응급실 중증도 분류 간호사의 의사결정과정에 나타난 사고전략: 소리내어 생각하기 (Thinking Strategies of Triage Nurses' Decision Making in the Emergency Department: Think Aloud Study)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify thinking strategies in the complicated decision-making process based on real patient-based data of triage nurses in the emergency department (ED). Methods: This study used the 'think aloud' method to collect data from 8 triage nurses from one general hospital ED in South Korea. The data were analyzed with protocol analysis using thinking strategies. Results: The triage process was divided into three stages. The first stage consisted of 8 thinking strategies, including searching for information. They used intuition based on directly observed concepts for identifying a crisis. The second stage consisted of 17 thinking strategies related to the decision-making process. They assessed patients and generated a hypothesis to try to understand their health problems through analytic thinking. The third stage consisted of 10 thinking strategies, including qualifying. They considered the situation of the ED and properly triaged the patients. During the triage process, they frequently used judging the value and searching for information on 17 thinking strategies. Conclusions: Triage nurses demonstrated various connected thinking strategies for each stage. Based on our results, further studies should be done to develop a triage education program.

  • Developing mathematical thinking skills is one of the most important goals of school mathematics. In particular, recent performance based on assessment has focused on the teaching and learning environment in school, emphasizing student's self construction of their learning and its process. Because of this reason, people related to mathematics education including math teachers are taught to recognize the fact that the degree of students'acquisition of mathematical thinking skills and strategies(for example, inductive and deductive thinking, critical thinking, creative thinking) should be estimated formally in math class. However, due to the lack of an evaluation tool for estimating the degree of their thinking skills, efforts at evaluating student's degree of mathematics thinking skills and strategy acquisition failed. Therefore, in this paper, mathematical thinking was studied, and using the results of study as the fundamental basis, mathematical thinking process model was developed according to three types of mathematical thinking - fundamental thinking skill, developing thinking skill, and advanced thinking strategies. Finally, based on the model, evaluation factors related to essential thinking skills such as analogy, deductive thinking, generalization, creative thinking requested in the situation of solving mathematical problems were developed.

중·고등학생의 자기불일치가 우울 및 불안에 미치는 영향 : 대처방식과 희망적 사고의 조절효과 (The Effect of elf-discrepancies Upon Depression and Anxiety Levels in Middle and High School Students : The Moderating Effects of Coping Strategies and Positive Thinking Patterns)

  • This study investigated whether middle school and high school students' coping strategies and positive thinking patterns moderate the negative effects of self-discrepancies on maladjustive emotions represented by depression and anxiety. The study participants consisted of 308 middle school students and 301 high school students from schools from metropolitan areas in Korea. The results of this study were as followed. First, the high school students reported higher scores in terms of depression, anxiety, and active coping strategies than the middle school students, while the middle school students reported higher scores in terms of positive thinking than the high school students. Second, the high school students' active coping strategies and positive thinking patterns moderated the negative effects of self-discrepancies on maladjustive emotions. These results indicate that both middle and high school students' self-discrepancies negatively affected maladjustive emotions, whereas active coping strategies and positive thinking patterns positively affected maladjustive emotions. In addition, active coping strategies and positive thinking patterns had a moderating effect only among the high school students.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 SW 교육의 목표인 Computational Thinking(CT)의 증진을 위한 학습자 중심의 교수학습 전략을 적용하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 컴퓨터 비전공자들이 CT를 증진하기 위해서는 쉽고 재미있는 교육내용과 함께 적절한 교수학습 전략이 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 비전공자를 위한 CT 교육에서의 학습자 중심의 교수학습 전략인 협력, 공유, 자기주도학습 등의 요소를 적용하고 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 CT 교육에서 학습자 중심의 교수학습 전략은 컴퓨터 비전공 학습자들의 재미와 흥미에 영향을 주었고, 이는 후속 학습의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 적용한 학습자 중심의 교수학습 전략은 CT 교육에서 효과적인 교수학습 전략으로 활용할 수 있다.

보드게임 과정에서 나타난 아동의 전략적 사고에 관한 탐색적 연구 (Studies on Young Children's Strategic Thinking in the Board Games)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of children's strategic thinking in the board games. Subject were 98 5-7-year-old children were participated in this study. Children divided by age were provided the same board game. Strategies used by the children to play the game were classified by age. The observational results were as follow; 1)Children used 9 strategies. Comparing to Kamii's study, children utilized 2 more strategic thinking. 2)Children used different game strategies based on children's age. Results showed that game strategies differentiated by child's age: five-year-olds used fewer strategies and older children applied a wider range of strategies.

  • 본 연구에서는 생각 지도를 이용한 반성적 사고 촉진 전략이 초등학생의 반성적 사고, 과학학업성취도 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 6학년 2개 학급을 실험반과 비교반으로 나누어서 실험반에는 반성적 사고 촉진 전략을 활용한 수업을 처치하였고, 비교반에는 전통적인 지도서 위주의 수업을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 생각 지도를 이용한 반성적 사고 전략은 초등학생의 반성적 사고력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 둘째, 생각 지도를 이용한 반성적 사고 전략은 초등학생의 과학 학업성취도 향상에 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 못했다. 셋째, 생각 지도를 이용한 반성적 사고 전략은 초등학생의 과학적 태도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 넷째, 생각 지도를 이용한 반성적 사고 전략을 활용한 수업에 대한 학생들의 만족도는 매우 높았고, 대부분의 학생들은 과학 수업에 대한 흥미가 높아졌다.

부인의 성격유형, 갈등대처방법과 부부갈등의 관계 (Association among Personality, Conflict Strategies, and Marital Conflict of Married Woman)

  • This study examined the association among personality, conflict strategies, and marital conflict. The subjects were 279 married women who completed a questionnaire for 4 personality types(extraversion-introversion, sensing-intuition, thinking-feeling, and judgement-perception), 5 conflict strategies(dominance, integration, compromise, avoidance, and smoothing over), and marital conflict. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Among the women of thinking-feeling type women, the thinking group tended to use more dominance conflict strategy than the feeling group. Among the women of judgement-perception type women, the judgement group tended to use more compromise conflict strategy than the perception group. 2) Results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that two conflict strategies (dominance and compromise), two personality types (extraversion-introversion and sensing-intuition), and income were significant predictors of marital conflict for married women. Overall, we can conclude that marital conflict is more affected by the strategies for dealing with conflict than by individual personality.

학교도서관 독서교육의 창의성 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Application of Creative Skill to Reading Instruction in the School Library)

  • 본 논문은 독서교육에서 창의성계발을 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 독서전략들과 창의성기법들을 유형화하고 독서교육의 시간적 과정 속에 이를 융합하였다. [독서전] 과정에서는 기존지식 활용하기와 이성적 사고의 독서전략이 사용되며, 이를 확산적사고의 유창성과 독창성 기법에 융합하였다. [독서중] 과정에서는 텍스트내용 이해하기와 텍스트구조 인식하기의 독서전략이 사용되며, 이를 확산적사고의 융통성과 독창성 기법에 융합하였다. [독서후] 과정에서는 이성적 사고의 독서전략이 사용되며, 이를 확산적 사고의 독창성과 수렴적 사고 기법에 융합하였다.

The Impact of Using Some Participatory E-learning Strategies in Developing Skills of Designing and Producing Electronic Courses for A sample of Umm Al-Qura University Students and their Innovative Thinking

  • The current research aims to reveal the impact of using some participatory e-learning strategies (participatory product - classroom web simulation) in developing cognitive achievement, electronic course design skills, and - skills list - Torrance test of innovative thinking). The tools of innovative thinking among a sample of Information Science students. To achieve the objectives of current research, the researcher designed an educational website to train students to produce electronic courses via the web, according to the two participatory e-learning strategies. The researcher used a set of tools represented in (achievement test research and experimental treatment were applied to a sample of the Faculty of Computer students at Umm Al-Qura University. The results found that both participatory product strategy and web simulation have an imact on developing learning aspects discussed in the research. As for which of the two strategies had a greater impact than the other, it turned out that the web simulation strategy had a greater impact than the participatory product strategy in developing these aspects.

수학 문제 만들기 유형에 따른 가추 유형과 가추에 동원된 사고 전략 분석 (Analysis of abduction and thinking strategies by type of mathematical problem posing)

  • 본 연구는 학생이 만든 수학 문제에 따른 가추 유형과 가추에 동원된 사고 전략에 대해 알아보았다. 중학교 2학년 4명의 학생이 네 개의 과제에 대해 문제 만들기 활동을 하여, 동치문제, 동형문제, 유사문제를 만들었다. 동치문제의 경우 조작적 가추가 주로 발현되었다. 동형문제와 유사문제는 조작적 가추, 이론적 가추, 창의적 가추가 모두 발현되다. 가추에 동원된 사고 전략으로, 조작적 가추는 대상으로 인식하기, 패턴 찾기, 숫자나 그림으로 변환하기, 유추하기, 반대로 생각하기, 결합하기, 제거하기의 사고전략이 나타났다. 이론적 가추에서는 수학적, 경험적, 확산적 지식을 활용하는 사고전략이 나타났다. 창의적 가추에서는 상승화 전략, 형식화 전략, 창조적 전략이 나타났다. 결합하기, 제거하기, 수학적, 경험적, 타교과 지식의 활용, 문제와 직접적 관련이 없는 규칙을 접목시켜 만드는 창조적 전략은 본 연구에서 새롭게 도출된 사고 전략이다.
