This study was conducted to determine the elements that are required and that need improvement in the contents of dietary life education and the educational environment by analyzing the importance-satisfaction of a dietary life education program for dietary life education trainees. The results of the rank test for the satisfactory elements of dietary life education were in the order of competence of instructors, educational contents, time of education, educational environment and affordability of tuition. The importance-satisfaction analysis of the contents and construction of the dietary life education program showed that "suitable contents for the theme of the class", "contents and construction of practice class", "diversity of practice menu" and "diversity of educational contents" had high importance and satisfaction scores and therefore, could be maintained at their current levels. Meanwhile, "adequacy of class time" and "contents and construction of theory class" showed low importance and satisfaction scores, requiring a little effort. Whereas, "time and construction of group practice", "structure of textbook for class" and "duration of course and number of classes" showed relatively low satisfaction compared to importance, requiring major efforts for improvement. Similarly, analysis of the lecture element from dietary life education showed that "professional lecture by instructors", "lectures suitable for themes" and "lecture applicable in real life" had relatively low satisfaction compared to importance, requiring major efforts for improvement. In addition, analysis of the educational environment from dietary life education showed that "adequacy of lecture room space", "cooking equipment", "diversity of cooking utensils" and "sanitary condition of cooking utensils" also require major efforts for improvement. Therefore, dietary life education should not be executed with a simple delivery of knowledge but with both theory and practice classes to increase its application in real life, and active and specific efforts are required to nurture professional instructors and establish educational strategies.

Objecitves: Peel of Citrus unshiu (Rutaceae) has been used in traditional herbal prescriptions. Hesperidin and naringin contents of Citri Unshii Pericarpium were determined and compared to herbal prescriptions. Then, the different extractions from prescriptions are explained with traditional herbal theories. Methods: The herb and herbal prescriptions were extracted in boiled water. A quantitative analysis was made of hesperidin and naringin using HPLC with-reversed-phase CIS column and a UV detector at 204nm. Elution was carried out at 1.0ml/min with $38\%$ methanol. Results and Conclusions: The extract of Citri Unshii Pericarpium for 180 min was the better method for extracting naringin and hesperidin. The flavonoid contents in remedies are different among several traditional herbal prescriptions. The reason for the difference can be explained with traditional drug interaction theories.

This study is not just a meaning of costume but a function of culture and includes addresses the associated emotions. As the interest of youths has increased recently, the importance of traditional costume education has been growing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the contents of Hanbok in the 2015 revised high school technology and home textbooks using content analysis techniques and text mining techniques. As a result of the study, first, the symbolic meaning and characteristics of Hanbok and the beauty of Hanbok were practiced in daily life, and the value was found through the excellence of Hanbok and the modernization of Hanbok was dealt with Second, most of the illustrations related to traditional costumes were presented in various ways, but there were some regrets due to lack of quantity and quality. Third, the words used to explain traditional costumes were used in the form of culture, excellence, tradition, modernity, harmony, succession, etc. except for the types of clothing. Therefore, the results and discussions derived from this study are expected to help the textbooks to be efficiently selected and used in the field of the front line school along with the correct understanding of traditional culture in the process of selecting traditional culture contents and illustrations.

<Deep Sea> is an 3D animated film that stands out for its exceptional special effects and distinctive artistic style. The film employs a multitude of dazzling and vibrant ink particles, creating a strong sense of three-dimensionality and weightlessness, while simultaneously portraying a dreamlike and elegant representation of a deep sea ink painting. Furthermore, through the utilization of fragmented stream of consciousness narrative technique, the film establishes a unique artistic effect infused with a Chinese atmosphere. This paper by analyzing the unique particle ink art style and color and stream of consciousness narrative methods in film, this paper discusses the innovative art style generated by traditional ink art style combined with three-dimensional technology, and the integration of traditional ink art ideas and artistic conception in animated films. The objective is to cultivate a new ink art style and prove the importance of traditional cultural expression in animated films, while providing new perspectives for the future application of traditional art in animation.

This study investigated the food and dietary educational content in primary, middle and high school textbooks in order to provide fundamental data for the development of educational programs on Korean traditional food culture. The research objects consisted of 51 kinds of textbooks (15 kinds of primary school textbooks, 29 kinds of middle school home economics textbooks and 7 kinds of high school home economics textbooks), and the contents related to food and dietary education were counted and analyzed. The content analysis was performed using two categories: application method and subject matter. Application method included texts, cases, visual aids (pictures, photos, illustrations, chart, etc.) and activities, whereas subject matter consisted of seven types (well balanced nutrition and health, understanding of food and nutrition, cooking principles, cooking lessons, traditional foods and culture, others). The results of the application method in primary school textbooks show that visual aids were the most common in all six grades. For the subject matter, 'understanding of food and nutrition' was most abundant in primary school textbooks while 'well balanced nutrition and health' accounted for a large part of the contents in middle school textbooks. However, the contents regarding traditional foods and culture were insufficient in primary and middle school textbooks. These results suggest that educational contents on traditional foods and culture should be added to primary and middle school textbooks and covered in various subjects. Furthermore, high school 'home economics' contents need to emphasize comprehensive food and dietary education and adjust to 'science & technology for life'.

Due to COVID-19, the non-face-to-face content market is growing rapidly. However, most of the non-face-to-face content such as webtoons and web novels are produced based on the traditional culture of other countries, not Korean traditional culture. The biggest cause of this situation is the lack of reference materials for creating based on Korean traditional culture. Therefore, the need for materials on traditional Korean culture that can be used for content creation is emerging. In this paper, we propose a generation model of source data based on traditional folk paintings through the fusion of traditional Korean folk paintings and AI technology. The proposed model secures basic data based on folk tales, analyzes the style and characteristics of folk tales, and converts historical backgrounds and various stories related to folk tales into data. In addition, using the built data, various new stories are created based on AI technology. The proposed model is highly utilized in that it provides a foundation for new creation based on Korean traditional folk painting and AI technology.

한국춤의 역사적 흐름에서 한국 전통춤은 근대화 과정으로 인한 무대무용으로의 전환, 전통춤의 유형화 작업, 전통춤의 재구성 또는 재창작화라는 변화의 과정을 거치며 지속적으로 진화하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 한국 전통춤 전승에 있어서 시대성을 반영한 재구성·재창작화 경향은 2000년대 이후 전통춤 공연 현장에서 흔히 발견할 수 있는데 이 과정에서 전통춤 공연은 원형복원과 보존을 수행하는 공연과 시대성을 반영한 전통춤 진화 현상이라는 두 가지 방향성을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전통춤이 전승되는 형태의 변화와 전통춤이 진화하는 과정에 대한 연구이며, 그중 이동안류 진쇠춤의 전승패러다임의 변화에 관하여 연구하였다. 전통춤의 전승 패러다임의 변화는 원형이 가지고 있는 의의나 형태가 훼손되지 않는 범위 내에서 시대적 흐름을 통해 무대화 되었다는 점에서 시대적인 관점을 수용하고 전통춤의 현대화를 꾀하는 하나의 방법으로서 다양한 구성방식의 활발한 변화가 수행되어지고 있음을 알 수 있었으며 또한 전통춤의 전승 패러다임은 미래 지향적인 전통춤의 전승 방안으로서 새로운 면모를 제시하는 등 다양한 방향성을 유도 한다는 점에서 그 가치를 인정할 수 있다고 하겠다.

디지털 콘텐츠 산업이 융합하고 있는 시점에서 다양한 전통문화 소재의 발굴이 필요하다. 우리나라의 전통문화는 오랜 역사 속에서 전통 신앙과 맞물려 풍부한 소재를 보유하게 되었다. 전통문화의 큰 축으로써 우리나라의 역사와 함께 자리 해 온 불교미술에 접근하여 새로운 문화 콘텐츠의 소재를 발굴하고 DB 분류하고자 한다. 이는 불교문화콘텐츠를 통해 향후 전통 문화에 근거한 미래 브랜드를 구현하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 전통 문화적 관점에서 문화원형을 활용하였다. 불교 미술에 등장한 관음보살과 동자의 상징을 통한 의미를 연구하여 캐릭터로 제작하기 위한 기반이 되고자 한다. 따라서 문화재청에 등록된 국보 및 보물로 등재되어진 불교 존상 중 관음보살과 동자로 범위로 정하고, 관음보살과 동자가 지닌 상징체계를 통해 전통캐릭터를 고찰하였다. 그 과정에서 불교문화 캐릭터는 역할에 의한 분류, 지물에 의한 분류가 가능함을 발견하고 DB 분류 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 상징성을 가진 복잡한 불교문화를 문화원형으로 활용하기 위한 참고자료가 될 것이다. 그리고 불교존상이 가지는 의미를 통해 한국적 전통캐릭터의 디지털콘텐츠 활용에 도움이 되고자 한다.

지역의 전통문화자원은 독특한 문화적 특성을 가지고 있어 차별화 가능성이 높은 콘텐츠 자원이다. 따라서 지역 문화자원을 콘텐츠로 개발하면 경제적 가치 창출과 함께 지역을 상징하는 브랜드로 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전남 지역의 전통문화자원을 활용하여 콘텐츠 소재로 활용하고 전남도에서 추진하는 '남도 르네상스' 사업 콘텐츠와의 연계성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 전남 시군의 자원 요소와 분석을 통해 지역 간 협업을 위해 콘텐츠 연관성을 갖는 지역으로 7개 권역을 제안한다. 권역별 상징성을 갖는 스토리를 발굴하고 체계화 할 수 있도록 "스토리 사랑방'을 제안한다. 개발된 이야기 자원을 실감미디어 제작 기술과 가상현실 플랫폼 등을 통해 체험형 콘텐츠로 개발하고 관광 콘텐츠로 확장하여 콘텐츠 창구효과로 확대한다. 이를 통해 상대적으로 콘텐츠 사업화 기반이 취약한 시군의 콘텐츠 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. 또한 지역 간 협력 거버넌스 확대로 공동 콘텐츠 개발 기회를 높이고 관광 콘텐츠로 활용성을 높여 지역경제 발전과 관련 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있다.

본 연구는 초등학교 과학수업에서 AR 콘텐츠 활용이 학습 활동에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 AR 콘텐츠 적용집단과 전통적 집단과의 차이를 비교하였다. 이를 위해 학습 활동의 하위요소로 학습집중도, 학습활동 소요변인, 학습참여의 능동성, 수업분위기의 네 영역에서의 효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 학습집중도는 AR과 전통적 집단간에 의미있는 차이가 발생하지 않은 반면 학습참여의 능동성은 행동적인 능동성 요소에 있어서 AR 적용 집단이 높았고 언어적 능동성은 집단 간 차이가 발생하지 않았다. 학습활동 소요변인 측면에서는 AR 집단이 전통적 집단보다 학습자의 다양한 학습활동을 촉진하였다. 수업분위기 측면에서는 AR 콘텐츠 활용수업이 전통적 수업에 비해 수업분위기를 긍정적으로 조장하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 AR 콘텐츠를 과학과 수업에 적용하면 교수 학습과정에서 학습자의 행동을 능동적으로 촉진하고, 다양한 학습활동을 촉진하며 수업 분위기를 긍정적으로 조장할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
