요리직종의 기능경기대회 참가동기와 인식도 및 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Participants Motives and Recognition, Effectiveness of the Cooking Skill Competition)

  • This article studied the motivational factor of participation skill competition and their effectiveness. This study was restricted to cooks within those who had participated in a cooking contest to allow measurement of participation and satisfaction. This thesis investigated 116 cooks by questionnaires from April 6, 2005 to April 23, 2005, of which 106 responses were used for statistical processing to perform this study First, from the motive of participation, 13 variables were analyzed into 3 factors such as the factor of social recognition, the factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development and self-realization. The factor as a motive of participating in skill competition has a significant effect on effectiveness. A total of three factors were extracted from Recognition consisting of 10 variables. Each factor was labeled as awareness of the competition, revision of test questions, and selection of the judges of the competition. Second, three factors were derived from 12 variables in association with the effect of the contest, including factors of contribution to industry development, technical and technological effect, and psychological effect. In addition, it was revealed that the motive of participating in skill competition had an significant impact on recognition. Third, the results of regression analysis demonstrated that factors relating to recognition of skill competition and participation motives significantly influence on the effect of the contest. One limitation of this study is that the Population of the survey was limited to those who had Participated in the contest. Thus, the findings of this study may not be generalizable for other cases. It is clear that further research is needed to collect more in-dept data from other similar competitions in an effort to extend the application of the present results to other studies.

  • The standard theory of production treats human and non-human inputs in the same way. Inert Areas Theory drops this assumption. One distinction is obvious. Human capital, the source of human inputs, can not be purchased outright by firms. Usually what is purchased are units of labor time. What is critical is directed effort, at or beyond some level of skill. Direct effort, however, involves choice and motivation, and these are the critical variables left out of the standard theory. Leibenstein introduces the concept of "inert areas" by which he means "a set of effort positions whose associated levels of utility are not equal but in which the action required to go from a lower to a higher utility level involves a utility cost that is not compensated for by the gain in utility." This idea is used when discussing the behavior of firm's management.f firm's management.

  • This thesis studied the factor of participation motives and the degree of satisfaction of the participants in culinary skill competitions and their effectiveness. In addition, this thesis has an aim to offer profitable materials on the basis of demonstrative analysis emphasizing the study on how many factors of satisfaction should be motivated by participation effect. This thesis restricted cookers within those who had participated in a cooking contest so that it could possibly measure the motive of participation and satisfaction. This thesis investigated 115 cookers by questionnaires, of which 102 available materials were used for statistical processing to perform this study. As for the periodical interval, this thesis was performed from Feb 14, 2005 to Feb 21, 2005. First, from the motive of participation, 13 variables are analyzed into 3 factors such as the factor of social recognition, the factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development & self- realization. The factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development & self-realization. The factor as a motive of participating in skill competition affects effectiveness meaningfully. Second, total three factors were extracted from the degree of satisfaction which consisted of 13 variables. They included the psychological satisfaction and satisfaction with the judges in competitions. One limitation of this study is that the population of the survey was limited to those who had participated in a contest. Thus, the findings of this study may not be generalizable for other cases. It is clear that further research is needed to collect more in-dept data from other similar competitions as a effort to extend its application to other studies.

  • Current educational interventions and training courses in microsurgery are often predicated on theories of skill acquisition and development that follow a 'practice makes perfect' model. Given the changing landscape of surgical training and advances in educational theories related to skill development, research is needed to assess current training tools in microsurgery education and devise alternative methods that would enhance training. Simulation is an increasingly important tool for educators because, whilst facilitating improved technical proficiency, it provides a way to reduce risks to both trainees and patients. The International Microsurgery Simulation Society has been founded in 2012 in order to consolidate the global effort in promoting excellence in microsurgical training. The society's aim to achieve standarisation of microsurgical training worldwide could be realised through the development of evidence based educational interventions and sharing best practices.

  • 벤처기업은 위험성이 큰 분야에서 활동하기 때문에 구성원들은 자신들의 경력에 많은 관심을 가질 수밖에 없으나 이에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 벤처기업 구성원의 경력몰입이 구성원의 행동과 태도에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 조직지원의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 7개 벤처기업의 구성원으로부터 수거한 설문지 230부를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 경력몰입은 구성원의 기술개발노력에는 긍정적인 방향으로, 경력변경의도와 이직의도에는 부(-)의 방향으로 영향을 미쳤다. 조직지원의 조절효과는 경력몰입과 경력변경의도간의 관계 및 경력몰입과 이직의도간의 관계에서 나타났다.

  • 네트워크 게임이나 온라인 게임을 개발하는 데 있어서 네트워크 관련 프로그래밍 기술은 필수적이다. 그러나 필요한 네트워크에 관련 전문적인 지식을 포함하여 네트워크 통신 관련 고급 프로그래밍 기술들을 습득하고 또 이를 구현해 내는 데에는 적지 않은 노력과 시간이 소요된다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 노력과 시간을 줄일 수 있는 기술적 방법에 대한 것이다. 특히 Virtools 엔진의 서버 기술을 이용하여 P2P 방식의 네트워크 연결 모듈을개발해 봄으로써 개선할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

특정직 경호공무원의 전직역량에 대한 보유수준 분석 및 전직지원방안 연구 (A Study on Outplacement Countermeasure and Retention Level Examination Analysis about Outplacement Competency of Special Security Government Official)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특정직 경호공무원의 전직 역량에 대한 특정직 경호공무원들의 보유수준 조사를 통한 전직지원방안을 제시하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 특정직 경호공무원 중 전직관련 대상자로서 40대 이상 5급 사무관 이상 전직 유경험자인 전직 성공자와 전직 실패자, 전직 희망자인 전직 예정자 600명을 대상으로 지식역량군의 전문지식, 전직관련 지식, 자기이해, 조직이해, 기술역량군의 직무기술역량, 직무수행기술, 문제해결기술, 혁신기술, 커뮤니케이션기술, 조직관리기술, 위기관리기술, 경력개발기술, 인적네트워크 활용기술, 태도 및 감정역량군의 긍정적 태도, 적극적 태도, 책임감, 직업정신, 헌신적 태도, 친화력, 자기조절능력, 가치 및 윤리역량군의 윤리의식, 도덕성 등 4개 역량군 22개 하위역량의 보유수준에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 유효한 설문 응답자 153명의 4개 역량 군 22개 하위역량 항목에 대한 설문조사 분석결과, 현재 보유수준 값이 4.0이상인 전문지식, 긍정적 태도, 책임감, 윤리의식, 도덕성 역량 등에 있어서는 어느 정도 갖추었다고 생각하고 있으나, 그 외 역량에 대해서는 보통이하 점수로 다소 낮게 나타나, 이들 역량들에 대해서는 아직은 부족하다고 인식하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 역량 강화를 위한 특정직 경호공무원의 성공적인 전직지원방안으로서는 전직에 대한 인식과 개념을 재정립하고 현실을 직시할 수 있도록 눈높이를 낮추어야 하며, 전직에 필요한 역량으로서 다소 부족하다고 느끼고 있는 역량들에 대해서는 평소에 관심을 가지고 적극적인 개발 및 강화 노력이 요구된다. 제도적 차원에서 이러한 전직 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 퇴직 전 중 후 전직 교육훈련 강화 및 현 교육훈련체계 반영, 수요자 중심의 온-오프 상 교육훈련시스템 운영, 학습조직화 등 전직교육훈련 인프라를 구축할 필요성이 있다.

  • Number of information users of industry, school and research institute with arrival of knowledge information society are in trend that increase gradually the 21th century. Wish to illuminate Specialized Information Center of scientific technique field's role and significance in this hard fact in this research, and examine the role and significance. Together, wish to present way for research direction and Specialized Information Center development by introducing phase thesis and synthetic middle, effort of Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI) for special skill development way preparation and study finding for each Specialized Information Center.

  • Recent trends of interior design have a focus on creation of more various meanings rather than past ideology which sought after the compatibility to the function of modem design. These trends requires integral understanding of social and cultural ideologies with a sens of values for a certain periods. In addition, they also require creativity which able to read, find and solve consumer's diverse demand and desire. Considering the effort of trend forecasting in Korea is still heavily rely on the foreign trend shows, it is natural to attempt to study the analytical forecasting methodology based upon more systematic principles which lead to more objective outcome, when the understanding, forcasting and analysis of interior decoration trend are required. In this thesis, the analysis and forecasting of interior decoration trend are studied by means of verbal image code process which involves the induction of design concept through data extraction, classification and analysis, in order to understanding and satisfying the diversified consumer's demand and trend. The coding process of verbal image is understanding as general concept. by extracting common elements from abstract and individual image, and/or specific concept. Therefore, it is proposed that the database building and data mining process of verbal Image, and subsequent development of programming skill can be applied as more efficient tool for various verbal image process.

NCS기반 학력-경력-자격 연계 및 활용 방안 관한 연구 (A Study on Education-Career-Qualification Link and Utilization Method Based on NCS)

  • The National Competency Standards(NCS) has been developed a good curriculum to reflect the demand in the industry. NCS is defined as systemizing the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to perform a task in the industry. It is an effort to reduce the gap between educational requirements and occupational requirements. However, when NCS is applied, the task level is changed to the title of qualification according to the policy outcomes for the government project. And, the NCS has been emphasizing the purpose of license acquisition, rather than using the standard for tasks in the industry. It means that the misuse of NSC hinders utilizing it as the original purpose of standardizing a task. It requires the customer to study the required competency unit with a no-choice option. Moreover, it makes it hard for companies or industry autonomically run the NCS. Therefore, we define the operational range in terms of the education field, the qualification field, and the career field to diffuse and apply NCS, and suggest the effective utilization method.
