재구성 가능한 시스템 칩 테스트 제어기술의 개발 (Development of Simple Reconfigurable Access Mechanism for SoC Testing)

  • 여러 개의 IP 코아로 구성된 SoC(System-on-a-Chip)를 위해, 테스트 래퍼와 스캔 체인의 다양한 연결구성이 가능한 테스트 기술이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 테스트 래퍼와 스캔 체인을 효과적으로 재구성하며 테스트 할 수 있는 새로운 SoC 테스트 접근 기법을 소개한다. IEEE 1149.1 및 P1500 기반의 테스트 래퍼를 위해 테스트 래퍼 제어기인 WCLM(Wrapped Core Linking Module)과, WCLM과 맞물려 코아 내부의 스캔 체인에 효과적으로 접근 가능한 TAM(Test Access Mechnism) 구조를 제안한다.

  • With the increase of track density, high rotational speed and the compatibility for various media such as CD-ROM, CD-R/RW, DVD-ROM/RAM/RW etc. in optical disk drive, the effective anti-vibration design is so crucial for robust operaton. Especailly when the drive is self-excited by unbalanced disk, internal sled base vibration and its external transmission to the case bring about so severe problem. Generally these two consideration points the practical anti-vibration design process to control thses two conflictive properties using finite element analysis. As an example of the design process, Duro 25 and 40 visco-elastic rubber mount was selected and analyzed. The stiffness obtained from FEM rubber model was well matched with the experiments. Also it was confirmed that the internal and external vibration induced from unbalanced disk have good agreement with experimental results. The proposed design process is adopted to the slim-type optical disk drive.

임상 치과위생사의 직무배태성, 조직시민행동 및 이직의도와의 관련성 (Relationships between job embeddedness, organizational citizenship behavior, and turnover intention in clinical dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: This study presents job embeddedness as the principal factor that reduces turnover intention of clinical dental hygienists. The study also promotes the utilization of job embeddedness for efficient human management in dental organizations. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 200 dental hygienists from June 1 to July 15, 2019. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. An independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Scheffe post-hoc test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were employed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: The dental hygienists scored 3.25 points for job embeddedness, 3.81 points for organizational citizenship behavior, and 3.40 points for turnover intention. The variables that influenced their turnover intention were those related to job embeddedness. These factors showed 24.6% variance among the dental hygienists. Conclusions: Efficient human management of clinical dental hygienists requires increased interaction and compatibility within dental organizations. It is also necessary to create a variety of benefits and support systems.

  • In this report, nano-sized catalysts were introduced onto fabric surface to eliminate toxic chemicals assisted by physical adsorption. For chemical removal of toxic compounds, a series of zirconium-containing catalysts were synthesized and treated on fabric to catalyze the hydrolysis and oxidation of target molecules. Antimicrobial was also introduced for the research purpose to prove the compatibility of as-synthesized catalysts with other solutions. Zirconium ligated with hydroxyl group and MOF(Metal-Organic Frameworks) were exploited as catalyst for removal of toxic compounds, while zinc complex was used for an antimicrobial to culminate in a chemical shield. Once fabrics were functionalized, fabrics were washed 2 or 5 times for a washing durability test. The amount of catalyst in textile were measured by ICP-MS and weight increasing ratio of fabrics.

인터넷전문은행 수용 의도와 저항에 관한 연구: 소비자, 혁신, 환경 특성을 중심으로 (Consumers' acceptance and resistance to virtual bank: views of non-users)

  • Convergence between technology and financial services is ubiquitous and widespread. Virtual banks represent an important aspect of financial markets that can generate value added for consumers and enhance the quality of financial services. This study explores the effect of innovation characteristics (relative advantage, compatibility, and perceived risk), consumer characteristics (status quo bias), and social mechanisms (network externality: complementarity, numbers of peers) on consumers' adoption intention and resistance to virtual banks. This study adopted an innovation resistance model with two dependent variables: adoption intention and resistance to virtual banks. An online self-administered survey was conducted and 532 or non-users of virtual banks aged 20 to 69 years old were analyzed. Frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression indicated that status quo bias, relative advantage, perceived risk, complementarity, and number of peers insignificantly influence the adoption intention regarding virtual banks. Furthermore, status quo bias, relative advantage, perceived risk, and number of peers insignificantly influence the resistance to virtual banks. Female respondents have a lower adoption intention and higher resistance to virtual banks than male respondents. The findings suggest that the innovation resistance model can be useful in understanding consumers'adoption and resistance behavior as well as reveal that innovation characteristics, consumer characteristics, and social mechanism are important antecedent variables of the innovation adoption decision.

패턴전사프린팅용 고분자 복제 소재 연구 (A Study on Polymer Replica Materials for Nanotransfer Printing)

  • For the past several decades, various next-generation patterning methods have been developed to obtain well-designed nano-to-micro structures, such as imprint lithography, nanotransfer printing (nTP), directed self-assembly (DSA), E-beam lithography, and so on. Especially, nTP process has much attention due to its low processing cost, short processing time, and good compatibility with other patterning techniques in achieving the formation of high-resolution functional patterns. To transfer functional patterns onto desirable substrates, the use of soft materials is required for precise replication of master mold. Here, we introduce a simple and practical nTP method to create highly ordered structures using various polymeric replica materials. We found that polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polystyrene (PS), and polyvinylpyridine (PVP) are possible candidates for replica materials for reliable duplication of Si master mold based on systematic analysis of pattern visualization. Furthermore, we successfully obtained well-defined metal and oxide nanostructures with functionality on target substrates by using replica patterns, through deposition and transfer process. We expect that the several candidates of replica materials can be exploited for effective nanofabrication of complex electronic devices.

Alexa, Please Do Me a Favor: Motivations and Perceived Values Involved in Using AI Assistant

  • AI assistant, a software interface designed to interact with a user in a natural way and perform specific tasks on the user's behalf, receives increasing attention from both scholars and practitioners. While most of the literatures explain about technical aspects, little is known about the social and psychological factors that intimately influence consumers when using it. This study sheds light on the reason people use AI assistant and how perceived values influence on intention of continuous usage. A total of 361 AI assistant users participated in an online survey, and all were recruited from a major online panel in South Korea. The results from the principal component analysis suggest five social and psychological motives: self-expression, quality of life, entertainment, information, and compatibility. In addition, perceived values, informativeness, entertainment, and trustworthiness, positively predict the intention to use AI assistant. This research provides theoretical contributions from finding motivations of AI assistant usage and from the effects of perceived values on the intention to use it. Practical implications should not be overlooked in this ever-expanding AI industry.

A Mixed-Method Approach to Explore the Motivations and Constraints of Kiosks Consumers

  • Providing services using kiosks is actively carried out between suppliers and consumers. These service processes have recently begun to play a dominant role in transactions. However, previous self-service technology (SST) studies or kiosks have not fully reflected the changing environment surrounding these different technologies. To cover the updated business environments, we combined qualitative and quantitative research methods. Through qualitative research and a review of previous studies, the variables emphasized as motivations and constraints for kiosks use and those that can be newly illuminated were selected for this study. We then applied the variables to the research model to assess their influence. In terms of the motivations for using kiosks, the results suggest that perceived usefulness and compatibility as service quality, forced use, and perceived service providers' efficiency as provider polices, absorptive capacity, and habit as an individual characteristic and social influence as a subjective norm have a significant effect on the attitude toward kiosks. In terms of constraints, difficult to use and need for interaction predicts the attitude toward kiosks. Attitude toward kiosks, perceived behavioral control, and social influence are directly related to the intention to use kiosks. Lastly, intention to use kiosks plays a significant role as an antecedent of revisit intention. Using these empirical results, we propose both academic and practical implications for future kiosks use.

자가 중합 복합 레진과 두 단계 산 부식 접착제의 친화성에 대한 중간 접착제와 흐름성 레진의 효과 (EFFECT OF AN INTERMEDIATE BONDING RESIN AND FLOWABLE RESIN ON THE COMPATIBILITY OF TWO-STEP TOTAL ETCHING ADHESIVES WITH A SELF-CURING COMPOSITE RESIN)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 자가 중합복합 레진과 두 단계 산 부식 접착제의 친화성에 대한 중간 접착제와흐름성 레진의 효과를 미세 인장 결합 강도를 통해 비교하는 것이었다. 20개의 발거된 대구치를 사용해 접착제와 부가적인 적용(활성제, 중간 접착제, 흐름성 레진)에 따라 XP bond 그룹 (XA, XB, XF 그룹), Prime & Bond NT 그룹 (NA, NB, NF 그룹), Optibond solo plus 그룹 (OA, OB OX 그룹)으로 나누었다. 접착제 적용 후 활성제, 중간 접착제, 흐름성 레진을 각각 적용하고 상부에 자가 중합 레진을 축성하였다. 24시간 동안 실온의 증류수에 보관 후 각 그룹당 10개의 시편을 준비하였다. 모든 시편의 미세인장 결합 강도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 모든 그룹에서 중간 접착제와 흐름성 레진의 적용은 활성제 적용보다 더 높은 결합 강도를 보였다. 2. 선택된 방법에 관계없이, Optibond solo plus 그룹은 가장 낮은 미세인장 결합강도를 보였다. 3. 파절 양상은 대부분 접착성 파절을 보였고 일부 레진 내에서 응집성 파절을 보였다. 이번 연구의 결과로부터, 중간 접착제와 흐름성 레진의 적용이 낮은 pH를 가지는 두 단계 산 부식 접착제와 자가 중합복합 레진의 상아질 접착에 더 효과적이라 예상된다.

블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼 특성과 사용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Blockchain-Based Financial Platform and the Intention to Use)

  • 본 연구에서는 블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼의 이용자 특성과 기술적 특성이 금융 소비자의 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 영향 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험이 사용 의도에 어떠한 인과 관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 2021년 6월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 블록체인 기술이 접목된 금융 플랫폼을 사용한 경험이 있는 대상자를 표본으로 비대면 자기기입식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 187부로 연구를 진행하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중 회귀분석, 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계값의 유의 수준은 95% 미만으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용자 특성에서 혁신성과 유용성이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술적 특성에서 적합성과 신뢰성이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용자 특성과 사용 의도의 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기술적 특성과 사용 의도의 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 인증서 사용 경험에 따라 이용자 특성의 편재성, 기술적 특성의 적합성, 사용 의도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과가 사물인터넷을 기반으로 한 금융 플랫폼 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
