일부 지방 간호학과 학생의 스트레스 측정과 분석 (A study on the stress of nursing students in a university)

  • Using the self-evaluation test proposed by D. Girdano, et al., the psycological, and biological causes and personality factors of the stress of the nursing students of K university in local county are measured and analyzed. As fundamental data to overcome these kinds of stress, the overall stress profiles are proposed. The results of this study are ; 1) The freshman group is very susceptible to the stress due to the behavior type and anxiety-reactive personality. 2) The sophomore group is very susceptible to the stress due to frustration, the behavior type and anxiety-reactive personality. 3) Two groups are not susceptible to the stress due to diet and noise. Since the stress is the multi-dimensional phenomena, it is necessary to reduce these stress that the life style of each Individual students be changed and the curriculm and the teaching methodology in nursing school be developed.

  • The photochromic dye(spiroxazine, Blue) as a susceptible material was synthesized by condensing 1-nitroso-$\beta$-naphthol with indoline. The melting point of the synthesized spiroxazine dye was 254$^{\circ}C$. Irradiation with ultraviolet light had effect on reversible coloration reaction. The photochromic dye microcapsules were produced by in situ polymerization using urea-formaldehyde prepolymer. The average diameter of the microcapsule was 2.94$\mu$m. The dyeability and washing fastness of the photochromic microcapsule fibers were increased by the pretreatment of cationic agent.

  • Acifluorfen tolerance charateristics determined the involvement of absorption, translocation, and metabolism in acifluorfen tolerance. Less than 6% of the applied $^{14}C-acifluorfen$ was absorbed. There were no differences in acifluorfen absorption between susceptible and tolerant somaclones. More $^{14}C-acifluorfen$ was translocated in the susceptible than the tolerant somaclones. The susceptible somaclone did not metabolize acifluorfen while some somaclones (i.e.,EBN-3A) metabolized $^{14}C-acifluorfen$. Nomenclature: Acifluorfen, 5-[2-chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]-2-nitrobenzoic acid; eastern black night shade, Solanum ptycanthum Dun.,$#^3$ SOLPT.

  • 저항성 및 감수성 콩 품종이 콩씨스트선충(Heterodeta glycines)의 발육에 미치는 영향을 알기 위하여 시험하였다. 콩 품종별로 선충의 이기유총$(L_2)$에 대한 유인성의 차이는 없었다. 다만, 저항성품종에서는 선충의 발육상태가 좋지않아 10주동안에 2세대만 발생하였으며 그 밀도가 매우 낮은 반면에 감수성품종에서는 선충의 발육이 정상이어서 같은 기간에 3세대 발생하는 것을 볼 수 있으며 그 밀도는 매우 높았다.

  • The photochromic dyes(spiroxazine) as a susceptible material were synthesized by condensing 1-nitroso-$\beta$-naphthol with piperidine. The melting point of the synthesized spiroxazine dye was 245$^{\circ}C$. Irradiation with ultraviolet light had effect on reversible coloration reaction. The photochromic dye microcapsules were produced by interfacial precipitation method using polyvinylalcohol and ethylcellulose. The average diameter of microcapsules was 5.4$\mu$m. The dyeability and fastness of dyeings of the microcapsule fibers were increased by pretreatment of the cationic agent.

  • Staphylococcus aureus is a well-recognized human pathogen that causes a wide range of infections as a result of its extensive virulence factors. One of these factors is Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL), a potent pore-forming cytotoxin that has been linked to invasive S. aureus infections. PVL is one of the important virulence factors for S. aureus and has been largely recognized as one of the markers for community-acquired methicillin-resistant S. aureus. However, the presence of PVL in methicillin-susceptible S. aureus infections is not widely reported in the literature. Thrombotic sequelae of S. aureus infections associated with PVL expression are uncommon in children. We hereby report two children with thrombotic complications associated with PVL-producing methicillin-susceptible S. aureus. Both patients responded well to antibiotic and anticoagulant therapies, and survived without any long-term sequelae.

  • Commercial products with antibiotics like streptomycin as active ingredients have been used to control soft rot disease caused by Pectobacterium species for a long time. In this study, antibiotic resistance of twenty-seven Korean strains of Pectobacterium species including P. carotovorum, P. odoriferum, P. brasiliense, and P. parmenteri, which were previously shown to be susceptible to the bacteriophage phiPccP-1 was surveyed using a disk diffusion assay. While all strains were highly susceptible to ampicillin, kanamycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, and rifampicin, some strains showed weak susceptibility to 300 ㎍/ml of streptomycin. Furthermore, some of them are partially or completely resistant to commercial pesticides-Buramycinand streptomycin at the concentration of 250 ㎍/ml that is recommended by the manufacturer for streptomycin-based pesticides. These results indicate the presence of streptomycin-resistant Pectobacterium strains in South Korea, and the development of antibiotic alternatives to control soft rot is needed.

  • Transgenic Nicotiana benthmiana plants harboring and expressing coat protein (CP) gene of Zucchini green mottle mosaic virus (ZGMMV) were generated for both virus-resistant screening and complementation analysis of related viruses and environmental safety assessment (SA) of living modified organism (LMO) purposes. Transformation of leaf disc of N. benthamiana was performed using Agrobacterium-mediated method and the pZGCPPGA748 containing the ZGMMV CP and NPTII genes. Two kinds of transgenic homozygous groups, virus-resistant and -susceptible lines, were obtained by screening of challenging homologous virus for T1 generations. Complementation of CP-deficient related virus was analyzed using the susceptible line of ZGMMV. These two pathologically different lines can be useful for host-virus interactions and LMO environmental SA.

  • Oxyfluorfen에 내성 및 감수성 벼 품종들을 oxyfluorfen과 작용기작이 유사한 수종의 제초제에 대한 protox 활성, PPIX 축적 및 항산화효소 활성을 조사하였다. l. Oxyfluorfen에 내성(耐性) 벼품종(品種)들은 acifluorfen, bifenox 및 oxadiazon 처리에서도 감수성(感受性) 벼품종(品種)들보다 생체중 감소가 적었다. 2. Protox 활성(活性) 저해(沮害)는 acifluorfen > oxyfluorfen > bifenox > oxadiazon 순이었고, PPIX 축적(蓄積)은 oxadiazon > acifluorfen > oxyfluorfen > bifenox 순이다. 약제(藥劑)에 의한 protox 활성(活性) 저해(沮害)와 PPIX 축적(蓄積)은 내성(耐性) 벼품종(品種)보다는 감수성(感受性) 벼품종(品種)에서 컸다. 3. Tetrapyrrole 생합성(生合性) 억제제(抑制劑)인 GC 처리에 따른 chlorophyll 함량의 감소 억제효과는 oxyfluorfen > acifluorfen > bifenox > oxadiazon 순이었고, 감수성(感受性) 벼품종(品種)보다는 내성(耐性) 벼품종(品種에서 컸다. 4. DPE계 와 oxadiazon 처리시 MDAR, POX 및 GR 활성(活性)은 내성(耐性) 벼품종(品種)이 감수성(感受性) 벼품종(品種)보다 높았으며, POX 동위요소(同位酵素)는 각 공시약제에서 내성(耐性) 벼품종(品種)은 main D, E band 활성(活性)이 증가하였으나 감수성(感受性) 벼품종(品種)은 변화가 없었다.

국내 피 수집종에 대한 cyhalofop-butyl과 pyribenzoxim의 약제반응 및 흡수이행 (Response of domestically collected Echinochloa species to cyhalofop-butyl and pyribenzoxim herbicides, their absorption and translocation)

  • 외부 형태가 다른 피속류 46종을 대상으로 피 방제용 경엽처리 제초제인 cyhalofop-butyl과 pyribenzoxim의 약제반응을 보고, 그 결과 약제반응이 상이한 피속류를 선발하여 $^{14}C$ 화합물을 이용, 흡수이행 및 체내대사 등을 시험하였다. Cyhalofop-butyl에 감수성인 황간 돌피, 내성인 제주 강피 그리고 pyribenzoxim에 감수성인 남양주 물피, 내성인 아산 물피를 선발하였다. $^{14}C$-Cyhalofop-butyl과 $^{14}C$-pyribenzoxim의 피 체내에서의 흡수이행 특성은 내성 피보다는 감수성 피에서 더 빨리 이행되는 경향을 보였으며, 뿌리보다는 지상부의 다른 부위로 이행되는 경향이었다. 감수성 정도가 다른 피속류에 $^{14}C$ 화합물을 처리한 결과, cyhalofop-butyl에서는 2종, pyribenzoxim에서는 1종의 미확인 대사산물이 검출되었으며, 대사산물의 분포비율을 보면 불활성 물질로 추정되는 대사산물의 양은 감수성 피보다 내성 피에서 높았다. $^{14}C$ 화합물을 처리한 피속류에서 결합 잔류물 형태로 잔류한 양은 감수성 피보다 내성 피에서 더 많이 잔류하였다.
