이 연구의 목적은 오래전부터 인정되어온 산하주민(山下主民)들의 관습적인 산림이용권이 일제하 산림소유권의 재편과정을 겪으면서 어떻게 처리되었는가를 밝히는 데 있다. "어느 지역의 주민이 집합체의 관계로 촌락공유림(村落共有林)이나 타인의 토지에서 초목, 야생물 및 토사의 채취, 방목 기타의 수익을 하는 권리"로 정의할 수 있는 관습적인 산림이용권은 총유(總有)와 특수지역권(特殊地役權)으로 구분할 수 있으며, 그러한 권리가 적용되는 산림을 촌락공유림(村落共有林) 및 특수지역림(特殊地役林)으로 구분할 수 있다. 이러한 관습적인 산림이용권은 삼림법(森林法)(1908), 삼림령(森林令)(1911), 조선임야조사사업(朝鮮林野調査事業)(1917~1924) 및 조선특별연고삼림양여사업(朝鮮特別緣故森林讓與事業)(1926~1934)을 거치면서 그 권리가 사유(私有) 또는 공유(公有)로 전환 해체되었다. 특히, 조선특별연고삼림양여사업(朝鮮特別緣故森林讓與事業)의 결과 관습적인 산림이용권은 소유권과 이용행태의 측면에서 큰 변화를 초래했다. 즉, 소유권이 공유(共有)(연고(緣故) 포함)에서 사유(私有) 또는 공유(公有)로 전환되었고 관습적인 산림이용권의 핵심내용인 집합체로서의 공장이용권이 해체된 것이다.

A common fixed point result for weakly increasing mappings satisfying generalized contractive type in ordered partial S-metric spaces are derived. Also as an application of our results we consider a couple integral equations.to guarantee the existence of a common solution.

In the present work, we introduce two types of compatible maps and prove a common fixed point theorem for such maps in Menger probabilistic metric spaces. Our result generalizes and extends many known results in metric spaces and fuzzy metric spaces.

The purpose of this paper is to prove some common fixed point theorems for finite number of discontinuous, noncompatible mappings on non complete Menger spaces. Our results extend, improve and generalize several known results in Menger spaces. We give formulas for total number of commutativity conditions for finite number of mappings.

The disease-causing koi herpes virus (KHV), also known as cyprinid herpesvirus-3 (CyHV3), causes mass mortality of koi and carp. Koi (Cyprinus carpio) is a host for KHV, one of 12 virus species in the Alloherpesviridae family. We examined the effects of KHV disease koi (KK), and on koi×red common carp (KR) and red common carp×koi (RK) cross, using a virus challenge test. The infected fish had clinical signs that included gill necrosis and skin lesions. The RK and KR were highly more resistant (cumulative mortality: RK; 6% and KR; 8%) to KHV infection than KK fish (cumulative mortality: 28%). KHV DNA was confirmed in the tissues of all dead fish in groups by use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and the presence of the KHV protein in kidney was confirmed by immunohistochemistry. Histological analysis showed severe gill lesions and fusion of the lamellae in KK fish, but less severe damage in RK fish. In immunohistochemistry analysis, the KHV protein localized in the cytoplasm of infected kidney cells of KK, but the cross groups had lower levels of KHV antigen. Our data indicate that the cross groups had increased resistance to KHV disease.

Vocalizations of the common dolphin Delphinus Delphis, were recorded from a single hydrophone while coastal visual survey was performed in the East Sea in March 2017. Like most Delphinidae, common dolphins produce whistles, echolocation clicks, and burst-pulsed calls, with repertoires that differ between species and geographically separated populations. This study focuses on using frequency analysis to classify sounds into three categories and to compare them with those of other common dolphin populations. The fundamental frequencies of the whistles were high in the 6 to 14 kHz range, while echolocation clicks were in the 40 to 90 kHz frequency band. These results are similar to high-energy distributions in the same frequency band in other regions. Based on this study of the acoustic characteristics of dolphins off the east coast of Korea, cetacean vocalizations can be classified using a database of cetacean sounds in Korea. In addition, this technique could improve data quality for visual whale surveys and could be applied to various other research subjects.

본 시험은 2010년부터 2012년까지 경북 성주에서 2모작 작부체계에 알맞은 다수성이며 조숙성인 콤먼베치의 품종을 선발 할 목적으로 헤어리베치 Cold green, 콤먼베치 Maxivesa, Wild common, Rasina, Morava 및 Blanchefleur의 생육특성, 건물수량 및 사초품질을 평가하였다. 시험설계는 품종을 처리로한 6처리 3반복의 난괴법으로 배치하였다. 파종은 2010년 10월 11일과 2011년 10월 3일에 하였으며 수확은 2011년 5월 4일과 2012년 5월 10일에 실시하였다. 가을의 초형은 Wild common은 부복형이었으며 다른 품종들은 반직립형이었다. 유식물의 활력은 다른 품종들에 비해 Wild common이 다소 낮았다. 내한성은 Cold green과 Wild common이 우수했으나 다른 콤먼베치 품종들은 낮았다. 개화기는 Cold green이 4월 22일로 가장 빨랐으며 Wild common은 4월 26일 Rasina와 Blanchefleur가 4월 28일이었으며 Maxivesa가 5월 17일이었다. 1년차 시험에서 건물수량은 Cold green은 다른 5품종보다 수량이 높았으며 (p<0.05), Wild common은 나머지 4품종보다 많았으며 (p<0.05), Maxivesa와 Blanchefleur는 Rasina와 Morava보다 높았다 (p<0.05). 2년차 시험에서도 건물수량은 Cold green은 다른 5품종 보다 높았으며 (p<0.05), Wild common은 다른 4품종보다 높았다 (p<0.05). 일반적으로 베치의 CP 함량은 높았고 섬유소함량은 낮았다. 가을 파종 콤먼베치의 품종은 개화기가 빠르며 내한성이 강한 Wild common이 좋을 것으로 생각된다.

In this paper, we prove common fixed point theorems for $\mathcal{L}$-fuzzy mappings under implicit relation in b-metric spaces. Further, results obtained for an integral type contractive condition. These theorems generalize and improve previous corresponding results.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of M^*-metric spaces and how much the M^*-metric and the b-metric spaces are related. Moreover, we introduce some ways of generating M^*-metric spaces. Also, we investigate some types of convergence associated with M^*-metric spaces. Some common fixed point for contraction and generalized contraction mappings in M^*-metric spaces. Our work has been supported by many examples and an application.
