유연 관절 매니퓰레이터의 자기 구성 퍼지 제어 (Self-Organizing Fuzzy Control of a Flexible Joint Manipulator)

  • The position control of flexible joint manipulator is investigated by applying the self-organizing fuzzy logic controller (SOC) proposed by Procyk and Mamdani. The SOC is a heuristic rule-based controller and a further extension of an ordinary fuzzy controller, which has a hierachy structrue which consists of an algorithm being identical to a fuzzy controller at the lower ollp and a learning algorithm accomodating the performance evalution and rule modification function at the upper ollp. This form of control can be used in those complex systems which have been too difficult to control or which in the past have had to rely on the experience of a human operator. Even though the significant dynamic coupling of the motors and links on the flexible joint manipulator, the performance of command-following is good by applying the proposed SOC.

  • A robust fuzzy self-organizing controller(SOC) is proposed for an environmental temperature chamber. Although fuzzy SOC can improve the performance of nonlinear system, the controller is ineffective to solve the performance degradation owing to the time varying factors. In this paper, we construct the fuzzy SOC with a predictive scheme based on the 386PC. The usefulness of the proposed scheme is shown through the comparison of the PI controller and the fuzzy controller.

  • In this paper, a self-organizing fuzzy logic controller with hybrid structure is proposed. The structure of the proposed method is composed of a basic fuzzy logic controller and the FARMA SOC(Fuzzy Autoregressive Moving Average Self-organizing Controller). The self-organizing cntroller with hybrid structure has advantage over the FARMA controller as follows. The proposed controller improves poor performance due to the lack of I/O data to calculate predictive output. I executed some computer simulations on the regulation problem of an inverted pendulum system and compared the results of the proposed method with those of the FARMA SOC method.

  • A new Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) called a Gradient-Descent Based Self-Organizing Controller is presented. The Self-Organizing Controller(SOC) has two inputs such as error and change of error, and updates control rules with monitoring a performance measure. There are many works in the SOC which concentrate on the self-organizing ability in control rule base, but have a few research on the performance measure which is akin to sliding mode control. With this procedure, we can get a robust performance measure on the SOC. To verify the perfomance of proposed controller, we have performed for the cart-pole system which is one of the well-known benchmark problem in the control literature.

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템 파라미터의 변호가 있는 경우에 수렴성이 떨어지는 FARMA 자기구성 퍼지제어기의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 수렴성을 평가하여 제어입력을 보상하는 상위 계층이 있는 자기구성 퍼지제어기를 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 하위계층에서 FARMA 자기구성퍼지제어기, 상위계층에서는 조정자가 시스템의 수렴성을 평가하여 수렴성이 저하되는 것이 감지되면 출력 오차와 오차 변화율에 따라 구성된 보상표에 의하여 보상 제어입력을 구해 더해주므로써 수렴성을 개선시키도록 하였다. 도립진자 시스템에서 시스템 파라미터의 변화가 있는 경우에 대해 컴퓨터모사한 결과 제안한 방법이 FARMA 자기구성 퍼지제어기에 비하여 응답특성이 개선됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • The design and implementation of a fuzzy self-organizing controller for an environmental temperature chamber is discussed. The chamber is a non-linear, time-variant system with delay-time and dead-time. And the parameter tuning is required in PI control when the performance degraded. However the proposed fuzzy-SOC monitors the performance of the process. modifies the data base, and performs the delay-time compensation based on the idealized process model. A series of experiments was performed for the conventional PI and the fuzzy-SOC. These experimental results show the usefulness of the fuzzy-SOC.

  • The rule bases self organizing controller(SOC) has one of its main advantages in the fact that there is no need to have a mathematical description of the system to be controlled. In this controller, the rules are linguistics statements expressed mathematically through the concepts of fuzzy sets and correspond to the actions a human operator would take when controlling a given process. With this controller, we have performed to sight stabilization system, and we realize that it needs a scale factor tuning. The self tuning controller(STC) uses an instantaneous system fuzzy performance which can give an inspection to the scale factor. Therefore, the STC can compensate the scale factor when it is not adequately tuned. With this trial, we shows that STC can give a good transient characteristics in the nonlinearity which imposed basically in the conventional servo system.

  • In this paper, we design the fuzzy logic controller(FLC) for a nonlinear multivariable steam generating unit. Based on the knowledges of operator, the self-organizing controller(SOC) - a kind of FLC - is developed and tested. Both FLC and SOC based on linguistic rules have the advantages of not needing of some exact mathematical model for plant to be controlled. Beside, the SOC modifies the existing control rules by monitoring the control performance. The computer simulations have been carried out for the 200MW steam generating unit to show the usefulness of the proposed method and the effects of disturbances and parameter variations are considered.

  • A fuzzy logic controller with rule modification capability is proposed to overcome the difficulty of obtaining control rules from the human operators. This new SOC algorithm modifies control rules by a fuzzy inference machine utilizing data base. Computer simulation results show good performances on both a linear system and a nonlinear system.

  • FA의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle)의 역할 또한 중요시되고 있다. 본 논문은 인공지능의 여러 방법론을 통합하여 하이브리드 형태의 제어기가 가질 수 있는 상호 보완적인 특징을 이용하여 자기 조직이 가능한 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 퍼지 제어기로써 능동적이고 효과적인 AGV 제어기를 구성한다. 자기 조직이 가능한 퍼지 제어기를 구성하기 위하여 GA(Genetic Algorithm)를 사용하여 맴버쉽 함수와 제어 규칙을 최적에 근사하게 튜닝하였으며 제어 규칙의 자기 수정 또는 생성을 통하여 제어 성능을 향상시킨다.
