This study is to explore the function of white hair motif in Gosijo. And to use the results in literature therapy programs. The white hair motif in the Gosijo of the study ignites the sadness. And every time we read this work repeatedly, the sadness is amplified. This amplification of sadness plays a role in healing the human body. This white hair motif of Gosijo covers the death motif and become energy to support life. In the future, if we study the literary physiological functions of Gosijo in the future, it seems that literature will give us a more healing life.

This study tries to analyse the type of sasanian crowns by looking into the icons and meanings of various motifs that changed the archetype and shape of the crowns, and the social and political factors that affected those motifs. Based on such analysis, the study is aimed at completing the periodic typology of the sasanian crown. For this study the literature research is combined with the empirical analysis of information. Korymbos which symbolizes globe represented the authority and power of the sasanian kings, but the motif with such meaning was replaced by star motif in the late-sasanian crowns. The basic motifs embellishing the sasanian crown represent Gods, which is interpreted as an attempt to symbolize the relations between Gods and kings. These motifs are found on each king's crown in a different and individual way, which seems because the kings at the time chose the motif that can symbolize their own political intention or spirit. At the early days of the sasanian dynasty, Korymbos motif was highly emphasized on the crowns, and was used throughout the end of the dynasty and then was replaced by star motif. From the mid-4th century, Crescent motif started to be used, which was always shown as the shape supporting Korymbos and star motif on it. Bird wing motif was intermittently used in the early and middle days of the dynasty, and was highly emphasized in the crowns of all the kings in the end of the dynasty. Star motif started to be used in the end of sasanian dynasty.

Every protein can be characterized by either a distinct motif or a combination of motifs. Nevertheless, little is known about the relationships among (more than two) the motifs. Some of the proteins in the world are share motifs for evolutional or other biological benefits - they can save energy, time and resource for controlling and managing a variety of proteins. In some cases of motifs, the tendency is quite common and they can act the 'hub' motif of a network of the motif associations. The hubs are structurally and functionally important in themselves and also important in disease-related mutations. They will be highly resistant mutation to conserve their functions. But, in case of the a rare mutation, mutations on the position of hub can more easily cause fatal diseases.

안무는 시간 안에서 일련의 움직임을 디자인하는 활동이다. 따라서 각각의 시대가 시간과 공간,그리고 인간을 바라보는 관점은 당대의 가장 첨예한 신체 퍼포먼스의 디자인에 반영되기 마련이다. 각 시대의 시공간 감각은 그 시대가 가진 종교, 철학, 기술적 발전 등의 사회문화적 맥락에 기초하기 때문에, 우리는 그 시대를 대표하는 신체 퍼포먼스의 분석을 통해 그 시대가 인간을 바라보는 관점을 이해할 수 있다. 이 글은 한국의 대표적 대중문화인 K-pop 아이돌의 퍼포먼스 분석을 통해 현재 한국 사회의 인간-시공간 감각을 탐색한다. K-pop의 대표적 아이돌 '샤이니'의 2013년 발표곡인 의 뮤직 비디오 및 안무 디자인은 2010년대의 한국이 가진 시공간 감각이 다름 아닌 디지털 애니메이션적인 시공간적 감각에 기초하고 있음을 보여준다. 의 퍼포먼스 디자인은 서구의 전통적인 자동인형 모티브의 예술적 전통을 계승하면서도 이와는 차별화된 안무에서의 시공간적 감각을 보여주기 때문이다. 자동인형 모티브는 인간의 형상을 창조하겠다는 오랜 인간의 욕망, 즉 애니메이션의 역사와 긴밀히 연계되어 발전되어 왔다. 자동인형, 그리고 기계가 실제로 인간을 대체하기 시작한 서구의 근대 역사에서 자동인형 모티브는 인간의 기계에 대한 소외와 매혹을 드러내는 중요한 예술 장르였다. 또한 발레와 같은 대중 무용 및 모더니스트 안무가들의 기계적 신체 퍼포먼스는 인간이 기계적 동작을 모방하도록 함으로서 인간을 하나의 기계로 바라보는 당대의 관점을 반영하고 있다. K-pop 안무의 새로운 경향인 의 자동인형 퍼포먼스 디자인은 시각적 측면 뿐 아니라 움직임의 구성 등에서 디지털 애니메이션적 특성을 드러낸다. 그리고 그러한 특성은 현재 한국 사회가 공간 뿐 아니라 시간 또한 통제하는 진일보한 디지털-애니메이션적 관점으로 인간을 바라보고 있음을 시사한다.

Dynamic time warping (DTW) is the main algorithms for time series alignment. However, it is unsuitable for quasi-periodic time series. In the current situation, except the recently published the shape exchange algorithm (SEA) method and its derivatives, no other technique is able to handle alignment of this type of very complex time series. In this work, we propose a novel algorithm that combines the advantages of the SEA and the DTW methods. Our main contribution consists in the elevation of the DTW power of alignment from the lowest level (Class A, non-periodic time series) to the highest level (Class C, multiple-periods time series containing different number of periods each), according to the recent classification of time series alignment methods proposed by Boucheham (Int J Mach Learn Cybern, vol. 4, no. 5, pp. 537-550, 2013). The new method (quasi-periodic dynamic time warping [QP-DTW]) was compared to both SEA and DTW methods on electrocardiogram (ECG) time series, selected from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Beth Israel Hospital (MIT-BIH) public database and from the PTB Diagnostic ECG Database. Results show that the proposed algorithm is more effective than DTW and SEA in terms of alignment accuracy on both qualitative and quantitative levels. Therefore, QP-DTW would potentially be more suitable for many applications related to time series (e.g., data mining, pattern recognition, search/retrieval, motif discovery, classification, etc.).

본 논문은 인터넷 상에 산재해 있는 활용 가능한 다양한 모티프 및 도메인 관련 리소스들을 통합화 함으로써 체계적이고 효율적인 모티프 및 도메인 검색을 할 수 있는 통합 시스템 개발에 대해 다루고 있다. 이러한 시스템을 개발하기 위해 산재해 있는 모티프 및 도메인 관련 개별 데이터베이스의 핵심 부분만을 취합하여 로컬 데이터베이스화하고, 해당 데이터베이스에서 사용되는 개별 분석 도구들을 로컬 서버에 설치하였다. 그리고 다양한 유틸리티 및 CGI 프로그램 등을 통해서 이들 데이터베이스와 분석 도구들을 상호연동시켰고, 단일 웹 인터페이스를 통해 전체적으로 통합하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모티프 및 도메인 통합 검색 시스템을 활용한다면, 최종 사용자들은 인터넷 상을 서핑하는데 많은 시간을 낭비하지 않고, 원스톱(one-stop) 서비스를 통해 본인이 하고자 하는 정확한 모티프 및 도메인 검색을 할 수 있어 보다 효율적이고 정확한 단백질 기능분석을 행 할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a plan that adopts a fairly tale motif, which is familiar to children, to traditional Korean costume design factors for the development of practical Korean costume enterprises, which lead the Korean costume industry in its existence. Literary research and previous research methods had been used in this study. After comparing traditional Korean costume factors with practical Korean costume factors through literary research, we examined children's Korean costumes and ordinary children costumes. The results of this study are the following: First, the result of literary research, which used traditional Korean costume as motif of practical Korean costume and adopted model factors that the developed motif had used, shows that the design factors of practical Korean Costumes have changed from traditional to modern, seeking practicability and convenience over appearance. Second, practical Korean costumes are suitable when fairy tale illustration is applied to children with curiosity and warm emotions, and towards children, who spend much time on activity during growth. Third, making use of CAD system, which is different from practical Korean costume based on traditional patterns and single color, and using various pint pattern with many stories for the design of practical Korean costumes, and applying diversity to the market of practical Korean costumes, this study provides new design motif from, which people can feel more familiar to practical Korean costumes.

We have developed a constitutive display system of the Pseudomonas fluorescens SIK W1 TliA lipase on the cell surface of Escherichia coli using E. coli outer membrane protein C (OmpC) as an anchoring motif, which is an economical compared to induced system. For the constitutive expression of truncated OmpC-TliA fusion proteins, gntT104 promoter was employed. Cell growth was not affected by over expression of fusion protein during entire culture time, suggesting cell lysis was not a problem. The localization of truncated OmpC-TliA fusion protein on the cell surface was confirmed by immunofluorescence microscopy and measuring whole cell lipase activity. Constitutively displayed lipase was very stable, retaining activity enantioselectivity throughout the five repeated reactions. These results suggest that OmpC from E. coli be a useful anchoring motif for displaying enzymes on the cell surface without any inducers, and this stable surface display system can be employed for a broad range of biotechnological applications.

This study derives the modern characteristics of the paisley ornament through an analysis of the paisley ornament shown in fashion since the 2010s based on a theoretical review of the paisley ornament used in Kashmir India shawls for artistic inspiration in the fashion-textile field. It classified the paisley ornament in fashion since the 2010s into types of 'basic structure of body and coif', 'abnormal paisley ornament shapes', 'complex structure of paisley ornament', 'complex structure with other motif', 'a pair of symmetrical reflection motif', 'regular of repetitive arrangement', 'complex arrangement of irregularity and regularity' and 'free arrangement of irregularity'. A comparative analysis with the historical paisley ornament shows that paisley ornaments have contemporary characteristics like 'Bisector structure of centerline in criterion of the body', 'Composite structure of extended 1-repeat', and 'Free structure of engineered placement'. A modern design was inspired by the historical art forms; however, it was used in free utilization of motifs and patterns in terms of size, direction, proportion and space. These were the expression of a design identity that originated from the aesthetic ability and career of a designer as well as the technology of computer programs for the improvements in time and cost efficiency.

본고의 목적은 SF영화 <스타트랙> 시리즈에 나타난 시간여행의 모티프가 서사적 측면과 비서사적 측면에서 하고 있는 기능에 대해 고찰함으로써 SF서사에서 이 모티프가 계속 반복되는 이유를 밝히는 데 있다. <스타트랙 IV: 시간 초월의 항해>(1986)는 실제로 사용되는 항법인 슬링샷으로 태양 주위를 돌파하여 그럴듯하게 시간여행을 하는 것과 당시에는 없던 투명 알루미늄의 제작 공식을 알려줘 역사에 변화를 가져오는 예정 역설을 불러오는 것을 통해 이야기에 대한 관객의 흥미를 끌고자 한다. 또한 이 영화는 혹등고래를 중심 서사에 포함시켜 고래 보호운동이라는 당대의 현실적 문제에 부응함으로써 생태주의라는 이데올로기를 환기시키는 기능을 한다. <스타트랙 VIII: 퍼스트 콘택트>(1996)는 빛보다 빠른 속도로의 비행을 가능하게 해주는 가상의 장치로 스타트랙을 대표하는 기술인 워프 드라이브를 시간여행을 통해 그 탄생 시점에서 다룸으로써 서사에 흥미를 더하고자 한다. 그리고 영화는 핵전쟁이 가져올 수 있는 인류의 멸망을 경고하여 평화적 노력을 계속할 것을 역설하고, 외계와의 조우로 행성연방의 창설을 예고하여 현실 세계에서의 국가 간 협력의 중요성을 강조함으로써 평화주의와 이상주의의 시각을 드러낸다. <스타트랙: 더 비기닝>(2009)은 블랙홀에 의한 과거로의 시간 여행과 그로 인해 생성된 평행우주라는 시간여행 서사 요소를 통해 흥미를 높이는데, 특히 후자는 그동안 전개된 이야기를 그대로 유지하면서 자유롭게 새로운 시간선의 이야기를 창조하도록 해주는 리부트 기능을 한다. 더불어 이 영화는 스팍(과 연방함대)과 네로의 대립, 벌컨 행성과 로물루스 행성의 파괴, 인간과 벌컨족의 협력을 통해 1996년 영화에서 보여주었던 평화주의와 이상주의를 반복한다. 결국 세 편의 <스타트랙> 영화에서 시간여행은 서사적 측면에서 이야기에 대한 관객의 흥미를 최대한으로 끌어올리고 서사를 자유롭게 전개하게 해주는 기능을 함과 동시에 비서사적 측면에서 현재의 문제에 대해 논평하고 이상적인 해결 방안을 제시하는 기능을 한다고 할 수 있다. 본고의 의의는 위와 같은 시간여행의 기능으로 볼 때 SF서사에서 시간여행의 모티프가 앞으로도 계속해서 반복되면서 진화할 것이라는 예상을 가능하게 한 데 있다.
