Objectives :The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the significance of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』 by examining North Korea's perspective in its documentation of the history of medicine, and to further understand North Korea's perception of Korean Traditional Medicine. Methods : The focus of examination was on the perspective of historical description as shown in the first chapter of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』. Its unique features were made clear through comparison with historical texts of medicine of South Korea such as the 『History of Medicine in Korea』, and the 『History of Korean Medicine』. In order to grasp the current of historical research in North Korea, various Traditional Medicine related dictionaries and academic journals of North Korea along with the 『Joseontongsa』 were examined. Results & Conclusions : The historical views of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』 could be categorized as nation-focused, materialistic, and nationalistic. These are core elements that make up North Korea's self-reliance ideology, which influenced the interpretation of medical facts. While the text is valuable in that it introduced new historical material along with its interpretation, and argued for a more independent development of Traditional Medicine, its limitation of interpreting historical material from a conclusive, pre-determined standpoint cannot be overlooked. The North Korean 'Goryeo Medicine' is defined by its historical nature rather than academic characteristics, and its significance is determined by its clinical efficacy rather than theoretical value.

학습자 중심 교육과정을 기본정신으로 하는 제7차 수학과 교육과정이 실시되고 있지만, 여전히 일선 현장에서 실천되고 있는 수업은 전통적인 교사중심 수업의 아류에 지나지 않는다. 다시 말해서 전통적인 수업에 익숙하던 교사가 학습자 중심 수업을 충실하게 실천한다는 것은 대단한 도전이다. 본 논문은 전통적인 수업을 하던 교사가 학습자 중심 수업을 실천하면서 자신이 형성하고 있던 아동관, 교과서관, 교사관 등에서 새로운 인식의 변화를 진술하고 있다.

The Eastern Slavic. the mongolian and the Korean wedding ceremony proceed through those three stages :pre-wedding, and after-wedding. (n the pre-wedding stage, the marriage is arranged when the parents make a decision on a matchmaking proposal. In the main wedding, the bridegroom visits the bride, and the bride walks through the many different procedures, which represent the life and the responsibilities of married women. Expecially, the wedding ceremony is finished and culminated by making hairstyle and wearing of headgear for married woman to the bride. The wedding costume of the Eastern Slav, the Mongolian, and the Korean has been developed with their different characters of styling. The traditional costumes of the each native are worn with the addition of a splendid decorative expression. The Eastern Slavic bride wears Lubaha and Sarapan or a skirt and bridegroom's wedding costume consist with Lubaha and Shitany(trousers). The Mongolian bride wears Deel and Ozh(Ooj) the vest and bridegroom wears Deel and Hantaaz. The Eastern slavic, the mongolian and the Korean bride wears various and gorgous headgears which have reflected cultural values: their traditional views of a wedding ceremony, expected change of social roles for married people. The wedding ceremony of these 3 natives had been performed by the symbolic meaning of the union of the bride to the bridegroom's family.

Three-dimensional (3D) displays provide a significant advantage over traditional 2D displays by offering realistic images, and table-style displays in particular are ideal for generating 3D images that appear to float above a table. These systems are based on multiview displays, and are typically operated using temporal or spatial multiplexing methods to expand the viewing zone (VZ). The VZ is an expanded space that results from merging the sub-viewing zones (SVZs) from which an individual view is made. To increase the viewing angle, many SVZs are usually required. In this paper, we propose a table-ornament electronic holographic display that utilizes 3f parabolic mirrors. In holography, the VZ is not simply expanded but synthesized from SVZs to implement continuous motion parallax. Our proposed system is small enough to be applied as a table ornament, in contrast to traditional tabletop displays that are large and not easily portable. By combining multiview and holographic technologies, our system achieves continuous motion parallax. Specifically, our system projects 340 views using a time-multiplexing method over a range of 240 degrees.

Internationally, many countries are facing the demand for reshaping health care systems to cope with rapid changing circumstances in health care sector. The recent growth of oriental medicine and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in the many countries is, to a large extent, due to the growth of the number of oriental medical doctors and physicians who have taken up alternative therapies alongside conventional medicine. To cope with the changing environments, many countries consider to develop integrative health care which is now used widely in health care sector. In both biomedical and CAM sectors(including oriental medicine), attention appears to have shifted away from separating therapeutic modalities into categories such as biomedical or CAM, towards a focus on merging diverse modalities into a 'new' integrative health system. In Korea, one of peculiar characteristics of health care system is that as health care provider, Hanbang medicine (traditional Korean medicine) and (western) medicine coexist since 19 century. Recently, the government of Korea has given many efforts to enhance the role and function of traditional Korean medicine in health care sector. However, the strategies and measures for integrative health care settings combining traditional Korean medicine and western medicine on health sector have not been developed yet. The research question of this study is In Korea, what are the trends and problems in interface of traditional Korean medical sector and Western medical sector; what are the causes of or associated factors to the problems; how to cope with the problems and how to resolve the causes?; what are the health policy directions and its strategies that the government should take to cope with the future demand and the burden on health care sector? In order to do this, this study explores the current situations and issues on the interface between traditional Korean medicine and (western) medicine in various ways using contents analysis of existing data and documents related to traditional Korean medicine and health policy. Finally, we discussed stakeholders' views on the interface in the health care sector. Then, health policy options to have shifted away from separating therapeutic modalities into categories such as 'traditional Korean medicine' or 'western medicine', towards a focus on merging diverse modalities into a 'new' integrative health system.

본 연구는 전통주거공간 속에서 환경친화적인 설계기법과 원칙을 파악하여 그 원리를 재정립하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해서 문헌연구를 통해 전통주거공간에 반영된 환경친화성을 자원보전적 측면, 입지적 측면, 공간구성적 측면으로 구분하고, 사례지를 선정하여 현대적 적용방안을 모색하였다. 사례지는 조선시대에 조영된 상류주택 중 비교적 원형이 잘 보존되고 있으며, 양호한 건축년도가 명확한 주택인 독락당을 선정하였다. 입지적 측면에서는 지형의 변경을 최소화하는 건물축조기법을 하고 있었으며, 환경보전적 측면에서는 열환경조절을 위해 실내 온도를 조절한 기법을 볼 수 있었다. 물질순환 측면에서는 자연재료의 재활용을 하고 있었으며, 수순환기법 및 조절을 통해 물을 적극적으로 활용하였다. 또한, 경관조망을 중요시 하여 내부에서 외부로 바라보는 경관의 다양한 조절을 통하여 내부공간을 외부로 확장시키고 끌어들이는 기법을 활용하였다. 현대적 공간에서의 전통성 추구는 단순히 단절된 전통의 복원이나 회복에 있기 보다는 전통 공간 속에 내재하는 구성원리 등을 추출하여 현대의 사회적, 문화적 환경공간에 대한 이해의 바탕위에서 수용 가능하다. 전통주거공간에 있어서 환경친화적 설계기법은 오랜 시간동안 경험에 의해 발전된 것으로 이의 현대적 적용은 지구환경과 에너지 문제를 해결하고 쾌적한 인간의 생활환경을 창출해 낸다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 내포하고 있다.

Modern Haute Couture represents artistic views through its image. symbol, and originality. Haute Couture's original art has been kept as a design technics which is the fusion of timely, original Maison's concept, plastic beauty as designer's personality. Christian Dior's maison continued by Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferr'e and John Galliano who emphasize elegant image which has avant-garde trends came from post modernism. Christian Dior Haute Couture's design which can be symbolized by the feature of timely variation and new feeling of continuing designers has the following originalities. 1. Christian Dior Haute Couture's design has been affected by the timely art-trends. 2. Christian Dior Haute Couture's design concept is represented as Nobly Chic Elegance. Feminine Elegance. Sophisticately Chic Elegance, Fantastically humourous Elegance therfore, the traditional concept of Elegance are maintained. 3. Christian Dior Haute Couture's design technic not only emphasizes the details of collars and up side of clothes or trimming but also persuits the total beauty of balanceness with the harmony of the evenness between other factors.

Many trials have been used to model room impulse responses, all attempting to provide efficient representations of room acoustics. The traditional model designs for room impulse response seem to fail in accuracy, controllability, or computational efficiency. In time domain, a room impulse response is generally considered as the combination of three parts having different acoustic characteristics, initial time delay, early reflection, and late reverberation. This paper introduces new learning hybrid model for the room impulse response. In this proposed model, those three parts are modeled using different models with learning algorithms that determine the length or boundary of each model in the hybrid model. By the simulation with measured room impulse responses, it was examined that the performance of proposed model shows the best efficiency in views of both the parameter numbers and modeling error.

본 논문은 다시점 영상에서 프레임율 변환 (Frame Rate Up Conversion, FRUC) 기법을 적용하는 방식에 대하여 서술한다. 먼저, 임의의 시점의 영상을 생성하기 위해서 사용되는 중간시점 영상합성 (View Synthesis, VS)기법과 연속되는 영상 사이에 새로운 영상을 만들어내는 프레임율 변환기법에 대하여 간략히 소개한다. 그리고, 기존의 프레임율 변환 방식과 다시점 영상의 특징을 이용한 프레임율 변환 방식을 소개하고 각각의 방식으로 생성한 영상의 화질을 비교한다.
