In this paper an intelligent supervisory programmable controller for automatic assembly machine is developed. This is achieved by adding sequence control hardware with input-interrupts to supervisory real time language and also by incorporating an automatic planning method which uses a predicate logic model and an action model. The designed intelligent supervisory programmable controller is applied to Die Bonding Machine and is to found to work well.

Supervision work deals with important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, this study attempts to use the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. Performance measurement is important for systematic management. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. First, this study derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions. Then, we confirmed the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection through a survey of supervision experts. It is expected that the data of supervisory reports can measure systematically performance and assist in speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

본 연구는 융 복합 시대의 리더 감독 유형이 조직구성원의 창의성과 직무몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 밝히고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한, 이들 변수간의 관계에서 리더-구성원 교환 관계가 어떠한 조절역할을 하는가를 동시에 밝히고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 리더 감독 유형의 주요 요인들을 선행연구를 통해서 도출하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더 감독 유형의 지원적 리더와, 통제적 리더는 조직구성원의 창의성에 각각 다른 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직 구성원의 직무 몰입에도 같은 결과로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더-구성원 교환관계의 조절효과는 리더 감독 유형의 두가지 모두 창의성과의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 리더 감독 유형의 통제적 리더와 직무몰입의 관계에서 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 이론적 실무적으로 기여하는 바가 클 것으로 사료된다.

This paper describes the functional enhancement of the supervisory control system for a remote manipulator. For working in delicate assembly jobs as well as in hazardous environments, appropriate control modes such as computer mode, manual mode including commercially available modes are selected.

본 연구는 판매원의 판매노력이 판매원의 성과에 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 판매원의 판매노력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인특성변수로서 자기효능감, 경쟁심, 역할명료성과 판매관리자의 신뢰도를 선정하여 검증하였다. 대형유통업체를 대상으로 설문조사하여 218부를 실증분석한 결과 첫째, 판매원의 판매노력 중 열심히 일함만이 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 열심히일함에서는 자기효능감과 경쟁심, 판매관리자의 신뢰가 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 효율적일함에서는 자기효능감, 판매관리자의 신뢰는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 역할명료성은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 판매원의 성과에는 자기효능감, 역할명료성, 경쟁심과 판매관리자의 신뢰 모두 직접효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 총 효과는 자기효능감이 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 역할명료성은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성변수나 판매관리자의 신뢰도가 직접적으로 성과에 영향을 미치는 것이 아닌 판매원의 노력을 매개로 해야만 높일 수 있기 때문에 판매원들이 열심히 일할 수 있는 계기를 마련해 주어야 하고, 그러나 다분히 열심히라는 말보다는 구체적으로 판매원들에게 목표를 제시하여야 할 것이다.

WDM 시스템에서 효과적으로 감시제어 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 경보신호의 적용이 요구된다. 그러나 광전달망의 각 계층별 적용되어야 할 경보신호에 대한 연구는 현재까지 아직 기초적인 상태에 머물러 있고, 그리고 감시채널의 구조와 구성에 대해서 제안된 연구결과가 없다. 따라서 본 논문은 ITU-T 광전달망의 요구사항을 기초로 하고, 자국과 대구 및 텐덤 구간의 신호 감시기법을 적용하여 단국형과 ADM형 WDM 시스템 모두에 적용할 수 있는 각 계층별 경보신호와 이의 전파 체계를 제시하였고, 감시채널의 구성 및 오버헤드 구조를 보였다. 또한 단국형과 ADM 형의 WDM 시스템에서 다양하게 발생할 수 있는 장애상태에서도 감시제어 기능을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있음을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 스마트 면진장치를 효과적으로 제어하기 위하여 퍼지관리제어기를 개발하였고 그 효율성을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 1세대 스마트 면진 벤치마크 건물을 이용하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 대상 벤치마크 구조물은 부정형의 평면을 가지고 있는 8층 건물이고 탄성베어링과 MR 감쇠기로 이루어진 스마트 면진장치가 설치되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 다목적 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 원거리 지진과 근거리 지진에 대하여 각각 면진구조물을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 하위 퍼지제어기를 개발한다. 최적화과정에서는 구조물의 최대 및 RMS 가속도와 면진층 변위의 저감이 목적으로 사용된다. 벤지마크 건물에 지진하중이 가해지면 두 개의 하위 퍼지제어기에서는 각각 다른 명령전압이 제공되는데 이 명령전압들은 퍼지관리제어기의 추론과정에 기반하여 실시간으로 참여율이 조절되어 하나의 명령전압으로 조합된다. 수치해석을 통하여 제안된 퍼지관리제어기법을 사용함으로써 상부구조물의 응답과 면진층의 변위를 효과적으로 줄일 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

This paper presents a design procedure for the supervisory controller(SC) of the high-speed train car. The proposed SC manages control logic and scenario of the overall train system, and monitors input/output signals among the sub-controllers in the system, The roles and functions of each sub-control system are defined, and the interfaces among the control systems are developed. Train control system is modeled with automata, and the model is implemented into a program using a computer-aided software engineering(CASE) tool, Object GEODE, The designed SC is verified and evaluated by using simulation. The SC is shown to successfully perform the designed functions without any errors.

This paper describes the design and implementation techniques of a generic Internet based telerobotic system. The purpose is to make precious technical information and hands-on experience of the authors widely available for the research community. The paper is based on the telerobotics system that the authors recently implemented between KAIST and Saga University, Japan. In its current functionality, two control modes can be exercised; high-level supervisory control, and low-level supervisory control.
