The purposed of this study was to evaluate the effects of psycho-social maturity personality improvement program for university students. This program based on the book written by Lee et al.(2010) to improve the personality for university student was used. The program consisted of a total of 13 session and every session consisted of a 50 minutes lecture and 100minutes activity program. The researcher carried out the pre-test, post test and follow up test regarding psycho-social maturity and conducted Mann-Whitney U test and the ancova. The results showed who had participated in counseling groups reported significant improvement of psycho-social maturity total scores and sub scores, while the control group did not report any significant improvements. After 10 weeks follow-up point, these changes experienced by the experiment group on the improvement of the psycho-social maturity. Finally the personality program helped improve the psycho-social maturity.

This paper is a study on the cyber education center, OpenEdu, developing on internet. The conventional cyber university is allowed for ID user only, but OpenEdu is opened all internet user for open education and it has a various content. free of charge and high quality. Also. in this system, we support the various 500 contents, other efficiently services and it is a self-learning(asynchronous) distance education application(HTML, PDF. Front Page) on cyber-space using the information super highway It will make the cyber education center from new paradigm of distance education. The purpose of OPenEdu provides a async. distance education service, free of charge to obtain many various contents on internet. The future study is enhanced user interface and upgraded content quality.

As the creative economy is considered important recently, learner-centered IP(Intellectual Property) education has proliferated rapidly to universities, and there are greater attention and demand on IP education. On the other hand, there are lack of curriculums and an accreditation for IP education. This paper is to propose IP education module and emphasize the need of the accreditation for IP education and its authentication plan. This paper will also show the need of specialists and educational curriculum in the field of IP, the current status and the analyse of the IP education, and the trend of IP courses in intellectual-property-leading universities. It subsequently examines the domestic education accreditation system and the National Competency Standard(NCS) curriculum and suggests the IP education 8 courses model as a curriculum management model, the standard curriculum of the IP educational system, and the instructional module.

We investigated the e-learning platforms for higher education in developing countries. First, we introduced e-learning environmental factors such as ICT technology as well as ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) project for developing countries. And then, we presented Cambodian case as an example of e-learning platform for developing countries. We analyzed the national education policy and ICT environment as well as the demands and obstacles of e-learning in Cambodia. We derived e-learning strategies and plans based on the analysis results, and finally proposed e-learning platform C-MOOC Net. In order to verify the proposed scheme, we developed prototype of C-MOOC Net system which is implemented based on open software. As a result, we have met the requirement of networking the C-MOOC hub, supporting localization of local language and personalization of favorite courses respectively.

This study aims to explore a plan for the educational application of K-MOOC brought into relief as a new education system and to draw a direction of improvement for increasing learners' satisfaction through the development and operation of the K-MOOC Course. The colleges produce and provide the MOOC Course as a counterplan through college innovation to respond to social changes due to the reduction of school-age population. Thus, this study selected the target courses for the operation of K-MOOC and proceeded with the development of a course, referring to the guidelines for the development and operation of the K-MOOC Course at the National Institute for Lifelong Education with the quantity for 14 weeks (About 50 minutes per week) for the period of the development of the course of about 5 months. The development of the course was made in the stages of design, development, inspection, and operation. The implications of the operation of K-MOOC obtained through this study are as follows: First, in order to increase the utilization of the MOOC Course, it is necessary to operate it in connection with the regular curriculum; second, it is necessary to have desirable communication to induce the interaction and academic motivation between the instructor and the learners; and third, it is necessary to analyze the relationship of the impact by each background factor through analyzing satisfaction with the lecture and continue to assure the quality of the course through understanding the learners' demands. For this purpose, it is important to experience new attempts directly and analyze the performance of education and the satisfaction of consumers and the instructor in detail, and it is necessary to construct a curriculum suitable for K-MOOC and seek an effective teaching method.

This study verified the effect of the experience of job-training on youth employees' wage by analyzing panal data. The study results showed that the objective of job-training(enhancing job performance, ${\beta}=.336$), satisfaction of job-training(${\beta}=.-.256$) and the type of job-training(cyber lecture, ${\beta}=.334$) significantly affected youth employees' wage. Also, age, education, marital status, hour of job-training, objective of job-training and satisfaction of job-training significantly affected the differences between groups. This study provided practical implication to prepare effective job-training policy by confirming the effect of the experience of job-training on youth employees' wage and verifying the effectiveness of job-training.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of major selection motivation and occupational values on employment preparation behavior for paramedic students', and to provide basic data for improving employment preparation behavior based on the results. After receiving the consent to participate in the research from November 4 to 8, 2019, a self-written questionnaire was conducted for 3rd and 4 year university paramedic students' located in D Metropolitan City and J Province. Among the collected data, 341 parts, except for the 9 parts with insufficient response, were finally analyzed with SPSS ver. 12.0 (Window). Results, personal motivation of major selection motivation, intrinsic work values of occupational values, and extrinsic work values were influenced in order to employment preparation behavior.Therefore, it is considered that it is necessary to open a vocational value course in individual and group counseling and regular or non-regular curriculum considering the characteristics of gender and grade, major selection motivation, and occupational oalues.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how task value, twitter self-efficacy, and social presence affect learning satisfaction on twitter discussion. In addition, this study examined the mediating effects of social presence. Participants were 46 undergraduate students in A university in Seoul, Korea. They responded the following surveys: task value, twitter self-efficacy, social presence, and learning satisfaction. Baron & Kenny (1986)'s mediation analysis approach with correlation and multiple regression analyses were applied to this study. Findings showed the significant effects of task value, twitter self-efficacy, and social presence on satisfaction on twitter discussion. In addition, social presence mediated task value, twitter self-efficacy, and satisfaction. These results suggest that the twitter discussion should be designed to accommodate different learners characteristics such as task value and twitter self-efficacy and promote greater social presence between learners.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of SW education applying design thinking on the creativity of elementary school pre-service teachers. We conducted research on 22 elementary school pre-service teachers who applied for a lecture on elementary computer education at a university in Jeju city. The pre-service teachers who did not have basic understanding of SW education and basic knowledge about scratch program which is an EPL tool for research. Therefore, we had time to learn the basic education of SW education and the basic functions of the scratch program over 18 periods before the pre-test of creativity. After conducting pre-test of creativity and conducting SW education applying design thinking over 21 hours, we conducted post-test of creativity. As a creativity test tool, TTCT pattern test forms A and B of Torrance were used. As a result of the verification, it was found that SW education applying design thinking was effective in improving creativity of elementary school pre-service teachers.

This study examines the actual operation status of the Korean children's library cultural program and analyzes the service type and operation status. Through this, it seeks the direction of cultural programs that can accommodate the needs of the users and establish the identity of the library. This study analyzes 856 kinds of cultural programs found on the homepage of 48 children's libraries in Korea. It was found that the lecture type programs for elementary school students were operated the most. In addition, most of the students participated one to three times during the lower grades of elementary school by their parents' recommendation. The satisfaction level of experiential cultural programs was the highest.
