기혼남성의 가정건강성이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Families' Health Level on Married Men's Life Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of family health on life satisfaction. A survey was conducted on 577 married men from August 29 to September 22 in 2014; it was handed out via mail and hand delivery. The families's health level of married men was, strength of family relations was 3.79, the strength of environment relations was 3.41, and the strength of resources was 3.38. The families's health level of married men was family relation was 3.93, job satisfaction was 3.58, dietary life satisfaction was 3.47, and housing satisfaction was 3.16, leisure satisfaction and income satisfaction was 3.35. Further, the study shows that the health level of families is related to life satisfaction. Specifically, the strength of family relations is related with dietary satisfaction, family relations satisfaction, work life satisfaction, and housing satisfaction. The strength of environment relations is related with dietary satisfaction, life satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction. Thus, this study showed the need for more social support to improve the health levels of families and life satisfaction.

퇴원한 만성 정신 질환자가 지각한 가족지지와 사회적 적응과의 관계 연구 (A Study of the Relation Between Perceived Family Support and Social Adjustment of Discharged Patients with Chronic Mental illness)

  • This study was designed to identify the relation between the perceived family support and social adjustment of discharged patients with chronic mental illnesses. The subjects for this study were 50 patients with chronic mental illnesses receiving out-patient treatment at one general hospital and one private hospital in Seoul. The data were collected during the period from April 25, 1991 to May 27, 1991. The perceived family support was measured by the Family Support Scale developed by Hyun Sook Kang. A questionnaire which was developed by Weissman was modified by the author of this study to measure the Social Adjustment. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson Correlation Coefficients, using the SPSS program. The results of this study can be summarized as following ; 1) For the perceived family support, the mean was 2.63 points and the source of family support was almost always the mother. 2) For the social adjustment level, the mean was 2.62 points, and the results showed the best social adjustment was in the area of parental role and family adjustment, and the poorer adjustment was in the area of work and leisure. 3) The relationship between the perceived family support and social adjustment revealed a significant correlation.(r=.38, p<.05) Therefore the hypothesis “the higher the level of perceived family support, the higher the social adjustment level” was accepted. In conclusion, the study revealed that family support is an important factor related to the social adjustment level in patients with chronic mental illnesses.

다문화가정 부부의 가정생활 적응 요인에 대한 연구 (Adjustment Factors for Family Life of Multi Cultural Family Couples)

  • This research analyzes factors of family life adjustment in mixed-culture families through a focus group and individual interviews with nine mixed-culture couples eighteen people who live in city C. First, the reason that women of other cultures wants to marry Korean men is because they find it a good opportunity, as they expect that Korean husbands will take responsibility of their family. On the other hand, Korean men also expect that they would have some similarities to each other. Also, in southeastern Asian men have more freedom than women to choose an international marriage in Southeastern Asia. Second, mixed-culture couples in everyday life are affected by communication problems, cultural differences, natural environment, financial situation, male -dominant attitude, self-adjustment pressure, house-work role and financial support from their own country. Third, wives from other cultures ask for social support to adjust in Korea and make a healthy family. These women can be important, as they have their own role in the family even though they may be far from their mother in law's strong expectation in how well she can adopt Korean culture.

Assessments of dissipative structure-dependent integration methods

  • Two $Chang-{\alpha}$ dissipative family methods and two $KR-{\alpha}$ family methods were developed for time integration recently. Although the four family methods are in the category of the dissipative structure-dependent integration methods, their performances may be drastically different due to the detrimental property of weak instability or overshoot for the two $KR-{\alpha}$ family methods. This weak instability or overshoot will result in an adverse overshooting behavior or even numerical instability. In general, the four family methods can possess very similar numerical properties, such as unconditional stability, second-order accuracy, explicit formulation and controllable numerical damping. However, the two $KR-{\alpha}$ family methods are found to possess a weak instability property or overshoot in the high frequency responses to any nonzero initial conditions and thus this property will hinder them from practical applications. Whereas, the two $Chang-{\alpha}$ dissipative family methods have no such an adverse property. As a result, the performances of the two $Chang-{\alpha}$ dissipative family methods are much better than for the two $KR-{\alpha}$ family methods. Analytical assessments of all the four family methods are conducted in this work and numerical examples are used to confirm the analytical predictions.

건강가정지원센터 아이 돌봄 활동가의 '돌봄 노동' 방향성 연구 (A Study on 'Care Work' Directionality of Child Care Helper in Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the motive of participating in the care work, the overall cognition survey for the care work and the infant care practice areas required in the care work for the child care helpers who activate in the care work, and search for methods of specializing infant care and care experiences on the results. Results of study showed that firstly, middle- or the late middle-age women participated in the care worker recognized care work as productive labor to create economic value and that secondly, the child care helpers' recognition degree of self-development and job satisfaction through performance of care work was wholly high level and that there was will of participation in training for self-development but actual participation rate was low due to restrictions by general conditions. Thirdly, the infant care practice areas and their particular contents that the child care helpers recognized in the care work necessary were highly shown in the whole. The requested level of education for safety management, play guidance, humanity guidance for infant and child was high. Point to discuss is that occupation stability and occupation image must be raised through the public job-hunting system for the child care helpers. In addition, a tailor-made education support suitable for the child care helpers' career stage is needed. Education support by the performance of infant care practice area and the educational requirements must be provided to major rearers to ensure that they can function as behavioral and emotional supporters. Finally, a support system for continuous self-management.

가족정책의 개인화와 젠더화된 무급노동 분담: 한국, 네덜란드, 독일 비교 연구 (Individualization in Family Policy and Gender Division of Unpaid Work in Germany, Netherlands and South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 한국, 네덜란드, 독일 가족정책의 개인화와 젠더화된 무급노동 분담의 관계를 분석하였다. 한국가족정책의 개인화는 네덜란드 및 독일에 비해 미비한 수준이 아니지만 국제사회조사 2012년도 자료를 분석한 결과 두 나라에 비해 기혼여성의 무급노동 분담은 현저히 불평등한 것으로 나타났다. 원인 분석결과세 국가 기혼여성의 무급노동 분담은 상대적 자원에 의해 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 네덜란드와 독일 여성의 무급노동 분담이 여성 개인의 성역할 인식에 따라 달라지는 반면 한국에서는 그러한 관계가 발견되지 않았다. 또한 네덜란드와 독일의 경우 사회화된 성의 영향, 즉 응답자의 젠더 자체가 무급노동 분담에 미치는 영향이 개인의 상대적 자원이나 성역할인식과 비슷하거나 낮은데 비해, 한국의 경우 젠더 자체가 무급노동 분담에 미치는 영향은 개인의 상대적 자원의 영향보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 일하는 기혼여성을 대상으로 분석한 결과 독일과 네덜란드의 경우 상대적 자원과 성역할 인식의 영향이 사회화된 성, 젠더의 영향보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났으나 한국의 경우 사회화된 성의 영향이 상대적 자원의 영향보다 더 중요하게 일하는 기혼여성의 무급노동 분담에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

아동·가족학분야 진로 탐색: 교육과정과 학술지 연구주제 분석을 중심으로 (Career Exploration in Child and Family Studies: Focus on Curricula and Research Topics)

  • This study analyzes child and family department curricula at domestic universities and research topics in articles found in related representative domestic journals. Curricula were collected from the web pages of 26 out of 90 departments of 77 universities. Research topics were collected from the Family Environment Research, Journal of Child Studies, and Journal of Korean Association of Family Relations published from 2000 to February 2015. From those journals, the number of articles related to child studies were 1,843 and family studies 1,239. Among those articles, 6,593 keywords related to child studies and 4,748 keywords related with family studies were collected and analyzed. The results of this study were: first, we found four types of curricula provided by Child and Family Departments such as Child Studies, Child and Family Studies, Home Economics Education, and Family Welfare. Second, the identified research topics in child studies were child development, education & childcare, parent education, counseling & therapy, cross cultural study, instrument development, and policy. Family research topics were also categorized by individual family members, child rearing & education, family dynamics & problems, families & culture, work & family, family formation, dissolution & diversity, family practice, family theories & methods, and midlife & later years. We suggest several future careers in child and family studies based on these findings.

교육콘텐츠 개발을 위한 다산(茶山) 정약용(丁若鏞) 가정생활관(家庭生活觀)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A Study on The Family Life Consciousness of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong for Educational Contents Development)

  • 본 연구는 다산 정약용의 가정생활관을 고찰하여 그 의의를 찾고, 실천성에 대해 논의하였다. 다산의 가정생활관은 다산시문집, 편지글, 선행연구 등을 참고하여 가족관, 의식주생활관, 가정경제관으로 나누어 살펴 보았다. 다산의 가정생활관은 자기관리와 절제, 근검절약과 분수 지키기, 순리적인 나눔과 베품으로 정리할 수 있었으며, 일상에서 실천적인 노력이 강조되었다. 첫째 자기관리와 절제는 말과 행동을 조심하기, 효를 실천하기, 가족 간에 화목하기, 독서하기, 선함을 잃지 않기, 심신을 수양하기 포기하기 말고 독립적이고 당당하기, 용모와 안색을 바르게 하기 등이다. 둘째로 근검절약과 분수는 항상 부지런 하고, 검소한 생활을 실천하며, 사치를 금하고 자신의 일을 열심히 하며, 과음을 경계한 것이다. 셋째는 순리적인 나눔과 베품의 실천은 환경을 탓하지 말고 분수에 맞게 지내고, 곤궁함에 대처하며, 사욕을 막고 나누고 베풀어 주라는 것이었다. 이와 같은 다산의 가정생활관은 오늘날 공유가치, 공동체사회, 복지사회를 구현해 가기 위한 규범과 가치를 담고 있다고 사료된다. 앞으로 다산의 가정생활관에 대한 교육콘텐츠의 개발을 위해 본고가 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보며, 이를 통해서 시대를 초월한 다산 정신이 계승되고 실천될 수 있기를 기대한다.

가족정책 전달체계 전담인력의 역량강화를 위한 교육방안 모색을 위한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Education Plan for Empowerment of Healthy Family Specialists in the Family Policy Delivery System)

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has dramatically increased and the services for healthy families such as family education, family counsel, family culture and family care have increased during the past ten years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. This growth is largely credited to Healthy Family Specialists. At a time when the family policy delivery system is changing, it is most urgent to enhance the capability of Healthy Family Specialists. In this study, we aim to investigate the current capability of Healthy Family Specialists and suggest the education plan for their empowerment. We collected data from 151 Healthy Family Support Centers by mail and e-mail in June 2014. There were total of 1,001 subjects for analysis(781 by mail and 220 by e-mail). We analyzed the capabilities of Healthy Family Specialist by service areas according to work-related characteristics and possession of a license. Our findings revealed that the capabilities of Healthy Family Specialist varied depending on the service year and whether or not having a licence. These results suggest that the education program for empowerment will provide a differentiated content according to the service year and whether or not having a license. This study contributes to a better understanding of Healthy Family Specialists' current capability and provides insights on how to enhance their capability in order to change the family policy delivery system.

결혼 여부에 따른 직장여성의 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 요인 (Factors Influencing Job Involvement among Korean Female Office Workers by Marital Status)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 결혼 여부 따라 직장여성의 직장-가정 갈등, 직무만족도, 직무스트레스, 심리적 건강 및 직무몰입 정도의 차이를 파악하고, 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 서울과 충청도 소재의 공공기관에 근무하는 사무직 여성 171명을 대상으로, 2011년 5월 20일부터 8월 15일까지 자가 보고식 설문조사로 시행되었다. 연구결과, 직무몰입에 유의한 차이를 보였던, 연령, 교육수준, 가족월수입, 근무경력, 이직횟수 등 일반적 특성을 통제한 상태에서, 기혼 직장여성의 경우, 직장-가정 갈등과 직무만족도가 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 요인으로 파악되었다. 미혼 직장여성의 경우, 직장-가정 갈등과 직무스트레스가 직무몰입에 영향을 주는 요인으로 파악되었다. 그러므로 직장 여성의 직무몰입을 높이기 위한 방법으로 결혼여부에 따른 이러한 차이를 반영하여 직장-가정 갈등 완화에 도움이 되는 직장 환경을 조성하고, 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 제도적 장치를 마련하는 전략이 도움이 될 것이다.
