The subjects of the study were 262 early childhood teachers working in kindergarten and day care centers located in J City. The instruments were the Adult Playfulness Scale, the Sensitivity Scale, and the Play Teaching Efficacy Scale. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS. In order to find out the general background of the early childhood teachers, frequency and percentage were used. In addition, in order to assess the relationships among playfulness, sensitivity, and the play teaching efficacy of an early childhood teacher, Pearson's correlation analysis was carried out. Lastly, for examination of the effects and a relative explanation of the effects of playfulness and sensitivity on play teaching efficacy in early childhood teachers, a multiple regression analysis was conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was positive correlation among playfulness, sensitivity, and play teaching efficacy in the early childhood teacher. The data collected include experience of multiculturalism, multicultural efficacy, multicultural understanding and multicultural sensitivity. The data have been analyzed by reliability test, t-test, one-way anova and pearson correlation. Most of preservice teachers who major in mathematics have had no experience of multiple cultures. But they have shown a high perception on multicultural education and a significant positive correlation on their experience of multiculturalism, multicultural efficacy and multicultural sensitivity. Furthermore, the female preservice teachers' multicultural efficacy, multicultural understanding and multicultural sensitivity are much more high than the male preservice teachers'. The difference between different sex has been statistically significant.

In this paper, We analyze elementary school teachers' experiences of Novel Engineering classes with phenomenological qualitative research method. The purpose of this study is to find out why elementary school teachers were interested in Novel Engineering, to find out the pros and cons of the class and the possibility of convergence classes. At first elementary teachers who participated in the study conducted a theme-based ecological sensitivity classes with Novel Engineering in the second semester of 2021. Then we conducted interview with teacher's student observation and the teacher's reflection. As a result of interview analysis, 4 components and 13 sub-components were derived. The derived components are learning from mistakes, recognition of the importance of class research, creativity in the making process, and high integration of Novel Engineering and existing subjects. Based on these results, What this research suggests is the expansion of administrative and financial support for teachers' autonomous class research and convergence classes such as Novel Engineering.
Objective: The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of infant teachers' teaching efficacy and sensitivity level on organizational commitment. Methods: The subjects of the study were 206 infant teachers working in pre-schools in "Region S." In the research, a survey was given out using a teaching efficacy tool used by Hee-Kyung Kwak (2011), a teacher-sensitivity measurement scale created by Kwang-Mi Min (2014), and an organizational commitment measuring tool modified and improved by Jong-Kak Lee (2013). The collected data went through the SPSS 21.0 Win Program to gather the information regarding reliability analysis, technical statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: First, the infant teachers' teaching efficacy was average, their sensitivity level was above average, and their organizational commitment was a little above average. Second, the infant teachers' teaching efficacy and the organizational commitment showed a static relation. The sensitivity level showed a static relation with affective commitment and normative commitment in organizational commitment. Third, the infant teachers' organizational commitment was largely influenced by general efficacy which is a subfactor in teaching efficacy, and by consistency which is a subfactor of sensitivity. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this research suggest that teachers' teaching efficacy and sensitivity level are crucial in improving their organizational commitment.

Objective: This study aimed to reveal pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of children's environmental education using concept mapping and demonstrating its importance. Methods: Based on Kane and Trochim's(2007) procedure, 33 pre-service early childhood teachers conducted brainstorming and statement writing, and then the importance of selected statements were rated by 202 pre-service early childhood teachers. Selected statements were analyzed through multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis. Results: Pre-service early childhood teachers perceived children's environmental education as concept mapping with 2-dimensions and eight clusters. The following eight clusters were established (1) daily practice through hands on experience, (2) nature environment, (3) recognizing and coping with environmental issues, (4) environmental preservation practices, (5) environmental sensitivity and consideration, (6) purpose of children's environmental education, (7) necessity for children's environmental education (8) Practice through connection with child's home and community. And then among the eight clusters, the most important was recognized as 'daily practice through hands on experience', and among the statements 'young children learn through the method of playing in nature and experience nature' was considered the most important. The aim of this study is to characterize the optical properties of white light-emitting diodes lighting modules and then to evaluate the sensitivity of students and teachers in reacting to the optical properties of these modules. For the sake of this study, each of 5 lighting modules was introduced to the 5 test cabinets. The 5 test cabinets were evaluated and analyzed the student and teacher's sensitivity reaction. We have selected If questions on sensitivity of the lighting and evaluated these questions with semantic differential method. To verify the reliability and objectivity of the questions, the feasibility survey was carried out by a preliminary test. As a result of the test, the sensitivities on the test cabinets were classified the 4 factors, namely, activity as the first factor, stability as the second one , potency as the third one and sensitive image as the fourth one respectively. By the evaluation of student and teacher's sensitivity on the correlated color temperature, they preferred the cabinet with the higher color temperature in view of the activity and potency. And they preferred the cabinet with the lower color temperature in view of the stability factor. In the sensitive image, they preferred the 5800K, bluish white lighting regardless of the color temperature. By the evaluation on the color rendering index, they preferred the cabinet with the higher color rendering index in view of the activity, stability and sensitive image. In the potency factor, they preferred the white lighting with the middle color rendering index.
