본 논문은 u-City 서비스의 활성화를 위하여 모바일 서비스와 u-City 서비스의 연관 관계를 연구하였다. u-City에서는 u-IT기술을 기반으로 도시의 효율적인 관리 및 도시민의 편의를 위한 많은 서비스를 제공하고 있지만 대부분의 서비스가 도시의 운용이나 관리부분에 중점을 두고 있어 서비스가 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 우리는 u-City의 서비스를 일반 도시민이 실생활에서 언제 어디서나 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 모바일 라이프 서비스라는 개념을 제시하였다. 또한 이에 대한 유용성과 사용의사를 수도권 거주민을 대상으로 조사하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 자료를 통하여 본 논문은 모바일 라이프 서비스가 u-City 서비스를 활성화할 수 있음을 증명하였다.

유비쿼터스 기술(uT)의 적용에 대한 논의가 상대적으로 저조한 재래시장에 uT를 적용하여 쇼핑고객의 쇼핑편의와 온/오프라인 쇼핑경험을 촉진할 수 있는 u-Market을 구현한다면, 재래시장을 방문하는 쇼핑고객의 수를 증가시킬 수 있으며, 이는 매출증대로 이어져 재래시장 활성화에 일조할 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 현실적인 u-Market 서비스 시나리오를 개발하였고, u-Market 시나리오를 기반으로 실제 사용자들을 대상으로 u-Market 서비스 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 u-Market 서비스 시나리오는 향후 시스템 구현단계에서 개발자들 간의 협업을 촉진하여 고품질의 시스템을 효과적으로 개발하는데 일조할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 u-Market 서비스 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구결과는 차후 재래시장에 실제로 구축될 u-Market 서비스의 성공가능성을 제고하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Efficient service description and modeling methodologies are essential for dynamic service composition to provide autonomous services for users in ubiquitous computing environments. In our previous research, we proposed a 'u-service' ontology which is an abstract and structured concept for device operations in ubiquitous environments. One of the problems that we faced during the design process was that there are not enough standards to analyze the effectiveness of a u-service ontology. In this paper, we propose a quality evaluation model to facilitate the design process of a uservice ontology. We extract modeling goals and evaluation indicators based on the uservice description specification. We also present quality metrics to quantify each of the design properties. The experiment result of the proposed quality model shows that we can use it to analyze the design of u-service ontology from various angles. Also, it shows that the model can provide a guideline, and offer appropriate recommendations for improvements.

U-City means the high-tech city that applied ubiquitous technology and information communication technology. U-City aims to intensify urban competitiveness and to improve the quality of residents' life through efficient management of the urban. Currently, 77 U-City projects is underway. The each project cost and scale estimate is not clear in the absence of the U-Service Standardization Model. So, many of the project are trouble about making a production the proper number of U-Service or the cost of project. The excessive service construction is reflected on the construction costs, which leads to the rise of sales price and passes onto the executor of a project as a burden of the project costs, and the problem of the delay of the change-over occurs due to supporting the operation costs for the operation of the constructed service and the demand for additional installation of facilities between a local autonomous entity and the executor of a project. In this paper, we suggested the U-Services Construction Standardization Methods and proposed the standardization services guideline of crime prevention services. U-City services in the future are able to maintain the consistency of the system through the utilization of the proposed standard model. As a result, the U-City project's pre-estimated cost and scale can be extracted.

본 논문은 한국의 u-City 공공 서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 기존 정보시스템 품질 평가의 근간인 "시스템 품질", "정보품질", "서비스 품질"에 "공공성" 요인을 추가하여 u-City서비스 품질 평가 개념에 대한 연구모형을 도출하였다. SPSS 12.0을 활용한 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 타당성과 신뢰성을 확인하였고, AMOS 16.0을 활용한 확인적 요인분석에서는 연구모형의 적합기준과 집중타당성, 판별타당성의 기준에 적합함을 확인하였다. 둘째, u-City서비스품질 요인간의 인과관계를 분석 결과, "시스템품질", "정보품질", "공공성"요인은 고객만족에 통계적으로 유의한 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스 품질요인은 유용성과 만족도에 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, u-City 공공 서비스는 누구나 공평하게 그리고 지역적 장소에 관계없이 어디서나 서비스에 접속할 수 있는 자원의 충족성이 중요한 서비스 속성이라는 것을 확인하였다.

유 무선 통신망의 발전과 스마트폰 등 무선 단말을 이용한 모바일오피스 등 무선서비스 이용이 날로 증가하고, 이를 이용한 u-Healthcare 서비스가 각광 받고 있는데, 기존의 품질 측정 기준은 단순히 속도나 에러율 등만을 고려하였기 때문에 u-Healthcare의 안정성을 보장하기 위해서는 서비스별 품질관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 u-Healthcare 무선서비스 사용자의 품질 보장 및 사용자 요구를 만족시키기 위한 방안으로 무선 환경을 고려한 무선서비스별 품질 측정 기준을 제시하였다. 관련 연구를 통해 3GPP, WiMAX 포럼, GSMA 등 국제 표준화 기관에서 제시한 주요성능 지표와 사업자 사례를 통해 최종 사용자 관점에서의 WiBro 환경에서 u-Healthcare를 제공하기 위한 서비스별 품질기준 체계를 확립하고 각 서비스별로 품질지표 수립의 타당성을 제시하였다.

IT 산업의 발전과 더불어 사회 및 산업 환경에서 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터 망을 이용한 새로운 환경을 구축하고자 하는 유비쿼터스 혁명이 도래하고 있다. 특히 일반 사용자 측면에서 볼 때 유비쿼터스 환경이 제공하는 양방향적이고 능동적인 지원 서비스는, 기존의 일방향적 서비스와 질적으로 구별되는 새로운 서비스 패러다임이 될 것이며, 따라서 기존의 제품 사용성이나 서비스 체험 양상과는 다른 차원의 서비스 평가 문제를 불러일으킬 것이다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 여러 차원의 경험을 종합적으로 u-서비스 체험성이라 정의하고, 이 u-서비스 체험성을 평가하는 요인과 문항에 대한 타당화를 위하여, u-서비스에 대한 체험성 모형을 제안하고자 하였다. u-서비스 관련 시나리오와 미리 개발된 서비스 체험 평가문항들을 이용하여, u-서비스 체험성에 대한 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 나-중심성, 주권성, 멋, 사용성, 신뢰성, 접속성 등의 6 개의 하위 요인으로 구조화된 유비쿼터스 서비스의 체험성 모형을 확인하였다.

Recently ubiquitous application services are developed plentifully using RFID techniques in the field of distribution and security industries. However, except these field the applications using RFID are not mature yet. In this study, we proposed a real-time context service model of the u-conference based on the real-time contextual information acquired from conference and exposition. With collection of real-time contextual information for u-conference, the model can provide a lot of information services on the state of session attendee, doorway control, affairs, user certification, presentation progress etc. For the verification of proposed real-time context service model of u-conference, we design and implement the conference progress state service included the state of session attendee, user certification and presentation progress etc. This service provides the presentation state information included the current presenter, the paper list, the number of session attendee, the schedule and place of each session using the collecting RFID tag and the related information.

The vision of u-City is an implementation of ubiquitous environments that makes anybody to be able to access the source of information and knowledge in anywhere and anytime with any methods. It is necessary to study the law and institution of u-City about a role of the government and local governments to have a new growth power. We need to improve the related law and institution with standardization of u-City service to regulate and coordinate diversity of main organ and business area. In this paper, we select service modes to consider the priority order of service and suggest a reform measure of law and institution classified by service models

우리나라는 고령화 사회 문제와 동반하여 1인 가구 고령자의 급격한 증가세를 보이고 있어, '독거노인 u-Care 서비스'라는 정책을 통해 문제해결을 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 혼자 사는 고령자의 건강과 안전을 위한 u-Care 서비스의 사용 환경 개선을 위한 새로운 기술 적용을 통해 좀 더 나은 u-Care 서비스 개선방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 첫째, 사물인터넷 기술 적용을 통해 1인 가구 고령자를 위한 u-Care서비스의 개선이다. 기존의 센서를 통한 안전 관련 상황정보 수집 분석과 함께 웨어러블 디바이스를 통해 건강정보를 측정하고, 건강정보 데이터를 활용하여 원격 모니터링 서비스를 제공하여 스마트폰과 같은 개인 디바이스를 이용해 의료기관에 사용자 자신의 건강상태를 전송해 향후 원격 의료 상담 또는 진료까지도 연결할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 감성서비스 로봇기술의 적용을 통해 단순한 안전과 건강관리뿐만 아니라 1인 가구 고령자의 정서적 안정감을 고려를 통한 u-Care서비스의 개선이다. 로봇과의 상호관계 형성이 가능한 사용자 환경의 제공은 정서적 측면에서 긍정적 효과를 제공할 수 있을 것이고, 기존의 u-Care서비스 제공 서비스에 향후 돌봄 기능 서비스제공을 통해 1인 가구 고령자의 독립적 일상생활에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
