본 연구는 직업훈련기관의 경영역량 제고를 위한 역량모델을 개발하고 교육요구의 우선순위를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 직업훈련기관의 경영실태를 보면 영세하게 운영되는 경우가 많으며, 직업훈련기관 경영에 대한 교육 프로그램이 매우 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 현장에서의 요구도분석을 통해 직업훈련기관 기관장의 역량모델을 수립함으로써 국내 직업훈련기관장을 대상으로 한 경영관리 교육프로그램 개발에 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 요구도분석을 위한 자료는 전국의 직업훈련기관을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 설문조사에서는 문헌에 기초한 잠정적 역량모델에 대하여 중요성과 현재수준을 5점 척도로 선택하도록 하였고, 설문조사 결과에서 중요도가 상대적으로 낮게 역량차원에 대해 삭제하는 작업을 하였다. 이를 통해 최종적으로 6개 역량(1.전략적 리더십, 2.변화관리, 3.마케팅, 4.인적자원관리, 5.교육훈련관리, 6.자원관리, 조직운영관리)과 26개 역량차원으로 구성된 직업훈련기관장 경영 역량모델을 수립하였다.

본 연구는 순차분석을 적용하여 직업능력개발훈련교사의 입직경로를 파악하고자 한다. 입직경로를 구체적으로 파악함으로써 체계적인 입직 준비를 위한 지원 방안 마련에 시사점을 줄 것으로 여겨진다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 입직경로 단계별 빈도 분석, 변환 확률 분석, 유의도 검사 및 변환 상태 도식을 통해 직업능력개발훈련교사의 입직 경로의 단계별 관계를 제시하였다. 분석을 위해 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격을 취득하고 민간직업훈련기관에서 근무하고 있는 훈련교사의 응답 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 입직을 위한 과거 경험 빈도수를 살펴보면 일 경험, 교직 훈련, 강사 경험의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 입직 경로 단계에서 일 경험, 교직 훈련, 강사 경험이 후행 단계로의 이동에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 입직경로는 일 경험-강의 경험-교직 훈련 경로가 높게 나타났다. 결과를 통해 직업능력개발훈련교사의 체계적 입직 준비를 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

This study attempts to develop a methodology that analyzes patent applications to identify future skills, in particular in the sector of information security, recently into the spotlight. Matching skill elements from the International Patent Classification (IPC) with skill units from job analysis, the study tries to track trends in the skills needs based on IPC time-pattern. It then verifies the validity of the outlook for future skills needs by addressing the situation through the use of patents. The research assesses the usability of patent information for this type of analysis. While this study is limited to the information security sector by using Korean patent information, it can be expanded in the future to other areas and patents in the United States and Europe.

Marine officers should have crisis control ability because ship operation needs not only highly specialized information, but also functional capability due to the fact that there always exist dangers at sea, which are different from those at shore. Therefore, marine officers should be trained on the related specialized information under the systematical educational system including shipboard training. Their training is also based on the strong spiritual power and physical strength through the strict training process. In order to have these vocational personalities, dormitory life training and shipboard training courses seem to be essential processes, which are required of maritime education. The introduction of automatic system into the ship as a result of the recent development of technology brings decrease of the full number of crew. Consequently, marine officers are increasingly under heavy burden, and should have more ship operation capabilities than before. Maine officers should have not only specialized information which differs from that at shore, but also vocational adaptability which can reasonably tackle with all the problems which exist on the spot and are obstacles to individual, spiritual, physical, natural, and social demands. So it is required that marine officers should have study many areas to deal with as extra curricula besides their major field of study, which are unique characteristics of the education for them. These vocational adaptabilities are based on the spiritual characteristics, such as self-developmental education, responsibility, meticulous care, attentiveness, voluntary, planning, readiness, spontaneity, accuracy, self-denial, obedience, leadership, and etc.

카메룬 유일의 직업훈련교사 자격 훈련기관인 '카메룬 국립직업훈련교육원(NIVTPD)'의 설립을 위해 본 연구진은 NIVTPD의 마스터 교사들을 대상으로 교과과정 개발법, 교재 개발 방법 및 개발, 강의전략 수립법 및 강의지도서 작성, 강의계획 및 계획서 작성, 강의안 작성법 등의 역량 강화 훈련을 하였다. 또한 시범연수를 통해 실 강의까지 해봄으로써 실제 NIVTPD의 운영에 대비하였다. 이 논문은 NIVTPD에서의 훈련을 통해 얻은 내용이 강의실 수업 성과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 두 가지 다른 설문 조사(기초선 및 종료 선 조사)와 두 가지 다른 시험(진입 레벨 테스트(Pretest) 및 성취 수준 시험(Posttest))를 실시한 결과와 그에 따른 분석 결과를 포함한다. 설문 조사 결과는 직업훈련 인터페이스의 현재 상황을 파악하고 커리큘럼을 통합, 수정 및 개선하여 NIVTPD의 교육 프로그램을 개선하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 시험 결과는 직업훈련교사의 교육학적 지식 수준을 파악하고 향후 자격을 수여하기 위한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 1998년부터 수행된 직업교육훈련 프로그램 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구로서 교육 훈련 자격 분야에서 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 2002년도에 개발된 직무분석 지침서를 보완하고, 2003년에 이 연구와 함께 수행된 $\ulcorner$직업 변동에 관한 연구(III)$\lrcorner$에서 추출된 환경 산업 관련 직업 중에서 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위해 선행적으로 요구되는 10개 직업을 선정하고, 직무분석을 실시하여 이들에 대한 교육 과정, 훈련 기준, 자격 검정의 출제 기준을 개발할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제작 보급하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 내용은 첫째, 직무분석 관련 선행 내용을 분석하고, 둘째, 직무분석 지침서를 보완하며, 셋째, 직무분석 대상 직업을 선정한 후, 넷째, 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위한 직무분석을 실시하고, 그 결과를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법으로는 직무분석 관련 선행 연구 및 자료 분석, 직무분석 보완 및 대상 직업 선정과 직업별 직무분석을 위한 전문가 협의회, 데이컴법(DACUM process)을 이용한 직무분석 등을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 우선 직업교육훈련과정의 개발을 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리 제시하였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비, 2단계는 직무모형 설정, 3단계는 지식, 기능, 도구 추출, 4단계는 선수 코스 및 교과목 선정, 5단계는 교육 훈련 내용 상세화, 6단계는 출제 기준 설정 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 절차에 따라 10개 직업에 대한 직업별 직무분석이 진행되었다.

최근의 직업훈련에서는 강의, 실습 위주의 방식에서 벗어나 훈련생들이 스스로 결과물을 만들어 내어 기업 현장 전문가의 피드백을 받아볼 수 있는 프로젝트 기반 수업에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 직업훈련기관에서 중요시 하고 있는 기업맞춤형 훈련 내 프로젝트 수업 수요자인 훈련생의 인식과 요구가 무엇인지를 파악하여 프로젝트 수업의 설계 및 운영방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기업 맞춤형 훈련에 대한 훈련생의 인식을 서면조사하고 개방형 문항에 대한 질적분석을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 프로젝트 수업 만족도, 프로젝트 수업의 취업기여도, 프로젝트 수업에 대한 기대의 충족 여부, 개선점 등을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 전문대학이 직업교육 훈련 기관으로써 더욱 효과적으로 활성화될 수 있도록 현재 운영 과정에 대해 살펴보고 개선점을 제안하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 경기 지역의 전문대에서 미용계열 직업교육 훈련과정을 수료하였거나 재학 중인 250명을 대상으로 자료 수집을 실시하여 부적절한 응답을 제외한 총 230부를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 설문조사에서 회수된 설문지 응답 결과를 통계 패키지 프로그램인 SPSS Statistics (Ver. 24: IBM, USA)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 자료의 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 빈도 분석을 실시하였고, 범주 형 자료 간의 연관성을 살펴보기 위하여 교차분석을 주로 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 고등학교 1학년 학기 초 일반고 전교생들에게 직업교육 훈련과정에 대한 정보를 일률적으로 제공하고, 이후 2학년 1학기부터 충분한 직업교육 훈련시간을 통해 본인의 적성에 부합한 진로를 결정할 수 있게 하는 것이다. 둘째, 미용계열 훈련과정에 네 개의 전공과목을 동시에 개설하는 것이다. 훈련생들이 네 개의 미용 과목에 따른 자격증을 훈련기관에서 훈련기간 중 취득할 수 있게 하며. 피부, 헤어, 메이크업, 네일아트의 모든 전공과목을 교육 받고 자격증을 취득하는 과정에 본인의 적성에 부합한 전공 진로를 신중히 결정할 수 있게 기회를 갖는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 전문대가 미용을 전공으로 하는 일반고 비진학 학생들에게 효율적인 직업교육 훈련기관으로 더욱 활성화될 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

This thesis examined and analyzed the occupational status of the promising occupations in the environmental industry. A study on the status of the occupations in the environmental industry is very necessary for planning policies and improving occupations in the environmental industry. Studies and discussions regarding the status of the occupations in the environmental industry, however, were extremely insufficient. A survey of the employees in the environmental industry was conducted in order to certainly comprehend the status of the occupations, educational and training programs, and occupational changes and to utilize the result of the survey as foundational data necessary for occupational studies in the environmental industry. The subject of the survey was limited to the employees who had work for one or more years in twenty promising occupations in the environmental industry. The content of the survey was occupational performance competencies, occupational careers, the degree of occupational satisfaction, vocational education and training, working conditions, occupational changes, and the security of the human resources. Dissimilarities as well as similarities among twenty promising occupations were discovered according to the analysis result of the occupations in the environmental industry. A major discovery was that there are lots of difficulties in securing environment-related human resources. Primary reasons for the difficulties were inconsistent working conditions and the shortage of the qualified human resources. To solve the difficulties in securing the human resources, the curriculum of the educational and the training institutes should be innovated and the human resources from the institutes could be applied to the workplace directly after the graduation.

This research was to survey and analyze the recognition about combination indication subject of secondary school teacher's certificate in the vocation high school. The conclusion through this research results are as follows, First, The satisfaction of qualification training about combination indication subject was a general positive response(77.5%), but there was partly negative response(5.2%). Second, The efficiency of qualification training curriculum was positive response(62%), the high response(77.7%) was the fisheries affiliate. It was probably good because of simulation of ship sailing about practice curriculum. Third, The need of qualification training on combination indication subject for vocational high school teacher was positive response(81%), but negative response(3.4%)
