System-On-a-Chip(SOC)에 대한 효율적인 테스트 데이터 압축 및 저전력 스캔 테스트 (Low Power Scan Testing and Test Data Compression for System-On-a-Chip)

  • System-On-a-Chip(SOC)에 대하여 테스트 데이터 압축 및 저전력 스캔테스팅에 대한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 스캔벡터내의 don't care 입력들을 저전력이 되도록 적절하게 값을 할당하였고 높은 압축율을 갖도록 적응적 인코딩을 적용하였다. 또한 스캔체인에 입력되는 동안 소모되는 scan-in 전력소모를 최소화하도록 스캔벡터의 입력 방향을 결정하였다. ISCAS 89 벤치마크 회로에 대하여 실험한 결과는 평균전력 소모는 약 12% 감소되었고 압축율은 약 60%가 향상됨을 보였다.

간호학생의 통합성과 임상실습 스트레스 (Sense of Coherence and Stress of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the level of sense of coherence (SOC) and stress of clinical practice and to identify the relationship of variables among nursing students. Methods: The data were collected from 205 nursing students using self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS program. Results: Stress of clinical practice negatively correlated with SOC. The significant predictors of stress of clinical practice were satisfaction on major and meaningfulness, manageability in SOC. The regression model explained 21.5% of stress of clinical practice. Conclusion: More efforts to improve satisfaction of their major and SOC, especially in meaningfulness and manageability, might decrease the stress of clinical practice.

배터리 충전상태가 경유자동차 에너지소비효율에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study about Impact of Battery SOC on Fuel Economy of Conventional Diesel Vehicle)

  • Manufacturers have been applying several technologies that can improve the fuel economy of their cars. The regulated voltage control(RVC) system, is one of those technologies being used in passenger cars. In RVC, the voltage of an alternator is controlled depending on the electrical load demand or battery SOC, although each manufacturer differs from another in terms of detail. RVC can reduce the load of an alternator by consuming the stored energy of a battery and simultaneously generate energy. In this paper, a diesel passenger car equipped with an RVC system was tested under FTP-75 and HWFET modes to evaluate fuel economy as their initial battery SOC(100, 90, 80 and 60 %). The test results showed that the initial SOC affects fuel economy only under the FTP-75 mode. FTP-75 fuel economy of the 60% SOC was 13.2 % lower than the 100 % SOC. Also, the simultaneous consumption of the two energy sources did not appear in 60 % SOC.

전력계통 주파수조정을 위한 SOC 기반의 배터리 에너지저장장치 제어전략 (SOC-based Control Strategy of Battery Energy Storage System for Power System Frequency Regulation)

  • This paper presents the SOC-based control strategy of BESS(Battery Energy Storage System) for providing power system frequency regulation in the bulk power systems. As the life cycle of BESS would be shortened by frequent changes of charge and discharge required for frequency regulation in a steady state, the proposed algorithm operates BESS within a range of SOC where its life cycle can be maximized. However, during a transient period of which occurrence frequency is low, BESS would be controlled to use its full capacity in a wider range of SOC. In addition, each output of multiple BESS is proportionally determined by its SOC so that the balance in SOC of multiple BESS can be managed. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified through various case studies employing a test system. Moreover, the control result of BESS with the measured frequency from a real system shows SOC of BESS can be maintained within a specific range although the frequency deviation is biased.

  • The contents of RF test set which can be used for checking the function and performance of 13m antenna installed in KARI site are described in this paper. For the purpose of considering RF test set as the transceiver in COMS, it is designed to retransmit the LRIT and HRIT in L-Band after receiving them in S-Band from 13m antenna. Additionally, this set has a function to turnaround raging tone used for the measurement of distance between satellite and 13m antenna. The required all equipments of RF test set are summarized with configuration. Measurements of several equipments which have already been delivered are described in this paper. The assembled RF test set will be used for the verification of 13m antenna

  • This paper deals with the broadband electromagnetic emission test of a hybrid electric vehicle. The hybrid electric vehicle's powertrain system consists of an internal combustion engine and an EV traction motor. Depending on the SOC of the traction battery, these modes change automatically in the running state. The Korea electromagnetic compatibility regulations of KMVSS and UN WP.29 stipulated the evaluation method of hybrid electric vehicles. This study analyzes and compares two test results: internal combustion and electric motor mode. Some problems of test conditions are described and an improved test method is proposed for measuring broadband emissions of a hybrid electric vehicle. As a result, we expect this paper to be used as a consideration for improvement when test specifications are revised in the future.

  • This study reports on the development and investigation of a BMS module using a new algorithm on the driving performance and battery life of electric vehicles. Here, the initial SOC was calculated using an open circuit voltage (OCV) method and a current integral method was later applied to the BMS module. We verified the performance of the BMS module by comparing both the results of the in-vehicle test and the BMS simulator test. Our verification test showed good agreement between the results of experiments and simulation with a small error of ${\pm}0.8%$. Here, we confirmed that the present, newly-developed BMS module not only can predict the battery life but can also monitor SOC, pack voltage, and current temperature.

  • SOC와 같은 VLSI 집적 회로는 기능적 이유 등으로 인해 다중 클락의 설계 기법을 필요로 한다. 테스트시 클락 오더링과 같은 문제의 효과적이지 못한 대응으로 인해 클락 도메인간의 전이에서 많은 오류들이 발생한다. 본 논문은 다중 클락 시스템에서의 새로운 자체 테스크 기법을 제시한다. 클락 스큐의 문제는 다중캡처의 동작으로 제거하며, 다른 클락 도메인간 혹은 같은 클락 도메인간의 테스트 모두를 동작속도에서 가능하게 한다.

초고성능 콘크리트(K-UHPC) 구조물의 균열폭 평가 (Evaluation of the Crack Width of the Ultra High Performance Concrete(K-UHPC) Structures)

  • Ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC) has compressive strength higher than 180 MPa. The use of steel fibers in the dense UHPC matrix increases tensile strength, ductility and bond strength between UHPC and rebars. However, to apply the advance material behavior of UHPC to the design of a structure, we need design formulas. The crack formula is one of them. This paper investigated experimentally the bond behavior of a rebar and K-UHPC, the UHPC developed by Korea Institute of Construction Technology, and, modified CEB-FIP crack formula based on the test. In addition, this paper tested the crack behavior of K-UHPC reinforced with rebars to verify the modified crack formula. The result showed that the modified formula is reasonable to predict the width of cracks in the reinforced K-UHPC structures.

간호사의 통합성이 스트레스와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nurses' Sense of Coherence on Their Stress and Quality of Life)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of sense of coherence (SOC) on occupational stress, psychosocial stress and quality of life (QOL) of nurses working in a hospital. Methods: The participants were 401 nurses working in S hospital in Seoul. A stratified random sampling was performed for the all nurses in S hospital which were grouped by age and work unit. Data were collected by a self-report survey. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlations, multiple linear regressions, and ANOVA. Results: This study showed nurses' occupational stress was at high risk and their psychosocial stress, at low risk. It also showed that those two types of stress are mutual predictors for each other and that SOC was a predictor for both types of stress. For QOL, SOC was also a predictor in SF-36 and MCS (Mental Component Summary). Therefore, SOC may be considered as a major controlling factor for stress and QOL. Conclusion: The results indicate the need to develop programs that enhances nurses' SOC, programs that could be utilized as an intervention to reduce nurses' stress and to promote nurses' QOL.
