This study was analyzed in a phenomenological way to identify the depth of the experience from the perspective of students who participated in field trips and to understand in-depth the practical knowledge and meaning of the process. The subjects of the study were nine people with experience in field training for beauty college students, and they were in-depth stories from October to December 2020. The collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi method. The results of this study showed four essential topic vowels: "Expectation on Field Practice," "Necessity of Practical Education," "Difficulties Experienced in Field Practice," and "The Endurance of Field Practice." Based on the results of this study, the importance of being designed more systematically to enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences so that the effectiveness of learning experiences can be improved with confidence to cope with field practice.

This study was aimed at exploring the parenting experience of fathers in single parent families as well as comprehensively determining their parenting experiences and the various parenting resources and support systems that have emerged in the process. The subjects were five divorced fathers who had not remarried and had been raising their children on their own. This qualitative case study involved data collect through in-depth interviews. The inter-case analyses derived two topics, five categories, and 17 concepts related to the issues of interest. The results indicated, that, first, there was "psychological confusion in the early stages of parenting" because of the sudden onset of this responsibility after divorce. Second, in the parenting experience, the fathers felt that "family survival was at stake". Third the support systems that the fathers had in raising single parent families were "social resources" made available through workplaces, acquaintances, institutions, and the government. Such systems also took the form of "family resources" including brothers and parents. An "internal resource" was the presence of children along with psychological sources of support, such as responsibility and the satisfaction experienced by the fathers through parenting. This study, uncovered the reality, resources, and support systems of fathers in single families. It is meaningful in that it will serve as a basis for supporting practical measures and educational interventions for fathers in single-parent households.

This study aims to seek lifelong educational implications and supports for middle aged women who experience empty nest period. Empty nest period has gained limited attention in research even though it is an important period through which middle aged women review and re-evaluate their past life and prepare for their next. This study tries to understand how they experience the empty nest period and how it affects their life, and suggest lifelong educational implications. A total number of 10 middle aged women were interviewed. They were selected by the reason that they either have experienced or are currently in the empty nest period. The collected samples were analyzed by constant comparative method based on grounded theory and were named & categorized through sequential process of open coding, axis coding and selective coding. While story-telling the experiential process of empty nest period, this study found 2 main criteria, will of change and actualization, based on which 4 different types of middle aged women's experience were withdrawn. Those 4 types are self-seeking, role-adaptive, relationship-focused and change-unwillingly and each type was explained with its own characteristics. Based on study result, lifelong educational implications for middle aged women were suggested.

This study is an online survey user experience study. The purpose of this research is user experience research to make use and development of online surveys. In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 native Koreans who were not experienced with Naver and Google, and were surveyed using Peter Morville's Honeycomb model. In addition, we performed evaluation through tasks and think-aloud. Naver is highly useful, usable, desirable and findable, and Google can confirm its superior accessible and flexible. Research has shown that improvements in usability and ease of functioning are needed by reclassifying and moving menu categories. Online survey user experience that has not been studied previously can predict the direction of usability improvement and can help the user side. We hope that this research will improve the usability of online surveys, and will lead to various related research.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure experience and job-attitude and organizational citizenship behavior. And this study indicates how positive emotion affects the relationship between leisure experience and job-attitude and organizational citizenship behavior. The results from this study are as follows: First, leisure experience influenced significantly the positive emotion, the positive emotion was giving positive affection to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, positive emotion mediated between leisure experience and job-attitude and organizational citizenship behavior. This study was giving us implications that positive emotion from leisure experience is more important than leisure activities themselves when we plan 'fun management'.

It is obvious that the sales of smart phones are increasing every year whereas the growth rate is decreasing year by year from 2010 through the investigation of the current situation of the smartphone market. Therefore, the GUI design of smartphones has gradually become the major design difference and selling point. In this research background, the purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the relationship between GUI design and user experience which takes the 20 generation smartphone users in China as the research objects, so as to understand the impact of GUI design on user experience. In this paper, five visual elements of GUI design are derived from prior study, and five essential factors of user experience are educed by using online review text analysis and KJ. Finally, this thesis makes a questionnaire survey on the 20 generation smartphone users in China, and analyzes the influence of GUI design on the user experience. Meanwhile, we put forward some suggestions for improving the user experience on the basis of the survey results.

This study aimed to examine the effects of rejection sensitivity on depression and anxiety, and the moderating effects of school violence victimization experiences on the relationships between rejection sensitivity and both anxiety and depression. Based on the results, we suggested a method of screening soldiers at high risk of depression and anxiety and interventions for their psychological adaptation. The data about anxiety, depression, rejection sensitivity, and school violence victimization experiences was collected from 126 airmen in S city, South Korea. To test the moderation effects, multiple regression analyses were conducted in which the rejection sensitivity, anxiety, school violence victimization experiences and their interaction terms were hierarchically entered. The moderation of school violence victimization experiences was found in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and school violence victimization experiences. The specific interaction patterns in each of these significant interaction effects were examined. Finally, the importance of school violence victimization experiences as a high-risk factor in army life and the clinical implication of these findings were discussed.

Purpose: This study was to compare health behaviors, DM management and HRQoL among Diabetic patients according to education experience. Methods: Data were obtained from Community health Survey(CHS) of 2015. The participants were 22,937 diabetic patients who had education experience or not. Data were analyzed on complex sample anaysis using SPSS 24 program. Results: The education experience group showed higher percentages of health behaviors and DM Management and higher HRQoL. The significant negative factors influencing HRQoL were Bed ridden experience, higher subjective stress, depression expereince, age, low education and positive factors were good subjective health status, walking, mod-exercise, drinking, employment, spouse, good subjective happiness. Conclusion: These results show that education experience is a way to help diabetic patients' health behavior, DM management, HRQoL.

The purpose of this narrative inquiry is to explore two gifted elementary students' 'happiness experience'. They narrated that they experienced strong happiness at the moment 'doing something they really like for themselves ', 'trying and achieving in self-directed way', and 'feeling trust, love, and support from their family'. Also happiness was the results of their effort. They made an effort to reduce their negative emotion against happiness by 'controling their feeling doing something their favorite activities' and 'working again and again until they succeed'. The results of the study show that social and emotional support as well as help in the cognitive aspects is important. Especially, parents variable was an essential condition for them to have happiness experiences. More specifically, the study show that overgovernment and excessive intervention from parents should be distinguished from 'good caring' of their child. Practical implication of the study was discussed in depth.

This study aims to evaluate the user experience of leading handmade product market service applications, Etsy and idus. A survey about the apps was developed based on Peter Morville's user experience factors. The survey was conducted with eleven users from their 20s to 50s. In addition, problems were discovered through an in-depth interview and the resulting user experience problems were analyzed according to the five levels of Jesse James Garrett's user experience element framework. Our primary results for both apps suggest applying a universally accepted visual interface to improve the user experience, providing brief text to improve readability, avoiding repetitive delivery of similar functions in different information structures, and applying design patterns that are considerate of customers' culture and country. This study provides meaningful data to elevate handmade product platforms into global platforms by analyzing and providing improvements to their shopping experiences.
