항공권 예매 서비스 사용자 경험 연구 -스카이스캐너 앱을 중심으로- (A Study on the User Experience for Airline ticket Reservation Service -Focusing on Skyscanner App-)

  • 본 연구는 항공권 예매 서비스 중 스카이스캐너 앱을 중심으로 사용자의 서비스 이용 현상에 관해 연구하고, 더 나은 사용 경험을 제공하기 위한 개선 방안을 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 복잡한 항공권 예매 서비스의 현황과 특정 연령에서 사용성이 부족한 점에 주목해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 세 가지 인사이트를 도출해낼 수 있었다. 첫째, 명확한 정보를 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 학습이 용이하고 편리한 조작 과정을 제공해야 한다. 셋째, 오류 시 대처방안을 제공해야 한다. 이 연구는 주요 온라인 항공권 예매 서비스인 스카이스캐너를 통해 항공권 예매 서비스의 개선 방안을 제시했다는 점에 의의가 있다. 앞으로 이 연구를 바탕 삼아 후속 연구에는 도출된 인사이트를 적용하여 화면 디자인과 정보구조 개선, 실버세대를 위한 스카이스캐너 실버 버전 등 다양한 비즈니스 모델에 적용하는 등 다양한 관련 연구가 뒤따를 것을 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트 디바이스와 기술을 활용한 운동 사례와 이슈를 분석하고 기존의 실버세대와 달리 높은 활동력과 경제력을 지닌 액티브시니어의 웰니스 라이프에 적합한 향후 스마트 운동 환경의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 피트니스 산업에서도 필요한 운동도구나 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 등을 정기적으로 받아보거나 이용하는 구독경제가 확장되고 있는 추세이며, 하드웨어 판매와 콘텐츠 구독을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 계속 등장하고 있다. 액티브시니어에게 건강관리를 위한 통합적인 운동 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로서의 가치경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 피트니스센터 뿐만 아니라 홈트레이닝 운동기구, 피트니스 관련 애플리케이션, 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스 시장 등이 유기적으로 연결되어 확장된 토털 플랫폼으로서의 모습을 이루어야 할 것이다. 개인별 건강상태에 알맞은 운동프로그램을 제안 받고 선택하여 운동 전, 후, 운동 중 웨어러블 디바이스를 통해 지속적인 모니터링과 피드백에 따른 운동프로그램에 실시간 변화를 주는 디지털 헬스케어 기능 연동이 스마트 피트니스 모델의 차별적 요소이다.

만주족과 인삼 (The Manchus and ginseng in the Qing period)

  • 만주족의 선조인 여진족은 그들이 거주하는 만주의 자연환경에 따라 채집과 수렵활동을 주된 생계수단으로 삼았다. 여진족의 거주지는 대부분 삼림이 울창하고 하천이 발달하여 다양한 동식물의 서식지로는 적합했지만 농경에는 맞지 않았다. 여진족 사회조직 역시 채집과 수렵활동에 적합한 방식으로 형성되었고 그것은 이후 청나라 고유의 사회 군사조직인 팔기제도로 발전했다. 한편 채집과 수렵으로 획득한 자연자원을 주변의 농경사회과 교환하는 일은 여진 사회의 발전에 절대적으로 중요했다. 인삼을 비롯한 만주의 자연자원을 중원의 한인들과 교역하는 일은 오래전부터 있었지만, 대외무역이 여진 사회에 근본적인 변화를 초래할 만큼 확대된 것은 16세기의 현상이었다. 당시 외부에서 유입된 은은 중국 내지의 경제를 활성화시키고 나아가 만주를 비롯한 명의 변경지역의 경제에도 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 만주의 자연환경에 기초한 수렵 채집활동이 16세기에 이르러 중원에서 유입된 은과 조우하여 변경 사회를 자극했고, 분산되어 있던 여진 부락은 경쟁과 통일의 과정을 거쳐 마침내 만주족으로 변모하여 1636년 청나라를 건설하기에 이르렀다. 1644년 만주족은 중원 정복에 성공하고 북경으로 수도를 옮겼다. 중원으로 들어간 후에도 청황실의 만주족은 만주 인삼의 가치를 잊지 않았을 뿐만 아니라 그 이익을 독점하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울였다. 17세기 말까지 만주 인삼은 만주족의 제도인 팔기를 중심으로 운영되었다. 만주에 주둔한 팔기 병사들은 민간인의 출입을 통제하여 인삼의 생산지를 한인의 접근으로부터 보호했다. 만주 인삼의 채취는 황실 내무부, 부트하 울라 총관, 성경상삼기 등 황제에게 직속된 기구에서 담당했다. 이들은 부트하 병정이나 팔기 병정을 파견하여 지정된 장소에서 정해진 액수의 인삼을 채취하여 납부하게 했다. 황실의 귀족만이 만주에 사람을 보내 인삼을 채취할 수 있는 특권을 누렸고, 그조차 엄격히 제한되었다. 18세기도 만주의 인삼은 여전히 국가에 의해 독점적으로 관리되었다. 청의 인삼 정책은 황실의 발상지인 만주와 그 자연자원을 민간인의 침탈로부터 보호하고 만주족 고유의 전통을 유지한다는 원칙에 따라 운영되었다. 동시에 만주의 인삼은 국가의 중요한 재정 수입원으로 개발되었다. 국가가 필요한 만큼의 수입을 징수하기 위해서는 인삼을 대량으로 채취해야 했는데, 부트하 병정이나 팔기 병정을 파견하는 것만으로는 안정적인 인삼세수를 기대할 수 없었다. 그 결과 상인들이 인삼업에 개입하기 시작했고 청의 인삼 정책은 이후 점점 더 상인에 의존하는 방향으로 발전해갔다. 청대 인삼의 국가 독점은 1853년에 공식적으로 중단되었지만, 부유한 상인이 채삼인을 고용하고 인삼을 대신 납부하는 현상은 18세기에 이미 나타나고 있었다. 청대 만주족의 인삼 독점은 사실상 한인 상인의 참여로 유지되었다고 할 수 있다.

고령화사회의 인지연령과 기부의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Donation Intention and Cognitive Age in an Aging Society)

  • Purpose - This research aims to understand the different behaviors of consumers according to cognitive age. Specifically, this research is focused on pro-social behavior. Pro-social behavior is defined as behavior benefiting others, rather than behavior benefiting one's self. It often entails individual risk or cost, such as when giving resources to others, waiting in line, asking for or paying a fair price, or risking one's life in battle. Therefore, we sought to understand consumer psychology and cognitive age as a reflection of inner psychology. People frequently perceive themselves as younger or older than their chronological ages. This self-perceived or cognitive age is a subjective age perception independent of actual chronological age. The discrepancy degree between chronological and cognitive age represents how much individuals perceive themselves as younger than they are. This study examines the gap in donation intention based on cognitive age. In order to investigate cognitive age, composed of four sub-categories (feel-age, look-age, do-age, and interest-age), this study explores the differential donation intention based on cognitive age, which determines the relationship between the young age and old age. Research design, data, and methodology - Data research was conducted by gathering 216 survey samples, excluding those with unreliable answers. Data coding and cleaning were used and SPSS 19.0 software for the data analysis. The respondents were categorized into two types, younger cognitive ages and older cognitive ages. Additionally, we analyzed the moderating variables. In particular, we used cognitive age degree and congruency level (cognitive age low vs. cognitive age high) × (congruency close vs. congruency distant) between - subjects design. First, regression was done to verify the difference between chronological age and cognitive age. Second, a t-test was done to verify the difference of cognitive age level in donations. Third, ANOVA (analysis of variance) was done to verify the difference between cognitive age and congruency in donations. Last, ANOVA was done to verify the difference between cognitive age and moral judgments in donations. Result - The results show most respondents perceive themselves as younger than their chronological ages. In particular, older respondents feel they are younger than their actual age. Moreover, the result of the comparison between low degree and high degree groups of cognitive age, show high donations at the higher degree of cognitive age groups. In addition, the closer the distance to the beneficiaries, the higher the donation in high degree cognitive age groups. The higher moral judgment groups also show relatively high contributions in lower degree cognitive age groups. Conclusions - Donations belong to the category of pro-social behavior reflecting an individual's psychological state. Therefore, it is important in understanding cognitive age. This study implies that it is necessary to take into account both cognitive age and chronological age when segmenting donors. Moreover, this study confirmed that there are different factors affecting the motives behind donations. Thus, it may be utilized to create differential donation strategies.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze four separate elements-sublime beauty, elegant beauty, mysticism, ornament-which appeared in materials, patterns, colors, silhouettes, details, and accessories, laying stress on luxurious, brilliant, mysterious feelings on Gorgeous Images appeared as trend theme of modern fashion by mixing religious mysticism of the Byzantine Empire. Mysticism element is using the effect of splendid and gorgeous colors from the Orient rather than forms. And a philosophy of abundant colors in mosaics, which are seen in art forms such as architecture, paintings, etc., shows that it creates some visual rooms for religious spirits. Influenced by the fashion of the Greco-Roman style, the elegant beauty element is expressing abundant comfort and elegant feminine lines that are from creases, and it is also emphasizing natural beauty which seems to slip down by displaying the splendid images of Gorgeous as drapes that fit a body. Ornament element was reflecting an inspiration from the splendid and brilliant culture of religion in the Byzantine Age. Therefore, it was appeared as a style filling the whole with bulky silks, splendid ornamental materials embroidered in gold or silver thread, the complicated geometric patterns that are two-dimensional and dignified, and so on. It was decorated with crosses which represent Christianity as a motif, and also it emphasized the splendor of the Byzantine and dazzling splendid images of Gorgeous by using accessaries decorated with various jewels. The elements of sublime beauty are showing the beauty adding humble and majestic images to it as designs sought by spiritual values or intrinsic values. Those designs, so to speak, have pretense which does not allow to expose a body and plain pure feeling, so that they are showing some abstinent styles in a solemn atmosphere, with most details removed. We can say the Fashion Theme appearing in Modern Times is the result from representing by combining various factors of the times with formative beauty through creative works for aesthetic expression. The moderners are requiring new designs which is possible to meet their individualities, in addition to their outstanding fashion senses. From this point of view, a variety of textiles, patterns, and colors in the Byzantine have a great meaning to fulfill people's various desires as interesting elements.

신해양질서 10년후 세계어업자원 이용동향 (The Exploitation of World Fishery Resources for 10 Years under the New Regime in the Sea)

  • In this paper, state of exploitation of world fishery resources after 10 years under the new regime in the sea, called the era of exclusive economic zone (EEZ) expending up to a 200 nautical miles from coastal line, was reviewed to determine effect from establishing EEZ in the world fishery production and its export/import volume based on the fishery statistics annually published by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of United Nation. The world total production from marine living resources had a trend showing a waned increase during 1970's when most of coastal states were translated into the reality of EEZ. From mid-1980's onwards, it increased rapidly, reaching about 85 million tons . Such increase in production was basically from the Pacific Ocean, accounting for more than 60% of the world total production. Fishing areas where showed increase in the production after the new regime in the sea were the southwestern Atlantic (FAO area 41) , the eastern Indian (FAO area 57) and the whole fishing areas in the Pacific except the eastern central Pacific (FAO area 77). Increase in the production from distant-water fishing countries came from the regions of the southwest Atlantic (FAO area 41) and the southwest Pacific (FAO area 81) . The production from coastal states was up from the regions of the eastern Indian (FAO area 57) , the northwest and northeast Pacific (FAO areas 61 and 67) and the southeast Pacific (FAO area 87) . It was likely that the exploitation of the fishable stocks was well monitored in the areas of the northwest Atlantic (FAO area 21) , the eastern central Atlantic (FAO area 34) and the northeast Pacific (FAO area 67) through appropriate management measures such as annual harvest level, establishment of total allowable catch etc. The marine fisheries resources that have made contribution to the world production, despite expansion of 200 EEZ by coastal states, were sardinellas, Atlantic cod, blue whiting and squids in the Atlantic Ocean : tunas which mainly include skipjack, yellowfin and bigeye tuna, croakers and pony fishes in the Indian Ocean : and sardine, Chilean pilchard, Alaska pollock, tunas (skipjack and yellowfin tuna) , blue grenadier and blue whiting including anchoveta in the Pacific Ocean. It was identified that both fishery production and its export since introduction of the new regime in the sea were dominated by such coastal states as USA, Canada, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa and Newzealand. But difficulties have been experienced in the European countries including Norway, Spain, Japan and Rep. of Korea. Therefore, majority of coastal states are unlikely to have yet undertaken proper utilization as well as rational management of marine living resources in their jurisdiction during the last two decades. The main target species groups which led the world fishery production to go up were Alaska pollock, cods, tunas, sardinellas, chub and jack mackerel and anchoveta. These stocks are largely expected to continue to contribute to the production. The fisheries resources which are unexploited, underexploited and/or lightly exploited at present and which will be contributed to the world production in future are identified with cephalopods, Pacific jack mackerel and Atlantic mackerel, silver hake including anchovies. These resources mainly distribute in the Pacific regions, especially FAO statistical fishing areas 67, 77 and 87. It was likely to premature to conclude that the new regime in the sea was only in favour of coastal states in fishey production.

현지파트너의 흡수역량, 국제합작기업에 대한 균등지분율 및 해외파트너와의 신뢰가 태국 현지파트너의 지식습득에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Local Partners' Absorptive Capacity, Equal Equity Ownership of IJVs, and Trust in Foreign Partners on Thai Local Partners' Knowledge Acquisition)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국제합작투자 상황에서 국제합작기업을 통한 태국 현지파트너의 해외파트너로부터의 지식습득에 영향을 미치는 요소들에 대해 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 먼저 현지파트너의 자체 특성인 흡수역량, 국제합작기업과의 관계 특성인 균등지분율 근접정도, 해외파트너와의 관계 특성인 신뢰 등으로 구분하고, 이들이 현지파트너의 지식습득에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 지식암묵성이 이러한 특성과 지식습득과의 관계를 조절하는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 태국 소재 현지파트너 기업을 대상으로 설문을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 현지파트너의 자체 특성인 흡수역량과 해외파트너와의 관계 특성인 신뢰는 지식습득에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 국제합작회사와의 관계 특성인 현지파트너의 지분율은 균등지분율에 근접할수록 지식습득에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 지식암묵성은 흡수역량 및 신뢰와 지식습득의 관계를 강화하는 반면, 지식암묵성은 균등지분율 근접정도와 지식습득의 관계를 강화하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 결론 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

ミロクの世と女性-近世日本の富士信仰における弥勒信仰の展開 (Development of Miroku belief in the cult of Mount Fuji of early modern Japan)

  • Miroku belief observed in Japanese folklore and popular religions is originated from the faith in a bodhisattva called Miroku (Maitreya) who, depending on Buddhist account, is supposed to appear in this world to save all mankind. This faith, together with the millenarianism inherent in it, was disseminated into many areas of East and Southeast Asia. It developed in various ways, being associated with the religious tradition of each area where it was accepted. In Japanese folklore and popular religions the aspiration for the "World of Miroku", the ideal world expected to be realized in the future, has been its most notable feature. This paper examines the notion of the "World of Miroku" developed in the cult of Mount Fuji in early modern Japan. In particular this paper focuses on the "World of Miroku" appearing in the teachings of Fuji-ko and Fujido, which were the organizations of lay believers. Through the examination this paper made the following facts clear. (1) The notion of the "World of Miroku" developed by Fuji-ko and Fujido had its bases in Miroku belief of Japanese folklore. (2) However the notion of the "World of Miroku" in the teachings of Fuji-ko and Fujido was quite different from that of the folklore. While the "World of Miroku" appearing in the folklore is characterized by good harvest and abundant gold and silver, Fuji-ko and Fujido leaders thought that all people, including the emperor and the shogun, would earnestly carry out their house business, do their best to promote the happiness of the others, and pray for the salvation of all mankind in the "World of Miroku". (3) The notion about the changes of the world, which was particular to Fuji-ko and Fujido, accounts for such development in the concept of the "World of Miroku". According to the notion the current world was recognized as the second stage, between the original world in the past and the "World of Miroku" in the future, in the history of human beings. This idea helped the leaders of Fuji-ko and Fujido to develop the theories of world renewal, in which the wrong doings of the rulers and poor morality of the people were to be corrected in the "World of Miroku". (4) One of the most important features of the "World of Miroku" was the equality between men and women according to the teachings of Fujido. Both Fuji-ko and Fujido had opposed to the prevailing view of women, in which women were regarded as being sinful and polluted. Fujido further tried to improve the status of women in their families and the society. (5) In accordance with such an innovatory view, Fujido challenged the custom of excluding women from sacred places, Mount Fuji in particular. 중국소수민족(中國少數民族)의 민족복식(民族服飾)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(II) - 운남성(雲南省)의 소수민족(少數民族)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on Traditional Costume of China's Minorities(II) - Centering Around Yunnan Province Minorities -)

  • In this study, the researcher studied the historical background and the traditional culture about dress and ornament of Yunnan Province of China. The Results of the study are as follows. 1. In the Past, Derung's dress was very simple due to the influence of various factors, such as geography and history. Men wore shorts and covered diagonally a piece of cloth from left shoulders to right armpits and tied up the two ends on chests. Women covered crisscross two pieces of cloth from both shoulders to knee. 2. Achang people's dress and adornment has its own unique characteristic. Generally, men wear Jackets with buttons down the front and black trousers. Unmarried men like to wear white turbans, while most of married men usually wear dark blue ones. Women usually wear tight-sleeve blouses with buttons down the front and skirts. Unmarried women wear the hair in braids coil them on the top of their heads. They wear short blouses and trousers. Married women wear their hair Into buns and like to entwine black or blue cloth into high trubans. They wear short blouses and knee-length straight skirts. Achang knife enjoys high reputation and has a long history and an exquisite workmanship. All the men like to wear it. 3. The dress and adornment of the Lahu nationality has both the characteristic of farming culture and the style of nomadic culture of early times. Men usually wear short shirts with round necks and buttons down the front, loose-legged trousers, turbans or dark blue cloth caps Women's dress and adornment can be categorized into two styles. One is black cloth gown with buttons diagonally on the right front and waist-length slits on both sides. The edges of fronts and cuffs are edged with Silver ornaments and lace. They also wear trousers. The other is short blouse with round neck and short opening on th right front, straight skirt and colourful leggings with embroidered patterns. 4. The Hani people, men and women, old and young, like black colour and are fond of wearing black clothes. Men usually wear shirts with buttons down the front and trousers, entwining their heads with black or white cloth. The elderly people wear calottes. Women wear cloth blouses, skirts and trousers or shorts. Slight differences exist in the clothing and adornments according to region, branch and age 5. Blang people's dyeing technique with an exquisite method has a long history. Men wear dark blue long sleeve shirts with round necks and buttons down the front or arranged diagonally on the front and loose-legged trousers. Elderly men wear big turbans wdress and adornment varies greatly in different regions. 6. The Lisu people culture of dress and adornment has some unique characteristics. The styles and colours of their dress and adornment differ slightly from place to place. In the Nujiang area, Women wear black velvet Jackets over blouses with buttons arranged diagonally on the right front and long pleated ramie skirts. Men usually wear wraparound ramie gowns, with center vent, made of fabrics alternated with white and black cross stripes. They also wear cloth waistbands and trohile youngsters keep their hair short. Women's users. In the Lushui area, the dress and adornment is similar to that in the Nujing region, but women wear aprons and trousers instead of skirts. 7. The Nu people dress and adornment is simple but elegant Women are proficient in ramie-weaving. Men usually wear gowns With overlapping necks, knee-length trousers and leggings. They like to wear their hair long and entwine dark blue or white turbans. Women wear black and red vests over blouses with buttons arranged diagonally on the right front and ankle-length skirts. They also wear their hair long, make it into braids, and entwine dark blue or colourful cloth turbans. 8. Pumi men usually wear ramie shirts With buttons arranged diagonally on the right front, loose trousers and white sheepskin vests. Some also wear overcoats made of "pulu". Women's dress and adornment varies in different areas. In the Lanping and Weixi regions, women wear white short blouses with buttons arranged diagonally on the front and dark brown embroidered vests. They also wear trousers and blue or black cloth turbans. In the Ninglang and Yongsheng regions, women wear hemmed blouses With buttons arranged diagonally on the right front and drape sheepskin capes. They also wear white pleated skirts and use broad colourful cloth as their waistbands.

  • 상품자산(Commodity Asset)은 주식, 채권과 같은 전통자산의 포트폴리오의 안정성을 높이기 위한 대체투자자산으로 자산배분의 형태로 투자되고 있지만 주식이나 채권 자산에 비해 자산배분에 대한 모델이나 투자전략에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 최근 발전한 기계학습(Machine Learning) 연구는 증권시장의 투자부분에서 적극적으로 활용되고 있는데, 기존 투자모델의 한계점을 개선하는 좋은 성과를 나타내고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 기계학습의 한 기법인 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 이용하여 상품자산에 투자하는 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 기계학습을 활용한 상품자산에 관한 기존 연구는 주로 상품가격의 예측을 목적으로 수행되었고 상품을 투자자산으로 자산배분에 관한 연구는 찾기 힘들었다. SVM을 통한 예측대상은 투자 가능한 대표적인 4개의 상품지수(Commodity Index)인 골드만삭스 상품지수, 다우존스 UBS 상품지수, 톰슨로이터 CRB상품지수, 로저스 인터내셔날 상품지수와 대표적인 상품선물(Commodity Futures)로 구성된 포트폴리오 그리고 개별 상품선물이다. 개별상품은 에너지, 농산물, 금속 상품에서 대표적인 상품인 원유와 천연가스, 옥수수와 밀, 금과 은을 이용하였다. 상품자산은 전반적인 경제활동 영역에 영향을 받기 때문에 거시경제지표를 통하여 투자모델을 설정하였다. 주가지수, 무역지표, 고용지표, 경기선행지표 등 19가지의 경제지표를 이용하여 상품지수와 상품선물의 등락을 예측하여 투자성과를 예측하는 연구를 수행한 결과, 투자모델을 활용하여 상품선물을 리밸런싱(Rebalancing)하는 포트폴리오가 가장 우수한 성과를 나타냈다. 또한, 기존의 대표적인 상품지수에 투자하는 것 보다 상품선물로 구성된 포트폴리오에 투자하는 것이 우수한 성과를 얻었으며 상품선물 중에서도 에너지 섹터의 선물을 제외한 포트폴리오의 성과가 더 향상된 성과를 나타남을 증명하였다. 본 연구에서는 포트폴리오 성과 향상을 위해 기존에 널리 알려진 전통적 주식, 채권, 현금 포트폴리오에 상품자산을 배분하고자 할 때 투자대상은 상품지수에 투자하는 것이 아닌 개별 상품선물을 선정하여 자체적 상품선물 포트폴리오를 구성하고 그 방법으로는 기간마다 강세가 예측되는 개별 선물만을 골라서 포트폴리오를 재구성하는 것이 효과적인 투자모델이라는 것을 제안한다.
