The market for medical tourism services in the world is steadily increasing and the medical tourism market in the South Korea is also showing high growth. However, they have also problem such as informal various information and services, irregularity price competition etc. In order to solve this problem, We have designed a medical tourism service model based on ICT specific on domestic medical ecosystem. First, analysis trends of domestic and overseas medical ecosystem and identify current problem of medical tourism. In order to solve existed problem we also have designed a medical tourism strategy. Based on the strategy, we have designed business service model based on ICT platform for as fit as Korea medical tourism status. The proposed medical tourism business service model can provide usability to customer and also can solve current medical tourism problem. We expect industrial effect and contribution to the activation.

This study focused on the Korean Stock Market so as to recognize the actual Korea-China FTA effect in the firm level. The result are as follows. First, lifting embargo even before the FTA actually took into effect influenced negatively to the firms listed in Korean Stock Market unlike the expectations that effectuation could influence positively to Korean economy. Secondly, the industries that China has attracted more foreign investors than Korea have shown declining returns as they positioned comparative disadvantages in Korea. In this regard, foreign shares delivered signaling effects to domestic investors in Korea. Thirdly, information for effectuation(embargo lifting) has reflected in the stock prices immediately as it leaked in the industries expecting the negative impact, while investors showed the tenancy to retain the action until the FTA actually took into effect in the industries expecting the positive impact.

This paper presents the implementation of the low cost and high speed RF ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) system, which can be a reasonable solution for reducing the test cost of RF devices. This paper suggests high speed and precise measurement capabilities which are realized by the 16 independent RF ports with high speed switching time and high accuracy digitizer using the industry standard Versus module eXtensions for Instrument(VXI) General Purpose Interface Bus(GPIB) interfaces. Also, the system has the capabilities of quad-site test which can dramatically increase the device throughput. This paper concludes with the demonstration of the implemented ATE system through the setup of RF Power Amplifier Module(PAM), which is under the most competitive market situation.

The use of imported structural steel tubes has been increased in domestic construction field because of its low price, but the mechanical properties of those steel tube are not verified exactly. This study includes coupon test and stub - column compression test on the structural steel tube. The compression test of stub - column was performed to characterize and quantify the material characteristic and strength of column compatibility, in which we compared the experiment formula and the abstract formula by the application of the LRFD standard formula and multiple column curve.

Today venture holds highly skilled technical manpower and high-tech products. To maintain the superiority in competition in the market, it is necessary to complete preparations, first of all, the effectual global marketing strategy should take precedence over the others. Therefore, this research is based on the research report of the special feature, the state of affairs and marketing strategy of venture business and is made up the questionnaire to interview total 200 companies of venture that was registered in Dec. 2006 and then is made the analysis of relevance of the statistical data of 154 companies of them and set up a hypothesis. As the result of it, it is set up two hypotheses. One of them is the difference of products, price, distribution and promotion according to the growth period. And the other is the difference of distribution and promotion according to the turnover. The venture places the great deal of weight on the discriminatory products concerned technical development and marketing activity. It is pointed out that it is to be passive to seek a new market promote the products, because of limitations of manpower, funds, technology and information in the beginning with smalt turnover.

Current global construction market has grown at a dramatic expansion rate every year in connection with more market accessibility by foreign contractors. The market openness is largely due to globalization of world construction markets, rapid development of world-wide telecommunication technologies, the formation of collaborative acquisitions and joint ventures among contractors, development of regional Free Trade Blocks, and just name a few. This paper focuses on the formation of collaborative networks when expanding into new foreign markets. The social network analysis (SNA) is introduced to investigate a variety of the collaboration patterns and also their impacts on the performance. To this end, the collaboration cases of 600 international construction projects performed by Korean contractors since 1990 were collected and classified into firm's size, project types, collaboration modes, and performance levels using social network analysis. The results showed a direction in establishing business strategy associated with experienced or inexperienced contractors in international construction projects.

Stiff competition and skyrocketing prices of raw materials are increasingly demanding the optimal design and operation of iron and steel mills minimizing trial and error. Computer simulation can provide the methodology in accordance with requirements. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a simulator for the design and operation of the steelmaking and continuous casting mill. The simulator was developed using Arena, popular simulation software and input and output interface based on MS Excel. It allows easy access for the maintenance and extension of the model. One of distinct features of the proposed simulator is the inclusion of complex transportation modules composed of transfer cars and overhead cranes. The simulator can be used for evaluating various alternative designs of a projected mill via throughput analysis and material flow analysis. Also, one can utilize it effectively to search for the best product mix suitable for many types of situations. It could be an invaluable tool evaluating the performance of operation patterns and improving the accuracy.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to reducing distribution costs, enhancing export price competitiveness, and improving distribution system in LCL cargo, by pursuing the present status of warehouse storage fee, a cause & problem about excessive hike, and a plan for stabilizing warehouse storage fee, as for LCL Cargo, which is imported by sea. The plans for rationalizing warehouse storage fee in LCL cargo were suggested the adoption of the ceiling system for warehouse storage fee rate, the obligation of offering information on warehouse storage fee rate, the eradication of illegal rebate, the improvement in distribution system of the imported LCL cargo, a scheme for the importer to designate a bonded warehouse and forwarder, the introduction of the tentatively named 'LORAS(Lowest Rate Service),' and formation of the dispute coordinating committee for warehouse storage fee.

The recent trend toward higher frequencies, miniaturization and lower-cost in wireless communication equipment is demanding high density packaging technologies such flip chip interconnection and multichip module(MCM) as a substitute of conventional plastic package. With analyzing the recently reported research results of the RF flip chip, this paper presents the technical issues and advantages of RF flip chip and suggest the flip chip technologies suitable for the development stage. At first, most of RF flip chips are designed in a coplanar waveguide line instead of microstrip in order to achieve better electrical performance and to avoid the interaction with a substrate. Secondly, eliminating wafer back-side grinding, via formation, and back-side metallization enables the manufacturing cost to be reduced. Finally, the electrical performance of flip chip bonding is much better than that of plastic package and the flip chip interconnection is more suitable for Transmit/Receiver modules at higher frequency. However, the characterization of CPW designed RF flip chip must be thoroughly studied and the Au stud bump bonding shall be suggested at the earlier stage of RF flip chip development.

The domestic construction market is recovered after a foreign exchange crises but recently it's daunted again because of the sustainable real estate regulation policy by the government. The other aspect, after the WTO(World Trade Organization) system opened overseas construction is growing continuously with growth of international economy and opening of market through world. Moreover, for ballooning oil prices an orders increase by oil-producing countries, the Middle East, gives good chances to domestic construction enterprises. But, the domestic firms decrease on our domain by chases of developing country and high-technology or advanced country. This research will indicate processes of our construction business to analyze performance record about our overseas construction from the 1970s to present. Based on the results it intends to search for problems of our construction enterprises and provide useful analytic data for expansion of overseas construction market.
