대학에서의 갈등

  • 대학에 갈등이 없을 수도 없고 오히려 약간의 갈등이 있다는 것은 그 대학이 살아 있다는 반증이 될수도 있다. 대학 내 갈등의 처리는 협상과 타협에 인색하지 말고, 상대방에게도 승리감과 명분, 위신을 세워주고 상처를 주지 않도록 배려하는 전략을 써야 할 것이다. 대학 구성원은 같은 조직에 몸담고 교수, 연구 봉사라는 대학의 목표와 기능을 위하여 거의 평생을 같이 노력해야 할 사람들이기 때문이다.

Analysis of impact structure on Business satisfaction and Continuous business intention by the conflict Response and processing of Apartment Reconstruction projects (공동주택 재건축 사업의 갈등대응 및 처리가 사업만족도 및 지속적 사업의사에 미치는 영향구조 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in housing reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure by using total 252 samples, this study adopts the final hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. In result, six out of the nine hyphothesis are adopted. then, The 'Response to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H1)' has a path coefficient of 0.618. In addition, the 'Handling to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H2)' has a path coefficient of 0.150. The 'Handling to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business' has a path coefficient of 0.101. and the 'management to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.644. In addition, the 'Intention for continuous business(H8)' shows a path coefficient of 0.258. Finally, The satisfaction of 'business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H9)' has a path coefficient of 0.391.

Analysis of Young Children's Peer Conflict Process (유아 간 발생하는 또래갈등과정 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were (1) to investigate the relationship of conflict components, and (2) to investigate interaction of conflict participants. Subjects were ninety-four 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds recruited from eleven child care centers in Seoul, Kyonggi and Incheon province. Interaction process between these young children were recorded by a video camera, and the scenes were transcribed for analysis of peer conflict situations which occurred between two children. Statistical methods used for data analysis were frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviations, Chi-square. First conflict components are interrelated. There was a significant difference conflict resolution strategies according to conflict issue, and a significant difference conflict outcomes according to conflict resolution strategies. Also conflict outcomes were related to conflict emotion expression. Second, the stratigies interaction of conflict participants were significant and conflict emotion expression of conflict participants were significant.

A Study on Conflict Resolution in Korean University Libraries (대학도서관의 갈등해소 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to suggest desirable means to resolve conflicts in university libraries by measuring conflict levels and by revealing the causes of the conflicts with reference to the conflict level indices which were selected by university library staff. In order to attain the research objectives, a total of 36 university libraries (24 private universities and 12 public universities) were selected. Questionnaires were distributed to 739 library staff members and 515 answer sheets were collected. Among them, 512 sets of answers were taken as data for this research. Six hypotheses were tested through frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and step-by-step regression analysis using SPSS 12.0.

An Analysis of the Tendency of Native Studies on Young Children's Social Conflicts (유아의 사회적 갈등에 대한 국내연구 동향 분석)

  • 본 연구는 유아 사회적 갈등에 대한 국내선행연구들을 분석하고, 연구의 시기, 방법, 내용별 동향을 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 국내 연구들을 중심으로 101편을 선정하여 연구 기준으로 양적 분석하였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율로 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 유아 사회적 갈등에 관한 연구 연도별 추이는 1995년부터 2005년까지 증가를 보였으며 2005년 이후 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 유아 사회적 갈등에 관한 연구 대상은 또래와의 갈등에 대한 연구 빈도가 월등히 높았으며 부모-자녀, 교사-유아와의 갈등에 대한 연구 빈도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 또한 연구 대상 수는 50명 미만이 가장 높았다. 연구기간은 단기 연구가 많았고 종단 연구가 전혀 이루어지지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구방법 유형으로는 양적 연구가 질적 연구에 비해 상대적으로 높았으며 실험처치방법이 가장 높게 나타났고, 연구 도구 수로는 1가지가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 주제로는 유아 사회적 갈등 변인과 유아발달과의 관계에 대한 연구 빈도가 가장 높았으며 유아 사회적 갈등 변인을 비교 분석하는 연구는 가장 낮았다. 또한 연구 결과로는 유아 사회적 갈등 변인과 유아발달과의 관계를 밝혀주는 연구 결과가 가장 높게 나타났다.

Test-Retest Reliability of Attention Network Test Scores in Schizophrenia (조현병 환자가 시행한 주의력 네트워크 검사 점수의 검사-재검사 신뢰도)

  • Objectives : Although the Attention Network Test(ANT) has been widely used to assess selective attention including alerting, orienting, and conflict processing, data on its test-retest reliability are lacking for clinical population. The objective of the current study was to investigate test-retest reliability of the ANT in healthy controls and patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Fourteen patients with schizophrenia and 23 healthy controls participated in the study. They are tested with ANT twice with 1 week interval. Test-retest reliability was analyzed with Pearson and Intra-class correlations. Results : Patients with schizophrenia showed high test-retest correlations for mean reaction time, orienting effect, and conflict effect. Also, they showed moderate to high test-retest correlations for mean accuracy and moderate test-retest correlations for alerting effect and conflict error rate. On the other hand, healthy controls revealed high test-retest correlations for mean reaction time and moderate to high test-retest correlations for conflict error rate. In addition, they revealed moderate test-retest correlations for alert effect, orienting effect, and conflict effect. Conclusions : The mean reaction time, alerting effect, orienting effect, conflict effect, and conflict error rate of ANT showed acceptable test-retest reliabilities in healthy controls as well as patient with schizophrenia. Therefore, the analyses of these reliable measures of ANT are recommended for case-control studies in patients with schizophrenia.

Impact of Conflict within Social Welfare Organization on Job Performance : Moderating Effect of Participatory Decision-making (사회복지조직 내 갈등이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 참여적 의사결정의 조절효과)

  • This study sought to find out the impact of conflicts in social welfare organizations on job performance and to find out the effects of controlling participatory decision-making in their relationships. To that end, a survey was conducted on workers at social welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province, and 360 copies were finally used for analysis and Correlation and hierarchical regression and statistical significance analysis of the adjustment effects were performed. As a result, conflicts within the organization, job performance, and participatory decision-making showed a negative correlation, and as participatory decision-making in the relationship between conflict within the organization and job performance showed a controlled effect, the impact of conflicts within the organization on job performance was reduced. These results suggest that participatory decision-making can alleviate conflicts within an organization and at the same time increase job performance. Based on this, the following suggestions were proposed: They include conflict management strategies in the guidelines for social welfare subjects, establish guidelines for conflict management, provide training for workers, engage workers in employee evaluation and compensation system development, and operate permanent organizations such as the Conflict Handling Committee after investigating conflicts within social welfare organizations.

An Analysis of the Tendency of Native Studies on Children's Social Conflicts (유아의 사회적 갈등에 대한 국내연구 동향 분석)

  • This study heads for analysing precedent studies on children's social conflicts and groping for the tendency of change investigation, according to streams. So, this study selected and analysed 101 books as a study standard, basing on native studies. The collected materials were handled with frequency and percentage. The summary of the study is as followings. First, the progress of the studies on children's social conflict, classified with years, showed an increase from 1995 to 2005, but it showed a decrease after 2005. Second, as for an object of a study on children's social conflicts, the study frequency on conflicts among peers was high greatly, but the study frequency on parent-child, teacher-child conflicts was low comparatively. As for a number of the study object, the study frequency on the object less than 50 was the highest, and the study frequency on 50-100 was high, the next. As for a study period, short-period study was the most, but longitudinal study was not performed at all. As a study type, quantitative study was comparatively higher than qualitative study. Experimental handling method was the highest. The number of study tools was high in order of 1, 2, and 3. Third, as a subject of the study on children's social conflicts, the subject of study on relationship between children's social conflict factors and their development was the most, and children's social conflict factors, and children's social conflict aspect analysis, and children's conflict solution strategy in order.
