  • The notions of an initial section and a special set in BH-algebras are defined and some of their properties are obtained. The notion of a complicated BH-algebra is introduced and some related properties are obtained. Finally, the notion of essences in BH-algebras are defined, and many properties are investigated.

  • In special effects industry there is a high demand to convincingly mimic the appearance and behavior of natural phenomena such as smoke, waterfall, rain, and fire. Particle systems are methods adequate for modeling fuzzy objects of natural phenomena. This paper presents particle system graphics library for generating special effects in video games and virtual reality applications. The library is a set of functions that allow c++ programs to simulate the dynamics of particles for special effects in interactive and non-interactive graphics applications, not for scientific simulation.

  • In this paper we introduce and study a number of new classes of quasi variational inequalities. using essentially the projection technique and its variant forms we prove that the gen-eralized set-valued mixed quasivariational inequalities are equivalent to the fixed point problem and the Wiener-Hopf equations(normal maps). This equivalence enables us to suggest a number of iterative algorithms solving the generalized variational inequalities. As a special case of the generalized set-valued mixed quasi variational in-equalities we obtain a class of quasi variational inequalities studied by Siddiqi Husain and Kazmi [35] but there are several inaccuracies in their formulation of the problem the statement and the proofs of the problem the statement and the proofs of their results. We have removed these inaccuracies. The correct formulation of thir results can be obtained as special cases from our main results.

  • In these notes we introduce a numerical function which allows us to describe explicitly (and nonrecursively) the Betti numbers, and hence, the Hilbert function of a set Z of three fat points whose support is an almost complete intersection (ACI) in ${\mathbb{P}}^1{\times}{\mathbb{P}}^1$. A nonrecursively formula for the Betti numbers and the Hilbert function of these configurations is hard to give even for the corresponding set of five points on a special support in ${\mathbb{P}}^2$ and we did not find any kind of this result in the literature. Moreover, we also give a criterion that allows us to characterize the Hilbert functions of these special set of fat points.

  • The aim of this paper is to obtain a solution of a certain multidimensional convolution integral equation of Fredholm type whose kernel involves a generalized polynomial set. A number of results follow as special cases from the main theorem by specifying the parameters of the generalized polynomial set.

  • The modeling and animation of natural phenomena have received much attention from the computer graphics community. Synthetic of natural phenomena are required for such diverse applications as flight simulators, special effects, video games and other virtual realty. In special effects industry there is a high demand to convincingly mimic the appearance and behavior of natural phenomena such as smoke, waterfall, rain, and fire. Particle systems are methods adequate for modeling fuzzy objects of natural phenomena. This paper presents particle system API(Application Program Interfaces) for generating special effects in virtual reality applications. The API are a set of functions that allow C++ programs to simulate the dynamics of particles for special effects in interactive and non-interactive graphics applications, not for scientific simulation.

  • A special cause producing temporary deviation in the underlying process can influence on process adjustment in First-Order System feedback control system. In this paper, the impact of special causes on the forecasts and the process adjustment that is based on the EWMA forecasts are derived for a first-order system. For some special causes with patterned type of contamination, the influence of the causes on the output process are explicitly investigated. A data set, contaminated by a special cause of level shift, is analyzed to confirm the impact numerically.

  • The study aims to discover the scope of pre-service special education teachers' knowledge and perceptions of using computer technology in teaching students with disabilities from a pre-service teacher (PST) perspective in light of the gender and sub-major variables. The sample consisted of 84 MEd students/pre-service teachers at the Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education, Umm Al-Qura University. The descriptive analytical approach is used due to its relevance to the study. A survey consisting of the participant's basic information section and 12 statements was sent to a set of pre-service teachers. Findings showed that pre-service special education teachers had an overall high knowledge of using computer technology (M=3.93). Findings also indicated that there were no gender- or major-related statistically significant differences (α = 0.05), in pre-service special education students' knowledge and perceptions of using computer technology.

  • In 2001, the notion of a fuzzy poset defined on a set X via a triplet (L, G, I) of functions with domain X ${\times}$ X and range [0, 1] satisfying a special condition L+G+I = 1 is introduced by J. Negger and Hee Sik Kim, where L is the 'less than' function, G is the 'greater than' function, and I is the 'incomparable to' function. Using this approach, we are able to define a special class of fuzzy posets, and define the 'skeleton' of a fuzzy poset in view of major relation. In this sense, we define the linear discrepancy of a fuzzy poset of size n as the minimum value of all maximum of I(x, y)${\mid}$f(x)-f(y)${\mid}$ for f ${\in}$ F and x, y ${\in}$ X with I(x, y) > $\frac{1}{2}$, where F is the set of all injective order-preserving maps from the fuzzy poset to the set of positive integers. We first show that the definition is well-defined. Then, it is shown that the optimality appears at the same injective order-preserving maps in both cases of a fuzzy poset and its skeleton if the linear discrepancy of a skeleton of a fuzzy poset is 1.
