This study is a descriptive study to analyze the hand washing practice of nurses working in clinic applying health belief model. This research involved 162 clinical nurse at G city. The data were collected from Sep 1, 2017 to Oct 31, 2017. The collected data were analyzed using an independent t-test, 1-way ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, where p-values of <0.05 were considered statistically significant by using SPSS 20.0. The overall practice of hand washing by general subjects were high 3.1 in all subjects, but there was no statistically significant difference. Health beliefs about hand washing practice according to general characteristics showed significant difference in perceived benefits (p<0.05), and there was a significant difference in perceived benefits and perceived barriers in age(p<0.05). In regard to the correlation among the subfactor of health beliefs, benefits had a statistically significant negative correlation to barriers and, positively correlated to cues to action. The results of this study suggest that continuing education of infection management in hospitals considering health beliefs about proper hand washing training will enhance hand washing practice.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of happiness of early childhood teachers on ego resilience and job engagement. The study subjects were 243 teachers who were working in early childhood education institutes located in K and D area. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 Program. The study results are as follows. First, it was identified that the level of happiness, ego resilience, and job engagement of early childhood teachers were high. Secondly, happiness, ego resilience, and job engagement of early childhood teachers had a statistically significant correlation. Thirdly, the explanation power of happiness for ego resilience was 18% and self-acceptance, a subfactor of ego resilience, had an effect. Also, the explanation power of happiness for job engagement of early childhood teacher was vitality of 23%, and it was found to affect the subfactors of vitality of job engagement in the order of self-acceptance, positive personal relationship, and control over the environment. Also, the explanation power of happiness factors for undivided attention of early childhood teacher was 17%, and self-acceptance and positive personal relationship had a significantly positive effect on the undivided attention of teachers. Lastly, the explanation power of happiness factors for absorption of early childhood teacher was 14%, and self-acceptance among happiness factors of teachers had a significantly positive effect on the undivided attention of teachers. These study results suggest that the quality of early childhood education and happiness should be improved for the early childhood teachers and this may be a positive factor for the improvement of ego resilience and job engagement.
This study attempted to investigate the effect of class satisfaction of the students majoring in the studies of security services on the efficacy of career decision. To do this, I chose 430 security services of the students majoring by the systematic stratified cluster random sampling as the subject of study. All data were analyzed the causal relationship of the collected equation. In order to do a data analysis used descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis of SPSS. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn: First, it was found that there was not a statistically significant(learning factor, interpersonal relation, aptitude factor) difference in their major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy(goal choice, future plan, working information) according to gender. Second, it was found that there was a statistically signifiant difference in such factors as learning, interpersonal relations and aptitude, in relation to the difference in subfactor such as major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy. Third, it was found that the learning, aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the future plan. Fourth, it was found that he learning and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the resolution of the goal. Fifth, it was found that the aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on job information. Sixth, it was found that the career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the problem-solution. Therefore, we must first give priority to improve the class satisfaction. By doing this, we can raise the efficacy level of career decision.
This study is based on prior research cases on workplace learning, which had a significant impact on corporate research. To improve problem solving and supplementing ability by keeping the opportunity to participate in workplace learning for the weak small business owners and to strengthen opportunities for practical growth, and to propose education, policy and institutional windowing. Therefore, to establish the relationship between small business owners' workplace learning, job satisfaction, and service quality, a research hypothesis was set in the background of prior research and empirical analysis was conducted. The results from 203 questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 program. As an analytical result, first, workplace learning had a partial positive (+) impact on job satisfaction. Second, workplace learning had a partial positive (+) impact on service quality. Third, in the relationship between workplace learning and service quality, job satisfaction played a full mediating role. From this, it was found that formal learning, the subfactor of workplace learning did not have an impact on job satisfaction and service quality, as subtitle of educational environment including offsite training and self education, systematization, and structuralization depending on the poor environment of small enterprises. Therefore, it was found that small enterprises' poor environment was revealed from the managerial, economic and social perspectives and to compensate such defect, educational, policy, and institutional strategies to strengthen the opportunity for growth and development of small enterprises can be suggested to the governmental agencies or local governments. Despite the significant results of this study, there may be limitations. Therefore, further studies should be conducted in various fields with various samples in the future, and further studies should be conducted in academic and practical relationships that can improve the service quality and management performance.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of time pressure, discretionary time, and subjective well-being(SWB) of university students. In order to achieve it, 493 university students(220 male, 232 female) completed a set of questionnaires about time pressure, discretionary time, subjective well-being. The t-test, multiple regression analysis were performed to analyze the data. The results are as follows. First, There were significant differences among the positive emotion, the negative emotion and time pressure. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the satisfaction of life and discretionary time according to gender. Second, time pressure was negatively correlated with the satisfaction of life of university students but positively correlated with the negative emotion. The discretionary time was positively correlated with the satisfaction of life of university students but negatively correlated with the negative emotion. Time pressure and discretionary time were not correlated with the positive emotion. Finally time pressure significantly correlated with the satisfaction of life, the negative emotion. And It seems that time pressure had an especially strong effect on the negative emotion. Such results imply that time pressure is important for reducing university students's the negative emotion, a subfactor of subjective wellbeing.
This study verifies the impact of emotional labor of online shopping mall call center counselor on customer orientation and the medium effect of job burnout. The study targets call center counselors from four companies that operate online shopping malls, and 271 copies are used for final data analysis. The results are as follows. First, deep action, a subfactor of emotional labor, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Second, the deep action of emotional labor has shown to have a negative effect on depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, while the surface action has a positive effect on job exhaustion and depersonalization. Third, deep action of emotional labor is found to increase customer orientation through depersonalization and reduced personal achievement, which are sub-factors of job burnout, while surface action of emotional labor is mediated by depersonalization, lowering customer orientation. The results of this study confirm that it is necessary to increase deep action and reduce job burn-out in order to improve customer orientation. Also, it is meaningful that the study verifies the role and the mediating effect of job burn-out.

This study was conducted to determine the impacts of perceived stress and empathy ability on altruistic behavior of freshman nursing students. Data were collected from 160 freshman nursing students between 24 November and 9 December 2016. A total of 154 questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. The results showed that perceived stress had significant negative correlations with altruistic behavior (r=-0.178, p=0.028) as did positive perception, a subfactor of perceived stress (r=-0.347, p<0.001). However, empathy ability was significantly positively correlated with altruistic behavior (r=0.607, p<0.001). The factors influencing altruistic behavior included emotional empathy, cognitive empathy and positive perception, with emotional empathy being the most influential factor (${\beta}=0.320$), followed by cognitive empathy (${\beta}=0.312$), which together had an explanatory power of 41.6%. Moreover, there was a mediating effect of empathy ability in the relationship between positive perception and altruistic behavior. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the management of curricula for nursing college students should search for ways to reduce their perceived stress as well as increase their empathy ability in order to improve their altruistic behavior.

This paper aims to investigate the moderating effects of relationship quality between support services of food service franchisor and performance(re-contract intention) in food service franchise. For analyzing the relationship of them, the support services of food service franchisor categorized with initial service and continuous service. Also, the factors of relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment) classified into detailed subfactor by confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, we found some statistically significant effects between the support services of food service franchisor and factors of relationship quality, and they sequentially affects to re-contract intention. Also, it's analyzed that factors of relationship quality have a role as a moderating variables by research model. That is, as a presented with previous research, there is verified that relationship quality is caused by support services of food service franchisor. Also, relationship quality factors significantly affect to performance(re-contract intention). Some guidelines for practicing potential food service franchise as a result of this would include; first of all, it is important to support the potential food service franchise consulting approach for some competitive advantage; secondly, effective governmental support programs for food service franchise should be developed for positive impacts of according to these results.
The primary purpose of this study is to develop a quality of life scale for adults with developmental disabilities and to test its validity and reliability. For this purpose, the authors generated a initial item pool composed of 62 items based on the conceptual model of Felce and Perry (1995). The initial items were evaluated by three reviewers, and then the items were revised based on their feedbacks. Utilizing a survey questionnaire including the scale items, data on 430 adults with developmental disabilities were collected in collaboration with 33 social welfare agencies and residential facilities for people with disabilities. Through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and relevant theories, the qualities of each item were examined, and then the best 20 items were selected. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for the final scale was .87. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 5-factor model fitted the data reasonably well, In addition, criterion validity of each subfactor of the scale was successfully established, employing t-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis. In discussion, implications and limitations of this study were examined.
The purpose of this study is to investigate how the variables of parenting styles and dependency on the smart phone affect college students' satisfaction to campus life, to seek the better ways for the college students to fit into the new environment, and to offer the practical tips based on our findings. In this study, we applied the regression analysis to verify the relationship among the variables related to the satisfaction to university life and the mediating effect of dependency on the smart phone. The results of this study suggest that the positive rearing attitude, which is the subfactor of parenting styles, has a negative effect on the dependency on the smart phone, and that dependency on the smart phone has a negative effect on the satisfaction to college life. At the same time it is found out that the negative rearing attitude has a positive effect on dependency on the smart phone, and that dependency on the smart phone has a negative effect on the satisfaction to the college life. In addition, the dependency on the smart phone has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the positive/negative rearing attitudes and dependency on the smart phone. Based on these findings, we recommended the better ways to improve college students' satisfaction to their college lives.
