시간빈곤 해결을 위한 가족자원경영학의 과제: 교육에서의 코칭적 접근 (Resolving time poverty in family resources management: a coaching approach in education)

  • Time poverty is a kind of objective and subjective state which a person does not have a enough time to do his/her work or is in the mood to do something in a hurry. The major of family resources management has studied time as a resource to manage for long years. How to manage time has been a major part in education of family resources management. The education itself in nature has focused to inform knowledge and the disciplines of time management, to the students, on the other way, has a rare interest with a each student how to apply them or whether do in practical. Coaching is characterized as a practical learning and mutual communication skills with open questions, which help for a individual student to find his/her own goal related with time poverty or furthermore, whatever he/she wants to achieve in life. If the benefits of the education of family resources management as well as the benefits of practical learning of coaching could be merged in education on time management, the effectiveness of education to resolve time poverty is able to be increased. For the purpose, this study suggests a coaching approach in education of family resources management to resolve time poverty, by some comparisons of family resources management and coaching about time and time management.

AI 융합교육 역량 강화를 위한 교사의 교육요구도 분석 (Analyzing Teachers' Educational Needs to Strengthen AI Convergence Education Capabilities)

  • 학교 현장에서는 사회의 패러다임을 바꾸는 AI를 접목한 AI 융합교육을 권장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 AI, AI 융합교육에 대한 용어의 혼재를 최소화하기 위해 용어를 정의하고, AI 융합교육을 수행하는 관점에서 교사의 교육요구도를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 목적 달성을 위해 전문가 19명의 의견 수렴, 교육대학원의 AI 융합전공에 재학 중인 중등 교사 125명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 전문가들은 AI 융합교육을 AI 기반교육이나 활용교육이 아닌 문제 해결의 방법론으로 정의하였다. 교사의 교육요구도 분석에서는 AI와 빅데이터'가 1 순위이며, 'AI 융합교육 방법론', 'AI 활용 학습 실제'등의 순이었다. 본 연구는 AI와 관련된 다양한 용어가 혼재하는 가운데 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 용어를 정의하였고, 현직 교사의 AI 융합교육에 대한 교육 방향성을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

간호대학생의 문화적 역량이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cultural Competence on Nursing Professionalism of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of cultural competence on nursing professionalism among nursing students in South Korea. Methods: A sample of 218 nursing students in three universities answered a self-report questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U-test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson's correlation analyses, and hierarchical multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Results: There were significant differences in cultural competence depending on the use of foreign language, having foreign friends, frequency of interaction with foreigners, multi-cultural education experiences, and level of demand for multicultural education. There were significant differences in nursing professionalism depending on grade level, satisfaction with major choice, college life satisfaction, and foreign language learning experience. There was a significant positive correlation between cultural competence and nursing professionalism. Lastly, significant predictors of nursing professionalism included satisfaction with major choice (${\beta}=.22$, p=.004), cultural awareness (${\beta}=.22$, p=.007) and cultural experience (${\beta}=.17$, p=.026). The regression model explained 20.2% of nursing professionalism. Conclusion: In order to establish desirable nursing professionalism, strategies for enhancing cultural awareness and cultural experiences in nursing education courses are needed both inside and outside the curriculum.

서울대학교 의과대학 의예과 교육과정 개발과 편성 사례 (Premedical Curriculum in Seoul National University College of Medicine)

  • The main points of issue with the former premedical curriculum of Seoul National University College of Medicine (SNUCM) were the absence of educational objectives, decline in student motivation caused by uniform education, students' lack of a sense of belonging, and lack of humanistic education. In accordance with these issues, there were five aspects considered for the improvement of the premedical curriculum: reform based on the newly established educational objectives that corresponds with the 6-year medical school curriculum as a whole, expansion of elective courses and the development of personalized curriculum for the improvement of students' learning motives, expansion of social sciences and humanities curriculum for the development of students' capabilities as good doctors, active participation of medical professors in premedical education, and expansion of informal education and the student support program. According to the assessment done after the implementation of the reformed curriculum, premedical students were gratified with its establishment and management of multifarious liberal arts and major subjects. In preparation of the more rigorous entrance quota of the premedical school at SNUCM, there is ongoing reform of required major subjects and establishment of new subjects in the premedical curriculum in pursuit of unity with the 6-year medical curriculum. Moreover, there is ongoing development of an e-portfolio system for the association of premedical and medical education, integration of formal and informal curriculum, and reinforcement of student observation and formative evaluation. Further discussion on the assessment and betterment of premedical curriculum is needed.

충남지역 초등학교의 구강보건관리 실태 (Current Oral Health Care of Elementary School in Chungnam Province, Korea)

  • Primary school is regarded as an important period when many health-related behaviors and life-styles begin to be formed. Acquiring them through school heath education has a strong influence on the health promotion of not only the family but also the community. The objectives of this study were to evaluate current oral health care of elementary schools in Chungnam province and to provide information for further development in elementary school oral health. We performed a questionnaire survey to 280 health teachers and among them, 155 teachers answered. The result of this study were as follows: 1. Sixty five percent of the health teachers had little interest in oral health. Major information sources for teaching oral health were books in 58.1% of the 155 teachers and 83.2% of teachers spent 30 minutes to 1hour per day in oral health care practice for the students. 2. Contents of the oral health education were composed of regular and special curriculums, and an average of education time during a semester was 2.6 hours in 3rd grade, and 1.3 hours in first and second grade. 60.6% of the teachers made the children practice the proper method of tooth brushing during the education time. 3. Major problems in oral health education were insufficient time, lack of equipment and difficulty in teaching method. The educational media were tooth models among 91.0% and OHP among 85.2% of the teachers. The tooth model was usually used in first to fourth grades and OHP in fifth to sixth grades. But 63.9% health teachers need to develop stronger educational methods using multimedia. 4. Meanwhile the most important strategy of oral health in urban schools was health education, that of rural schools was fluoride mouth-rinsing programme. Fluoride mouth-rinsing programmes were performed by 60.0% of the elementary school. Periodic dental examination was performed in all elementary schools. 98.2% of the schools sent the results home through school notification letters, but post-examination management was performed in only 67.1% of them 64.5% of the health teachers do follow-ups on the oral disease of the children after the examination. Only 0.7% of the schools have oral health education plans for the students' parents. Considering these major strategies for elementary school oral health care were health education, practicing proper methods of tooth brushing, periodic dental examinations, and fluoride mouth-rinsing programmes. But health teachers need more time for oral health education, practicing and management, and developing education materials. With regard to the high demand for oral health education and poor follow-up after periodic examination, the oral health education in elementary school should be considered as a formal educational course for more proper management of oral health, including application of major strategies to the children in earlier grades and efforts for increasing recognition and participation of the parents.

현대 과학교육의 동향과 시스템사고 패러다임의 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Trends of Current Science Education and the System Thinking Paradigm)

  • The purposes of this study are to understand the trends of current science education compared with thinking paradigm and to find the direction of reform in holistic view. It is divided into three parts. Firstly, significant trends of science education during the late 20th century were examined. Secondly, the current society was discussed, particularly focused on the thinking paradigm. Thirdly, the science education trends and thinking paradigms were compared. The results are 1) A major goal of contemporary science education is the scientific literacy, for which the constructivist and STS class are introduced, 2) Thinking paradigm is changing from analytics to systemics, and 3) Compared the current science education and system thinking paradigm, they seem consistent in respect of looking for the whole-part relationship.

비전공자를 위한 AI기초통계 교육의 고찰 (A Study on AI basic statistics Education for Non-majors)

  • We live in the age of artificial intelligence, and big data and artificial intelligence education are no longer just for majors, but are required to be able to handle non-majors as well. Software and artificial intelligence education for non-majors is not just a general education, it creates talents who can understand and utilize them, and the quality of education is increasingly important. Through such education, we can nurture creative talents who can create and use new values by fusion with various fields of computing technology. Since 2015, many universities have been implementing software-oriented colleges and AI-oriented colleges to foster software-oriented human resources. However, it is not easy to provide AI basic statistics education of big data analysis deception to non-majors. Therefore, we would like to present a big data education model for non-majors in big data analysis so that big data analysis can be directly applied.

체육교육전공 대학생들의 교사역량이 교과전공만족 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Teacher Competency of College Students Majoring in Physical Education on Curriculum-Major Satisfaction and Career Decision)

  • 본 연구는 체육교육전공 대학생들의 교사역량이 교과전공만족 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 구명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 2022년 4월1일~4월 30일까지 경기도, 충청도, 대전 등에 있는 사범대학교 재학 중인 체육교육 전공자들을 대상으로 비확률 표집인 유의표집방법(pur-posive sampling)을 이용하여 표본추출 후 연구 참가자 400명을 표집으로 조사하여 최종 340명을 대상으로 교차분석을 시행하였다. 첫째, 교사역량은 진로결정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교사역량은 진로결정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교과전공만족은 진로결정에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 교사역량과 교과전공만족 및 진로결정 간에는 인과적 관계가 형성 되었다. 체육교육전공 대학생들의 교사역량이 교과전공만족 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 구명함으로써 향후 예비체육 교사들의 진로결정에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

계산과학분야의 고성능컴퓨팅 교육 개선을 위한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of High Performance Computing Education in Computational Science)

  • 계산과학분야에서 고성능컴퓨팅(HPC)을 활용하기 위해서는 프로그래밍, 알고리즘, 자료구조 등 컴퓨터과학의 지식들과 기술들을 배워야 한다. 본 논문에서는 계산과학분야의 IT교육현황 조사와 설문조사를 통해 고성능컴퓨팅 교육을 개선시키기 위한 정책 방향을 제안하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 대학의 물리학, 화학, 생명과학, 지구과학분야의 전공과목 중에서 IT관련 과목 현황과 사용자들의 국내 고성능컴퓨팅 교육에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 그 결과 계산과학분야의 IT과 목비율은 응용 전공과목에 비해 매우 낮았다. 대학의 교육 요구도는 높게 나왔지만, 대학의 교육 제공 수준은 제일 낮게 나왔다. 또한 대부분의 사용자들은 독학으로 필요한 지식과 기술들을 습득한 것으로 조사되었다. 즉 대학의 역할이 가장 시급하고 중요하며 전문기관과 온라인교육의 역할도 중요하다고 확인하였다.

비전공자 인문계열을 위한 인공지능(AI) 보편적 교육 설계 (Artificial Intelligence(AI) Fundamental Education Design for Non-major Humanities)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래함에 따라 다양한 산업 분야에서 AI 활용역량이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 현재 보편적 교육으로서의 AI 교육 설계 연구 및 역량 중심교육 커리큘럼 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 대학에서의 비전공자를 위한 역량 중심 AI 리터러시 함양을 위한 보편적 AI 교육을 설계하는 데 목적을 둔다. 인문계열 AI 기초교육 설계를 위해 3차에 걸쳐 전문가 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고, 그 결과를 반영하여 도출된 설계 내용의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 그 결과, AI 리터러시 함양을 위한 주요역량은 데이터 리터러시, AI 이해 및 활용능력이었으며, 이를 토대로 도출된 주요 세부 영역으로는 데이터 구조 이해 및 가공, 시각화, 워드클라우드, 공공데이터 활용, 머신러닝 개념 이해 및 활용이었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 교육 설계 내용은 향후 역량 중심의 AI 보편적 교육의 필요성과 가치를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
