The experience of participation in education has been explored from three perspectives: input, environment, and output. The first factor which is the input includes the admission process, motivation for application, and methods of appropriating tuition fees. The second factor which is the environment includes the interrelationships with both in and out of school activities, in-class activities, and in-college members. Lastly, the output factor of university education includes the results of university education and the perception of social advancement. The subjects of the study were 21 students who succeeded in entering society based on their goals. The interviews and surveys were conducted, and the factors affecting their career success were analyzed by dividing them into three upper categories and each category is to create implications for the future direction of university education.

This autobiographical narrative interview study aims at exploring how A, one Korean 82-year-old female farmer strived vigorously to learn by herself and to teach her children (4 boys and 3 girls) despite the fact that she was not afford to pay tuitions on time. From 40 times of interview-data three major findings emerged: (1) A learned how to read Korean Japanese and Chinese characters and how to calculate at a free-of-charge teaching center although her father didn't approve of her learning; (2) A tried very hard to earn money inside and outside home to support her children's education, organizing many mutual fraternity meetings to seek mutual financial support, selling mostly farm products as well as farming almost all day and everyday; (3) Although it was so hard to educate three daughters, A was proud of the fact that she was able to put her second daughter to a high school with a promise to pay her tuition later. To narrow the educational gap and balance the development of education, the Chinese Ministry of Education and various regional education offices are actively promoting government-funded normal education policies. In this study, the background, purpose, and main contents of government-funded normal education policy were identified through a literature review. Furthermore we tried to make an in-depth understanding of the motivation behind government-funded normal students' admission. The results of the analysis were classified as "unexpected motivation" at the individual level, "interim motivation" at the home and school level, and "mirror motivation" at the national policy and social level. "Parents and teachers' opinions" topped the list, followed by securing teaching positions, double-sided dailies (excluding tuition and dormitory fees, paying living allowances), teacher dominance and social status. Parents and teachers had a strong involvement in the admission of government-funded students. Economic factors are relatively more influential than the ideal job as a teacher, and it seems contrary to the original intention of the policy. In response, efforts should be made such as regarding the guidance of state-funded education policies and vocational identity education.
The purpose of this study was to explore factors that physical education graduate students in graduate school of education drop out of teacher appointment examination of secondary school by using Ecological Model. The in-depth interview was conducted for 10 physical education graduate students studying in school of education. As an aspect of the intrapersonal component, the effort to apply how participants'current job positively affects their preparation for teacher appointment examination is required and they need to clearly decide academic priorities to prepare for teacher appointment examination. As an aspect of interpersonal component, participants are negatively affected by subjective norm, thereby providing personalized mentoring program is required. As an aspect of organizational component, limited tuition support and inappropriate place to study are emphasized, so practical helps like sports practice instructor or teacher appointment examination preparation class is required. Finally, this study suggests the introduction of integrated system for teacher appointment examination.
This study analyzes whether Income Contingent Loan achieves the policy goal of reducing the burden on higher education expenses with the emphasis on the repayment structure of the loan system and suggest ways to improve the incumbent policy. The study found that the voluntary repayment amount of the loan is much higher than the mandatory repayment amount. Therefore, various policy improvement measures are needed to activate the original purpose of the loan. We proposes improvements to the repayment, such as diversification of the repayment base rate, introduction of the loan integration, and analysis of loan default probability. In addition, this study has policy and academic implications in that it has suggested policy improvement measures by analyzing various overseas cases.

Recently, due to a decrease in the school age population, it is expected that there will be great difficulties in recruiting students. The dropout rate for the last three years of four-year universities nationwide announced in www.academyinfo.go.kr has been continuously increasing at 4.1% (2016), 4.3% (2017), and 4.6% (2018). It has emerged as the biggest issue facing the university. In this study, through a large-scale empirical study at H University, an analysis of the dropout intention of college students and educational factors affecting their intentions were derived. First, as a result of analyzing the intention to drop out, the dropout intention of students in the engineering department was higher than in the humanities, and it was higher in the upper grades. Students from specialized high schools were higher than general high schools, and the students who raised the tuition fees were higher than those who were not. As a result of factor analysis on dropout intention, it was analyzed that class difficulty, major satisfaction, parent satisfaction, internationalization satisfaction, and college education performance satisfaction had a significant effect on dropout intention.
In order to support women with career breaks to re-enter the labor market, it is not only necessary to discover and select promising jobs, but also to provide objective and accurate job information on selected promising jobs so that women with career breaks can make reasonable career choices. need arises. It can be pointed out that the government support course has no burden of tuition compared to the general course, and because the quality of education is high, it is possible to select trainees with a high willingness to find employment through competition in the recruitment process. In addition, the government support process secures relatively high-quality programs and instructors, increasing trainees' concentration, satisfaction, and willingness to find a job. Job literacy and employment preparation education are obligatory, job design support through job counseling, and continuous follow-up support. The system also works. Accordingly, if systematic and continuous development and support are made in the process of selecting promising occupations for women with career breaks and designing education and training programs, it is expected that women with career breaks will be more active in their re-entry into the labor market.
