  • The future of appraisal industry looks negative in the reality of change of the property market and over-competition of the field. Unless Constituent members of appraisal industry cope actively with the changing circumstances the profit structure of their company will get worse and they will finally fall behind in the competition. The best policy to survive from the changing circumstances in the limited appraisal market is to provide better service and improve its structure in order to have differential competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to describe the relation between the service factors of appraisal industry and customer satisfaction for providing more effective and high quality appraisal service.

  • The term 'fourth industrial revolution' was mentioned at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2016 and has become a term representing a new industrial era based on information and communication technology (ICT). In the environment of the 4th industrial revolution, ESG management activities are becoming a very important factor in business activities. With the emergence of a new paradigm of organizational operation in the post Covid19 era, the demands for ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) investment related to the environment, social responsibility are increasing. This study examines the role that can support ESG management by utilizing the expertise of appraisers. Real estate is one of the fields of high public interest, and since most ESGs have been conducted centered on the role of private companies, the role of the expert group or the role of public corporations and public institutions is relatively insufficient. If a company or general company engaged in the real estate investment business establishes the role of the Korea Appraisers Association to revitalize ESG management using appraisers, such as ESG appraisers, when investing in real estate, it is believed that it will be possible to promote efficient and sound development of the real estate industry. It was judged that a study on a group of experts was also necessary. In addition, even if the impact of Covid-19 is excluded, it is necessary to gradually introduce an appraisal using non-face-to-face or various advanced technologies (the 4th industry). This study differs from previous studies in that it focused on the role of ESG by the Korea Association of Property Appraisers while research on the role of ESG in public institutions or expert groups is being actively conducted in recent years.

  • This study is to investigate the perception of domestic appraisers about the possibility of using artificial intelligence (AI) and related risks from the use of AI in the appraisal industry. We conducted a mobile survey of evaluators from February 10 to 18, 2022. We collected survey data from 193 respondents. Frequency analysis and multiple response analysis were performed for basic analysis. When AI is used in the appraisal industry, factor analysis was used to analyze various types of risks. Although appraisers have a positive perception of AI introduction in the appraisal industry, they considered collateral, consulting, and taxation, mainly in areas where AI is likely to be used and replaced, mainly negative effects related to job losses and job replacement. They were more aware of the alternative risks caused by AI in the field of human labor. I was very aware of responsibilities, privacy and security, and the risk of technical errors. However, fairness, transparency, and reliability risks were generally perceived as low risk issues. Existing studies have mainly studied analysis methods that apply AI to mass evaluation models, but this study focused on the use and risk of AI. Understanding industry experts' perceptions of AI utilization will help minimize potential risks when AI is introduced on a large scale.

Effect of Emotional Labor, Stress, and Fatigue of Beauty Industry Workers on the Subjective Symptoms of Musculoskeletal Diseases (미용업 종사자의 감정노동, 스트레스, 피로도가 근골격계질환 관련 자각증상에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구에서의 미용업 종사자의 감정노동, 직무 및 사회심리적 스트레스, 피로도가 근골격계질환에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향을 평가하기 위하여 시도되었다. 그 결과 미용업 종사자의 근골격계질환 자각증사자는 신체부위 중 어깨의 근골격계질환 관련 자각증상자가 가장 많았으며, 목, 허리, 손목, 팔, 발, 무릎 순으로 나타났다. 미용업 종사자의 감정노동 각 문항별 평가 결과는 '나는 기분이 나쁠 때 고객들에게 표현하지 않도록 최선을 다한다'의 문항이 3.92점으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이와 반대로 '표현되는 행동과 실제 감정의 차이 때문에 혼란스러울 때가 있다' 2.61점으로 나타났다. 미용업 종사자의 작업 관련 심리적인 요인이 근골격계질환에 미치는 영향에 대하여 근골격계질환자가 무증상자에 비하여 감정노동과 피로도에 영향을 더 많이 받는다는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무 스트레스가 증가할수록 사회심리적 스트레스는 낮아지지만 피로도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 감정노동이 피로도에 미치는 영향에서 직 간접적인 영향이 모두 높은 것으로 나타났으며 직무 스트레스가 피로도를 통해 근골격계질환에 미치는 간접적인 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 미용 종사자의 작업 관련 물리적 심리적 개선 방안 마련이 요구되면 산업안전보건 분야의 정책적 관리 방안 마련을 제안한다.

The Mediating Effect of Depression on the relationship between Emotional Labor and Somatic Symptoms and Insomnia in Non-Medical Hospital Workers (비의료직 병원 종사자들의 감정노동과 신체증상 및 불면증 간의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to prevent risk of emotional labor and health through verifying the mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and somatic symptoms and insomnia in non-medical hospital workers. For this study, a sample of 533 tertiary hospital's non-medical workers completed the questionnaires of the Korean Emotional Labor Scale, PHQ-15, ISI, PHQ-9. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows. 1. Among the emotional labor sub-factors, emotional dissonance had a significant effect on depression, somatic symptoms and insomnia. Other sub-factors had a relatively small effect or had no effect. 2. The results showed the partial mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and somatic symptoms. 3. The results showed the full mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and insomnia. On the basis of the results, we suggest the necessity of dealing with emotional dissonance and depression in non-medical hospital workers' emotional labor and health issues.

  • Voice Recognition has recently been improved with AI(Artificial Intelligence) and has greatly improved the false recognition rate and provides an effective and efficient Human Machine Interface (HMI). This trend has also been applied in the defense industry, particularly in the aviation, F-35. However, for the quality evaluation of Voice Recognition, the defense industry, especially the aircraft, requires measurable quantitative models. In this paper, the quantitative evaluation model is proposed for applying Voice Recognition to aircraft. For the proposal, the evaluation items are identified from the Voice Recognition technology and ISO/IEC 25000(SQuaRE) quality attributes. Using these two perspectives, the quantitative evaluation model is proposed under aircraft operation condition and confirms the evaluation results.

Convergence Study about the Relationship among Emotional Dissonance, Depression and Anxiety in Care Service Workers -Focused on the Moderating Effects of Emotional Intelligence- (돌봄 종사자들의 감정부조화와 우울 및 불안 간의 관계에 대한 융합연구 -정서지능의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among emotional dissonance, depression and anxiety, and to examine the moderating effects of emotional intelligence on the relationships between emotional dissonance and both depression and anxiety in care service workers. For this study, a sample of 142 care service workers completed the questionnaires: Emotional Dissonance Scale, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. This data was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 program. The results of the analysis showed that emotional dissonance and others' emotion appraisal had a significant effect on depression and anxiety. The results also verified the moderating effects of others' emotion appraisal on the relationship between emotional dissonance and depression. Finally, on the basis of the results, we proposed and discussed interventions on emotional labor and mental health issues of care service workers.

  • Blockchain technology fulfills the reliance requirement and is now entering a new stage of performance. However, the current blockchain technology has significant disadvantages in scalability and latency because of its architecture. Therefore, to adopt blockchain technology to real industry, we must overcome the performance issue by redesigning blockchain architecture. This paper introduces several element technologies and a novel blockchain architecture TPAC, that preserves blockchain's technical advantage but shows more stable and faster transaction processing performance and low latency.

국내산 제올라이트의 부가가치 향상을 위한 광물특성 평가방안

  • 국내에서 천연 제올라이트는 부존자원으로서의 높은 잠재성에도 불구하고, 용도개발에 대한 연구개발이 부진하여 관련산업이 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 환경개선용 기능성 소재로서의 천연 제올라이트의 응용이 앞으로 국내에서 천연 제올라이트의 부가가치 향상을 도모할 수 있는 효과적인 방안이 될 것으로 생각된다. 환경산업 분야에서는 천연 제올라이트가 합성 제올라이트와의 경쟁관계에서 유리한 위치를 점유할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 환경산업에서 천연 제올라이트의 새로운 수요처가 형성되면 기존의 저급한 용도보다 한 단계 향상된 부가가치의 창출이 가능할 것으로 여겨진다. 국내산 천연 제올라이트의 자원잠재성과 부가가치를 제고시키기 위해서 앞으로는 관련산업이 응용광물학적 지식기반 산업으로 전환되어야 한다. 또한 지금까지 국내에서 천연 제올라이트에 관례적으로 적용되어 왔던 화학조성 및 CEC 분석자료에 의거한 제올라이트의 품위 및 품질 평가 방식에서도 개선과 보완이 요구된다. 특히 X-선회절 정량분석, 전자현미경관찰, 선택적 이온교환 및 흡착특성과 관련된 실험 등을 통해서 천연 제올라이트의 품위와 품질이 보다 정밀하게 감정되고 평가되어야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 앞으로는 천연제올라이트의 부가가치 향상을 위한 연구개발과 산업응용은 반드시 제올라이트의 세공구조, 광물상, 광물 조성 및 특성에 대한 이해와 지식에 기반하여 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • For competitiveness of national B2C (Business to Customer) service industry, improvement of process and analysis focused on customer and change of service system are needed. In other words, a business and an organization should deduce and provide what kind of services customers want. Then, evaluate customers' satisfaction and improve the service quality. To achieve this goal, accurate feedbacks from customers play an important role; however, there are not quantitative and standard systems a lot in nation. Recently, the researches about ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that can recognize emotion of human being are on the increase. The facial expression recognition among them is known as most efficient and natural human interface. This research analyzes about more efficient facial expression recognition and suggests a customer satisfaction feedback system using that.
