  • This study establishes a conceptual model that can clarify the causal relationship between self-efficacy, expected value and perceived risk, and trust for hydrogen Electric vehicles, which are expected to play an important role in activating hydrogen electric vehicles, and verify this through empirical research. As a specific research goal, first, the concepts of self-efficacy, perceived value, perceived risk, and trust were defined conceptually and operationally, centering on prior research. Second, a research model was presented and verified through an empirical analysis in order to confirm the influence relationship between the self-efficacy, perceived value, perceived risk, and trust derived through prior research. As a result of the study, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant effect on perceived value and trust. Also, perceived value and perceived risk were found to have a significant effect on perceived trust.

  • This study examined the effects of procedural justice on two facets of OCB (OCBI and OCBO) in local public enterprises and the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in these relationships. We verified the hypothesis established by a structural equation model based on PLS. The research data were collected through a survey of 269 employees working for local public enterprises. Research has shown that procedural fairness has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, organizational citizenship behavior directed at individuals (OCBI), and organizational citizenship behavior directed at the organization (OCBO), while intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on OCBI and OCBO. In addition, intrinsic motivation has been found to have a partial mediating effect in the procedural justice-OCBI relationship and the procedural justice-OCBO relationship respectively. Finally, we present theoretical and practical implications that organizations need to activate intrinsic motivation so that members can induce voluntary organizational civic action through improved procedural fairness.

  • It is difficult to educate the overall operation of public and private blockchains with different characteristics. Recently, most education for blockchain is targeted at public blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. However, in an actual business environment, a private blockchain such as HyperLedger Fabric is used because access to corporate data is controlled through user authentication. In the case of HLF-based education, it is necessary to understand various components that are not in the public blockchain, such as peers, orderers, and channels. In this paper, a lab framework for HLF is designed for an efficient and systematic understanding of the functions and operations. The framework consists of HLF network, chaincode, and decentralized software control functions. Through the framework, the network configuration, distribution and activation of chaincode, and dApp execution process were checked step by step, and it was very easy to understand the overall flow for blockchain services. In addition, it is expected that a systematic understanding of the overall flow will be possible even in future network expansion.

  • The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the status of ship departures by major ports in Korea. To this end, we collected necessary data from the National Statistical Office (National Statistical Portal), "Transportation·Logistics ⇨ Ship Departure Status by Port". The analysis period is 141 months from January 2009 to September 2020. The increase rate was higher in the order of Yeosu, Pyeongtaek Dangjin, Gwangyang, Busan, Incheon and Ulsan. In the analysis of the rate of change, Yeosu showed an uptrend while other ports showed a modest downtrend. In the scatter analysis, the total ship departure shows a high degree of synchronization with other ports except Yeosu. As a result of the empirical analysis, the recent trend of ship departures is slowly falling below 0%, and the current movement is expected to continue for the time being. As the southern logistics of China and ASEAN and northern logistics of Eurasia become active, the role of major ports is expected to expand further. It is necessary to develop a differentiated logistics service for each port and find an efficient way to increase the volume of goods by deriving factors for improving logistics.

  • This research empirically analyzes the effect of internal marketing in public libraries on the quality of work life of public library librarians. To this end, a 59-day survey of incumbent librarians working at public libraries in Seoul was conducted on Naver Form from July 25, 2020, and 120 respondents were conducted using IBM SPSS 25, a statistical program, to conduct factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research has shown that internal marketing of public libraries has a positive effect on the quality of librarians' work life. As a way to improve internal marketing in public libraries, it was suggested to prepare a systematic and sustainable internal marketing system, recognize experiences and compensate highly educated librarians, improve the compensation system of librarians, and promote an internal marketing system centered on supporting management and delegation.

  • This study selected indicators that can represent the characteristics of general hospitals, including local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals, which are representative public health institutions, and analyzed clusters. And we present to benchmark in each cluster. According to the analysis, 276 general hospitals were classified into 13 clusters, and local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals were classified into clusters between 1 and 7 of the total 13 clusters because of their small size. Local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals, selected as excellent hospitals in each cluster, showed significant differences in management performance despite similar regional environment and medical performance, and among them, surgical consultation and internal medical care rates, inpatient and outpatient rates. In order for local medical centers and Red Cross hospitals to play their role as secondary acute hospitals in the region, inpatient care services and surgical functions must be activated.

  • Data scientists are new knowledge workers representing the knowledge economy era. Knowledge workers perform unstandardized works that solve ambiguity-intensive problems. Therefore, self-leadership, which emphasizes self-motivated, autonomous judgment and execution, significantly influences their work-related outcomes. Even knowledge workers have high occupational commitment, they usually show low organizational commitment. Knowledge workers' intention to leave is also relatively high due to this reason. This study focused on data scientists' self-leadership, predicted that self-leadership would increase an organization's commitment and intention to leave. Based on the trait activation theory(TAT), the author also confirmed how perceived job autonomy enhances self-leadership influences. Results showed that data scientists' self-leadership significantly lowered intention to leave through organizational commitment and this mediating effect was moderated by perceived job autonomy. This study broadened the theoretical understanding the effects of knowledge workers' self-leadership and presented practical implications for managing data scientists.

  • Establishing an investment evaluation system for public ICT projects is ultimately to increase the success rate of public ICT projects in which government finances are invested and to revitalize the projects, thereby establishing a foundation for national economic growth and enhancing the competitiveness of the global ICT industry. This study tried to empirically verify the effect of public ICT project investment evaluation factors established according to the existing evaluation system on actual project success, and to suggest directions for future investment evaluation factors. Five evaluation factors such as public interest, economic feasibility, technology, policy and budget efficiency were derived through prior research, and the effect of these evaluation criteria on actual project success was verified through questionnaires from experts who directly participated in the actual project. In addition, it was confirmed whether the government's support system had a moderating effect between the investment evaluation factors and the project success of the ICT project. The reliability and validity of measurement tools, structural model analysis, and path analysis were empirically analyzed, and the significance of existing ICT investment evaluation factors was verified.

  • As the non-face-to-face economy is activated by digital innovation, the boundaries of the industry are blurred and new start-up opportunities are occurring due to convergence between industries. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the relationship between the founders' digital competence and innovation as an antecedents that affect the substanability of start-up companies. According to the analysis results, the digital competence of the founder has a significant positive (+) effect on the innovation of the founder, and the innovation of the founder has a significant positive (+) effect on the substanability of the entrepreneur. In addition, the innovation of founders has been verified to mediate the relationship between them, and this study is meaningful in that it examines the preceding factors affecting the substanability of start-up companies.
