  • This study aimed to verify those start-up mentoring educational factors in this society where any systematic and practical start-up educational contents as well as experts in the start-up education are being asked for in order to meet the demand for the start-up. Not only to build up a theoretical foundation for how to make the best use of the start-up mentoring education as in the start-up educational programs but also to understand any possibilities of that education, the study divided the start-up mentoring educational factors into features of the start-up mentoring educational contents, a start-up mentoring educational system and an ability of a mentor in charge of start-up mentoring education as independent variables, and regarding the satisfaction with the start-up education and the start-up intention, the study determined them as dependent variables. The study, then, designed a research model and formulated hypotheses. In order to verify those hypotheses, the study conducted an empirical analysis on those who have finished the start-up educational course in JST, Incheon, which has been actively engaging in the start-up mentoring education. According to the results from the empirical analysis, first, of all the start-up mentoring educational factors, the features of the contents and the mentor's ability were observed to improve the satisfaction with the education as the features of the start-up mentoring educational contents and the system appeared to have a positive influence on the start-up intention.

  • Recently, many policies and fairs have been made in relation to start-ups. In addition, various start-up education for prospective start-ups is being conducted in various ways. Therefore, these days, the number of prospective start-ups who receive such information and start-up education is increasing. Nevertheless, more and more start-ups are still unsuccessful and close their businesses within months or years. In particular, start-ups who continue to maintain their start-ups also see the unfortunate reality of start-ups that find other jobs in various support systems and related policies and relationships that they cannot quit even if they want to. In this study, based on previous studies, factors for satisfaction with entrepreneurship education will be set and a questionnaire will be conducted for prospective entrepreneurs who have completed education at a startup education center in Seoul. The survey results are intended to verify their reliability and validity through empirical analysis. The SPSS statistical package will be used for analysis, and a total of 200 copies of the questionnaire will be distributed and collected. In this study, it was confirmed that the higher the satisfaction with entrepreneurship education, the better the successful entrepreneurship. In addition, I think that further developing various policies or detailed curriculums for entrepreneurship education will be of great help to prospective entrepreneurs taking entrepreneurship education.

The recognition of the start-up support system was divided into the government start-up support policy and the university start-up support project, and start-up mentoring was divided into mentoring function (problem-solving function, networking function, communication function, motivation function) and mentor trust (cognitive trust, emotional trust). Regression analysis was performed on satisfaction with college entrepreneurship education, perception of entrepreneurship support system, entrepreneurship mentoring as independent variables, and willingness to entrepreneurship as dependent variables. In addition, entrepreneurship efficacy was designated as a moderating variable and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that satisfaction with start-up education had a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Second, among the start-up support systems, university start-up support projects were found to have a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Third, as a result of verifying whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between college start-up support projects and college students' willingness to start a business while recognizing the start-up support system, it was found to have a moderating effect. The following implications can be derived based on the analysis results of this study. First, efforts to improve start-up education will be needed to increase the satisfaction of start-up education. • The study analyzed the result of a survey on educational programs after the provision of professional development education in textile-based industries, with the aim of suggesting a method of evaluating professional development education, by shedding new light on the educational contents and environment required by industries and on the components required to strengthen competence based on an evaluation of the outcomes of such educational programs. Methods of analysis included frequency & average analysis, ANOVA and portfolio analysis, and a questionnaire containing seven questions on satisfaction with 'educational contents,' six questions on satisfaction with 'educational environment,' three questions on educational effect and questions on overall satisfaction with education was used as an analysis tool. Data used in the analysis was obtained through a survey of the attendants of lectures given from January 2014 to September 2014, and the respondents included 30 persons enrolled in CEO courses, 167 persons enrolled in employment courses and 101 persons enrolled in employment & start-up business courses. The results of the research are as follows. 1. Looking at frequency distribution by educational course, it was shown, from highest to lowest, to be Incumbent Courses (167 persons, 56%), Employment & Start-up Courses (101 persons, 33.9%) and CEO Courses (30 persons, 10.1%). Looking at average analysis by question, the value of most questions on Employment & Start-up Courses turned out to be lower than Employment Courses and CEO Courses. 2. Through a variance analysis on questions related to educational courses (Employment & Start-up Course, Incumbent Course & CEO Course) and post-verification, it turned out that Employment Course is in the same group as the CEO Course in most questions, and that Employment & Start-up Course was a separate group. 3. Overall satisfaction with education turned out to be as high, at 4.1 out of 5. 4. • The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting rural experience by applying the unified push-pull-mooring model. The theoretical model is an unified PPM model that introduces new variables based on PPM. The pull factor of the newly introduced variables were reconstructed based on the Schmitt's Experience model and ServQual model. The hypothesis is set as follows. The push factor will have a negative effect on experience satisfaction and the pull factor(experience attributes, service quality)will have a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Also, mooring factors will have a negative effect on experience satisfaction. The research model of this study was tested by structural equation model based on 314 effective questionnaire data. Service quality had a positive effect on experience satisfaction. Mooring factors have a negative effect on experience satisfaction. Push factor and experience attributes factor were analyzed to have a no significance effect on experience satisfaction. These results theoretically test that the mooring factors also have an important effect on the experience satisfaction in the rural experience. Based on the Schmitt's Experience model and ServQual model introduced as a pull factor, the proposed unified PPM model proved to be a useful analysis framework. In practice, it was able to provide implications on what factors should be strategically and marketingly focused to activate the 6th industry experience. This study examined the impact of start-up education and mentoring on the intentions of business start-up, and verified through empirical analysis whether self-efficacy and resilience were mediated between them. The study surveyed 178 people in their 20s to 50s. The result analysis used the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 Statistical Package Program. The analysis performed a regression analysis for factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis verification. Empirical Research Results. First, it was confirmed that start-up education and mentoring affect on the intentions of business start-up. Second, study shows self-efficacy and resilience has an affect on the intentions of business start-up. Third, start-up education and mentoring affect on self-efficacy and resilience. Fourth, self-efficacy and resilience have been proven to be mediated when entrepreneurship education and mentoring affect on the intentions of business start-up. The results of the research proved that start-up education and mentoring provides and acts as a major role in improving the entrepreneurs' willingness when preparing a start-up. Furthermore, the study also shows the importance of start-up education and mentoring as a proactive variable to promote their will to start-up business. In addition, it was confirmed that the self-efficacy investigated in the preceding study translated into the will to start a business.
