An natural suitability evaluation of tourism farm was evaluated for Sabuk Myeon, Chunchon with considering natural location. In an evaluation of natural suitability, it was classified to the grade of one to four with evaluation items of stream, road accessibility, aspect, altitude, slope, soil drain, the present situation of land use, etc.

Mountain agricultural land should become to the land use considering natural environmental conditions with characteristics of natural suitability . In this study , an evaluation of natural suitability was done for Pyongchang-gun , Kangwon-Do which has a lot of mountain agricultural lands using GIS according to the kind of land use (paddy, field, ordinary upland field, grassland, orchard land, forest).

It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability for protected horiculture to plan new protected horticulture facilities in rural areas. Evaluation models for location suitability of protected horticulture in three selected regions ; suburban , plain mountainous were constructed by method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Evaluation models were to three case study areas,location characteristics of protected horticulture were shown in each regional features.

The naval unmanned surface vehicle (USV) conducts the surveillance operations, based on the mission plan set by the user. For setting the mission planning, the user needs to analyze the suitability of the operation for the mission planning. In this paper, we proposed a simulation program that estimates the probability of detecting targets of the mission planning in the analysis. In the simulation analysis, we design the USV's maneuvering characteristics, radar detection operational performance equipped on the USV, and targets infiltrating into surveillance area in the simulation experiment scenario. Based on the simulation results, we evaluated the mission planning suitability and find a mission planning solution recursively.

It is needed to assess the impact of the road traffic noise for city planning. In Korea, the current noise impact assessment h3s not yet considered the impacts of the multiple reflection, the deflection and the ground attenuation caused by buildings and other obstacles. A noise map is useful tool to solve this problems. But before everything else, suitability of noise map must be assessed for variety of geometry conditions. In this study, we assessed suitability of road traffic noise map by compared measured noise levels with predicted noise levels from each road traffic noise map for Site A, B and C.

It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability of protected horticulture facilities to guide and/or to plan new protected horticulture facilities in rural areas. For objective and systematic evaluation of location suitability of protected horticulture, three different evaluation models were constructed based on grading, proportion, and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The models were used to evaluated the suitability of protected horticulture in three selected regions; suburban, plain, and mountainous. The results showed that there were significant differences in evaluation results of each model among the three regions.

For rational agricultural land use planning, it is quite necessary to get hold of land suitability precisely and to make decision on land use patterns accordingly. In the methodological viewpoint, objective and scientific evaluation techniques for land suitability classification should be supported for the systematic land use planning. As one of technical development approaches to rational land use planning, this study tried to frame a land suitability evaluation system for agricultural purposes. Evaluation unit is defined as a tract of land bounded by road, other land units and topographical features. And quantification theory was applied in the determination works of evaluation criteria. The administrative area of Namsa-myon(district), Yongin-si(city), Kyunggi-do(province) was selected for the case study. In order to check the feasibility of the evaluation system developed in the study, field check team, consisting of 2 government officers and 2 representative farmers, carried out evaluation works by observation on 148 sample land units, 10% of total 1,480 ones. Between estimated and observed results, there showed very good relationship of its multiple correlation coefficient, R=0.9467.

The Land Use Suitability Assessment System was recently introduced by the $\ulcorner$Act on Planning and Utilization of the National Territory$\lrcorner$ to use, manage, and develop the national territory, which integrated the National Land Use and Management Act and the Urban Planning Act. It provides a guideline for classifying land use into 5 classes according to locational characteristics, usability, and developmental conditions of land in the vicinity. The database is constructed with LMIS cadastral data, posted land price data, and data of related agencies such as the Korea Forest Service, the Ministry of Environment, and the Korea Water Resources Corporation etc. After the database construction, individual parcels are analysed by steps and classified into 3 sub areas - conservation, agriculture, and development using GIS. In this paper we evaluate land use suitability for individual parcels by constructing the Land Use Suitability Assessment System for Jinju city. Therefore, we suggest that this system provides vital data in the urban management planning process.

The purpose of this research was to examine the construct known as job fit perceived by service employees in the foodservice industry. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 based on the sample of 667 persons that showed a 95% usable response rate. The results of the empirical analysis showed as follows. First, in restaurants, the employees' job suitability factor brings about an indirect effect by organizational commitment and turnover intention. Second, employees' job satisfaction factor causes an indirect effect by organizational commitment. Third, employees' organizational commitment factor has relationships with turnover intention. That is, the higher organizational commitment, the lower turnover intention. By the same route analysis, job suitability has an effect on organizational commitment. Also, the research proved organizational immersion has an effect on turnover intention. In this respect, the research contributes to job performance of foodservice employees, emphasizing the necessity of educational programs for them.

In this study, as one of methodological approaches for objective and systematic evaluation of location suitability for protected horiculture, the evaluation model of location sutitability for protected horticulture was formulated using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) as a base technique. The evaluation model was made in three different selected regions ; suburban, plain, and mountainous, The results showed that there were significant differences in evaluation model of location suitability for protected horticulture among three regions.
