학습정서, 학습스타일이 예비유아교사의 학습공동체참여 역량에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Learning Emotion and Learning Style on the Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers' Ability to Participate in the Learning Community)

  • 본 연구는 학습정서, 학습스타일이 예비유아교사의 학습공동체함여 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 유아교육관련 학과에 재학중인 학생 234명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 수집된 변인은 예비유아교의 학습공동체 참여역량, 예비유아교사가 학업수행할 때 경험하는 정서(긍정정서, 부정정서), 그리고, 학습스타일 (학습태도, 학습동기, 교육내용, 교수방법)로 나타났다. 연구 결과, 먼저 예비교사의 학습공동체참여역량은 예비교사들의 학습스타일 중 분석적 학습태도, 학습동기, 교수방법에 있어 토론 및 토론유형을 선호하는 정도, 실험 및 실습 유형을 선호하는 정도와 유의한 상관을 나타내었으며, 학습정서의 하위범주인 긍정정서와 부정정서와도 유의한 상관이 있었다. 회귀분석결과, 예비교사들의 학습정서의 하위범주인 부정정서, 학습스타일 중 학습동기, 교수방법유형 중 실험 및 실습유형을 선호하는 정도, 분석적인 학습태도, 그리고 교육내용 중 전공학문을 지향하며 그 중요성에 가치를 두는 정도는 예비교사의 학습공동체참여역량에 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 예비교사를 양성하는 교육현장이 단순히 전공관련 지식을 전달하는 데 그치는 것이 아니라, 학습자들로 하여금 학습공동체참여역량을 갖출 수 있는 경험을 제공하기 위한 노력을 할 수 있어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

아동이 지각한 아버지의 의사소통유형과 학교생활적응과의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과 (Father's Communication Style and Children's School Adjustment: Mediation Effect of Ego-Resilience)

  • 본 연구는 아동이 지각한 아버지의 의사소통유형과 학교생활적응과의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 확인함으로써, 학교생활적응에 있어 아버지의 의사소통유형과 자아탄력성의 중요성을 인식시키고 더 나아가 아버지-자녀간의 의사소통에 필요한 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 인천광역시 서구 B초등학교 5, 6학년 아동 345명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 변인사이의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였으며 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동이 지각한 아버지의 의사소통유형, 자아탄력성, 학교생활적응의 상관분석 결과 세 변인은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 아동이 지각한 아버지와의 순기능적 의사소통유형과 역기능적 의사소통유형 중 회유형은 자아탄력성, 학교생활적응과 정적 상관을 보였으며, 역기능적 의사소통유형 중 평가형, 혼란형, 비난형은 자아탄력성과 학교생활적응과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 자아탄력성과 학교생활적응은 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 아버지의 의사소통유형과 학교생활적응의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 자아탄력성은 아버지의 의사소통유형과 학교생활적응의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 아동이 지각한 아버지의 의사소통유형, 학교생활적응, 자아탄력성 간 관계 및 경로를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 따라서 학생들이 학교생활적응을 잘 하도록 돕기 위해서는 아버지와 자녀간의 바람직한 대화기법을 탐색하여 적용하고자 하는 노력이 요구되며, 더불어 자아탄력성 증진 프로그램의 개발 및 학교 현장에의 적용이 요구됨을 시사해 준다.

대전·충남지역 치과위생사의 피로자각증상이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effects subjective fatigue symptoms to job satisfaction in Daejon city and south Chungcheong province of dental hygienists)

  • In order to investigate the complaint rates of subjective fatigue symptoms and the degree of job-satisfaction among dental hygienists based on their socio-demographic and job characteristics and to find out the factors related with subjective fatigue symptoms and job satisfaction. The study subjects were recruited from 274 dental hygienists who worked at dental hospitals and clinics in Daejon city and South Chungcheong Province during the period between Jan. 5 and Feb. 11, 2008. They were asked to complete the self-administered questionnaires asking about their socio-demographic characteristics. job characteristics. daily life styles, job satisfaction and subjective fatigue symptoms, and the major finding of the results were as follows : 1. The mean scores of job satisfaction were 3.12V0.47 of the total full scores(5.00). and the highest scores were in the sub-domain of interpersonal relationship. and the lowest scores were pay. The scores of job satisfaction by socio-demographic characteristics and daily life styles were not significantly differences, but in job characteristics, significantly increased with those feeling satisfied with their job. those with appropriate amount of duty amount, those free of jop autonomy, those feeling satisfied with their monthly income. satisfactory personal relations at work. 2. The mean scores of subjective fatigue symptoms were 27.6V10.9 of the total full scores(60.0), and the highest scores were in the sub-group of bodily projection of fatigue(Group III), and they were followed by difficulty in concentration(Group II). dullness and sleepness(Group I) in their decreasing order of magnitude. The scores of job satisfaction by socio-demographic characteristics and daily life styles were significantly increased with the group of lower age, the group of irregularly breakfast habit and the worse subjective health status. Based on job characteristics. the score of subjective fatigue symptoms were significantly increased with those group of lower clinical career and monthly income, those feeling unsatisfied with their job, those with inappropriate amount of duty amount. those satisfactory personal relations at work 3. The correlation of subjective fatigue symptoms with job satisfaction showed a negative correlation with rM-0.198(pM0.000), and job satisfaction were higher according to the lower subjective fatigue symptoms. The correlation among the scores of sub-domain of job satisfaction and the sub-group of subjective fatigue symptoms were significantly positive correlation. 4. The affecting factors of significance on job satisfaction included clinical career, duty amount salary satisfaction, with the explanatory power of 32.9%. Those on subjective fatigue symptoms included the eucation and the subjective health statuts, with the explanatory power of 20.8%. When considering these results, the job-satisfaction and the subjective fatigue symptoms were significantly correlated with the job related factors than factors of socio-demographic characteristics and daily life styles. In addition. if job environments of dental hygienist can improved. their job-satisfaction and subjective fatigue symptoms are suggested to be betters.

지역신문의 지방정부 보도자료 이용에 관한 연구: 신문사 규모를 중심으로 (A Study of the Impact of Newspaper Scale on the Use of Local Government's News Releases by Local Newspaper)

  • 본 연구는 지역신문의 규모가 지방정부 보도자료 이용 및 의존도, 보도성향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 내용분석을 통해 체계적으로 알아보고, 나아가 지역언론인들에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 통해 어떠한 요인들이 지방정부 보도자료 이용형태 및 의존도에 영향을 미친다고 생각하는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 논문은 문헌연구를 토대로 신문사의 규모와 보도자료의 이용률, 의존도, 그리고 보도성향간 부적인 관계를 가설화하여, 지방정부(경북도청)에서 배포된 보도자료와 동일 권역내 4개 지역신문의 지방정부 기사를 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 신문사의 규모는 지방정부 보도자료 이용률과 의존도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳐, 신문사 규모가 클수록 이용률과 의존도는 낮으며, 작을수록 높게 나타났다. 또한 지역신문의 규모와 보도성향간 정적인 관계에 대한 가설은 부분적으로 지지되었다. 본 연구에서는 신문사 규모가 작을수록 중립적 보도를 상대적으로 적게 하고, 긍정적이거나 부정적인 보도를 상대적으로 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역언론인들은 어떠한 요인들이 보도자료 이용률 및 의존도에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 생각하는지를 조사하기 위해 심층 인터뷰가 실시되었다. 이를 통해, 취재보도 과정에서 사회적, 경제적 요인들이 어떻게 언론사 조직과 역동적으로 관여되고 있는지에 대한 의미해석이 이뤄졌다.

긍정 및 부정감성 음향이 감성스타일이 서로 다른 집단의 심장박동율변동성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Positive and Negative Affective Sounds on the Heart Rate Variability in different Affective Styles)

  • To inspect how the different sensitivities in BAS (or BIS) moderate on the HRV pattern stimulated by positive or negative affective sound, we measured the electrocardiogram (ECG) of 25 students, consisted of 4 groups depending on the BAS (or BIS) sensitivity, while listening music or being exposed to noise. The power spectral density of HRV was derived from the ECG, and the power of HRV was calculated for 3 major frequency ranges (low frequency [LF], medium frequency [MF], and high frequency [HF]). We found that the index MF/(LF+HF), while listening music, was 20 % higher in the individuals with a low BIS but high BAS than in the individuals with a low sensitivity In both BIS and BAS. Moreover, in the former group this index was 30 % higher while listening music than while being exposed to noise. From these results we suggest that individuals with a low BIS but high BAS be more sensitive to positive affective stimuli than other groups, and the index MF/(LF+HF) be applicable to evaluate positive affects.

노인의 분노, 생활습관 및 신체증상간의 관계 (The Relationship between Trait Anger, Life Style and Physical Symptoms in Elderly People)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify relationships among trait anger, life styles and physical symptoms in elderly people. Method: The participants were 348 elderly persons over 65 years of age who lived in Seoul, Geonggi Province, South Chungcheong Province and South Jeolla Province. The data were analyzed using descriptive $X^2-test$, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient with SPSS win 12.0. Results: Physical symptoms of the participants correlated with trait anger and life style. Trait anger in the elderly people had a significant positive correlation to cardiovascular symptoms. Smoking showed a significantly positive correlation to alcohol drinking and cardiovascular symptoms. Regular diet showed a significantly negative correlation to general symptoms, cardiovascular symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms. Caffeine intake significantly negative correlation to general symptom and cardiovascular symptom. Conclusion: These results suggested that elderly people with a high degree of trait anger are likely to be high in perceived physical symptoms. Therefore nursing interventions to reduce levels of trait anger and change life style should be provided for elderly people.

연구개발 전문가 유형에 따른 인적자원관리

  • This paper empirically examines various personal characteristics and preferences of HRM (Human Resorce Mamagement) systems using data from 968 R&D professionals in 9 private R&D organizations. It identifies different patterns of reward and career development needs associated with 4 types of R&D professionals, who are categorized by personal characteristics: personality and attitude. A productive leader type shows active personal traits (which encompass high scores of need for achievement, risk-taking propensity, tolerance for ambiguity, and self-efficacy) and positive attitudes (which include high scores of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and low scores of turnover intention), while a cynical bystander type exhibits passive personal traits and negative attitudes toward a job. A passive adapter, who has passive personal characteristics but positive attitudes, and a frustrated champion, who is active in personality but negative in current job attitude, lie in between them. The results reveal that: 1) These four different types of R&D professionals show differences in their education, age and tenure level, and technical performance. 2) They have different career orientations and problem solving styles. 3) They also exhibit different preferences in performance appraisal criteria and rater, and reward structures. Based on these findings, this study suggests a contingent type of human resource management in terms of selection and staffing of R&D professionals, performance appraisal, incentive systems, and career development plans.

저소득층 이혼 가족 아동의 적응에 있어 보호요인 탐색 : 아동의 대처 전략, 부모 양육 유형, 부모의 스트레스, 사회적 지지 (Protective Factors of School-Aged Children's Adjustment to Parental Divorce from Low Income Families)

  • This study explored adjustment of school-aged children from low-income divorced families. Specifically, protective factors for children's self-perceived competence and behavior problems were investigated with children's coping strategies, perceived social support, parents' childrearing style, and parental stress. Subjects of this study were 126 children of 4 to 6 grade and their custodial parents(38 fathers, 88 mothers) from divorced families. Children's self-perceived competence and behavior problems were not different neither by children's sex nor custodial parent's sex. When children used more positive and less negative coping strategies, and when parents experienced less childrearing stress, children perceived themselves to be more competent. Similarly, when children used more positive and less negative coping strategies, received more social support, they perceived themselves to be more adequate. Children whose parents had high levels of childrearing stress showed more internalized and externalized behavior problems. Furthermore, children who perceived less supports from peers showed more behavior problems.

생활양식유형에 따른 가정관리행동의 분석 -서울지역 아파트 거주 주부를 중심으로- (The Analysis of Home Management by the Life Style Types among Housewives)

  • This study aimed at providing basis data to understand homemanagement by patterning of the life styles of housewives and by analysing the disposition of homemanagement behavior and characterstics of the behavior pattern to the difference of the life style patterns of housewives. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. By utilizing factor analysis and cluster analysis, the life style types of housewives were classified into 4 types, namely, self-fulness type (28.4%), negative stagnation type (22.7%), fashion-convenience type (23.3%), innovation-urging type (25.6%). 2. The life style types of housewives which were classified, differed significantly according to all of the demographic variables except family size variable. 3. The disposition of homemanagement behavior which were classified into inner-directed type and other-directed type, differed significantly according to the husband's age variable. 4. The patterns of homemanagement behavior which were classified into market pattern and service pattern, differed significantly according to the all of the demographic variables. 5. The disposition and the pattern of homemanagement behavior differed significantly according to the life style types of housewives.

스마트워크에 대한 조직구성원의 수용태도와 기대효과간 인과관계에 관한연구 (A Study on the Causal Relationship between the Expected Effects by Acceptance Attitudes of Smart Work)

  • In this study, I explored the causal relationship between acceptance attitudes and the expected effects of smart work. With the rapid development of smart technologies, lots of organizations try to innovate in the conventional working styles for maximizing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Although many organizations wish to foster smart working environment, they don't have confidence in detailed action plans and effects from it. Therefore, this study that explores the causal relationship between acceptance attitudes and effects may have crucial meaning to organizations pursuing smart work. In this research empirically conducted by questionnaire survey, the acceptance attitudes as predictors and the expected effects of smart work as influenced variables were used. This research analyzed 118 collected data and multiple regression analysis. As a result of analysis, teleworking shows the positive relations to all of dependent variables. And others have a positive or negative influence on cognitive effects of smart work. Results of this study may give implications to organizations that want to implement smart work environment.
