, teaching method research meetings, and educational resource rooms were operated as representative programs. Second, the basic structure of the platform is composed of a lecture case sharing bulletin board to enable active exchange of opinions on teaching methods among teachers, a teaching support program application bulletin board to enable application for a teaching method program, and Edu-tech to activate the platform, and a professor support menu. Third, the contents of the teaching support platform were implemented based on the basic structure of the teaching support platform. This study analyzed the contents of the teaching support program and conducted a study to suggest the direction of the teaching support platform to discuss the direction of establishing an effective teaching support platform.
