This research is about the development of RFID education system which is designed for experience use to understand concepts and characteristics of RFID not in the industry but in the education field. We implemented the RFID education system on the basis of the design which is focused to induce the participation and interests of trainees. We applied technologies such as RFID tag reader, database, image processing, visual program and web program for this system. Also, we applied the system in the education field and checked an education quality from trainees. Thus, we expect that this study is a framework of RFID education system and is used widely for basic education of understanding and utilization of RFID in the educational institutions and industries.

The health education in hospitals has many problems including lack of the division specialized in health education, lack of implementation system of health education, insufficient professional health education and insufficient health education materials. Despite these restraints, hospitals should reinforce health education program as a part of active response centered on disease prevention and health promotion targeting healthy people who have potential health risk before the onset of disease, rather than passive approach emphasizing the treatment. Accordingly, health education team should be organized in a hospital, in which health educators can provide the following education services. First of all, hospitals themselves should provide active community services in collaboration with community organizations. In addition, multi-disciplinary approach in cooperation with schools, work places should be reinforced to establish the comprehensive health education system. The establishment of medical service referral system with other medical institutions and the linkage system for medical information exchange are also needed. The utilization of education materials obtained through these system should be open to community residents as well as patients. Finally, medical staff working in hospitals should try to provide the high-quality health education that is as high as the level of medical services. The high-quality health education is possible when its level is based on one required by community residents and the county rather than the international or arbitrary standard.

We research a system of compressed-sensing computational ghost imaging (CSCGI) based on the intensity fluctuation brought by turbulence. In this system, we used the gamma-gamma intensity-fluctuation model, which is commonly used in transmission systems, to simulate the CSCGI system. By setting proper values of the parameters such as transmission distance, refractive-index structure parameter, and sampling rates, the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) performance and bit-error rate (BER) performance are obtained to evaluate the imaging quality, which provides a theoretical model to further research the ghost-imaging algorithm.

Objective: In this study, a department accreditation system was introduced as a specific way to improve the professionalism of childcare teachers, and evaluation indicators for department accreditation and the implementation system were derived to find a practical direction. Methods: According to the purpose of this study, related laws and websites were reviewed. In addition, in order to investigate opinions on the composition and implementation system of qualification indicators, a meeting was conducted with professors of the department of childcare teacher education and other qualification experts. Results: In order to introduce a department accreditation system for childcare teacher education, it is necessary to specify the relevant laws, and that the operation of an organization affiliated with a public institution is appropriate for the practical implementation of the system. In addition, an evaluation index plan composed of three indicators of educational conditions, curriculum, and performance areas was derived. Conclusion/Implications: In this study, a practical preparation plan, such as evaluation indicators and an implementation system, was presented for the introduction of a department accreditation childcare teacher education system. It is expected that this study will contribute to the successful establishment of the accreditation system of childcare teacher education.

Cyber education has been predicted that it would become the primary education system of 21st century as a way of education focusing on consumers, with the aspect that it seems to be able to satisfy the demand about re-education and lifelong education as the acceleration of fast knowledge accumulation throughout every field of society in the digital era. However, cyber education system has a lot of problems which are for that it lacks of human resources for effective interaction, and it can be disadvantageous to certain type of students with a class environment concentrated on reading and writing and with foundation on computer technology. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that cyber education has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of college education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for cyber education at university.

This research aims to improve the environmental education for elementary student's education program. That let environmental education be connected to other curriculum with a compunction enhancement plan to the internal volume side of environmental education, and grope for activation of compunction environmental education with curriculum necessary paradigm conversion of education for continuance possibility in green education. In case of legal and system, improving of legal and system by establishment of the environmental education act for system repair and source of revenue preparation of environmental education is needed. Based on importance of teaching-education and evaluation, it must be developed various teaching-education ways of environmental education in case of curriculum and an improvement of teaching-education ways and evaluation must be performed. After teaching-education about environmental education has been executed, a teaching-education improvement must be performed by evaluation.

In this study, the current status and the desirable ways for improvement of the examination system for the employment of the environmental education teachers in the secondary school were investigated. For the study, first, problems and reasons, and the counterplan of policy on the teacher connected directly with the examination employing secondary school teachers through exploration of the related literatures were analyzed; second, it was identified that the essential quality which environmental education teachers should have ready; third, the curriculum of environmental education teacher training universities and the seventh environmental curriculum were examined to provide a basis of discussion on the principle of setting questions for the employment of environmental education teachers; fourth, the number of recruitment, the number of examinee, the principle of setting questions, the composition of questions, and the distribution of scores of the examination which were carried out in the school year 2000 and 2001 were compared and analyzed; finally, the basis of the above analyses, recommendations to consider the examination system for the employment of environmental education teachers in the secondary school were presented as follows: first, the team managing the examination for the employment should reflect the aims and special contents of environmental education to discuss and decide the principle of setting questions on the environmental course; second, the proportion of subject matter education in the examination for environmental education teachers should be increased; third, the validity of questions for the examination should be clarified and the difficulty level of the questions should be low.

In traditional programing education, computers were used as the main tool. Consequently, it was problematic to provide education in an environment without computers or for learners without computer skills. To address this problem, this study developed and validated an unplugged robot education system capable of computerless programming education. The key feature of the proposed system is that programing can be done only by connecting programming blocks in symbols of a flow chart with built-in commands. Validation of the system was performed by a specialist group. Validity was very high with values of content validity ratio (CVR) over 0.7 in all evaluation criteria except "Ease of error debugging" and "Linkages to educational curriculum," whose CVR values were each 0.6. Future directions include improvement in the two areas that scored lower than the others did by, respectively, system improvement to support debugging in error conditions that may occur during the programming process, and development of user guide to support linkages to educational curriculum.

The vicious cycle of over-education has been made. That is, higher education enrollment rate is high, but university graduate employment rate is low. To eliminate this cycle and relieve youth unemployment and young people to enter the labor market early, dual education and training system is needed. This dual system can support working and learning in parallel. So, worker can get the opportunity pre-employment and post-learning and improve his/her job skills. Recent MOOC (Massive Open On-line Course), a new form of online education system, has emerged. MOOC combines education, entertainment and social networking, and emphasize the interaction between faculty and student and between students. The educational contents of MOOC are available free of charge. Using newly changed online education environments we can effectively provide knowledge and skills. In technology and engineering education hands-on training is necessary. In order to support work based learning dual system for worker to work and learn in parallel, we should build the multi-learning system to combine the online education and campus hands-on practice.
