스포츠계열 대학생들의 핵심역량 평가에 따른 발전방안 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategies of University Students in Sports Colleges by Evaluating Core Competencies)

  • 이 연구는 국내 스포츠계열 대학생들이 인식하는 핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하여 향후 미래사회가 요구하는 방향으로 스포츠계열 학생들의 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 방향과 방법을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 309명의 스포츠계열 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠계열 대학생들이 인식하는 핵심역량의 중요도에서는 자기관리역량, 대인관계역량, 의사 소통능력, 종합적 사고력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 글로벌 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠계열 대학생들이 평가하는 자신들의 핵심역량 보유 실행도는 대인관계역량, 자기관리역량, 의사소통능력, 종합적 사고력, 글로벌 역량, 자원정보 기술 활용역량의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량의 중요도와 실행도의 차이는 모든 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 차이가 큰 영역은 종합적 사고력, 의사소통능력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 자기관리역량, 글로벌 역량, 대인관계역량의 순으로 나타났다. 스포츠계열 대학생들은 대인관계역량과 자기관리역량, 의사소통능력은 상대적으로 높이 평가한 반면 종합적 사고력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 글로벌 역량은 취약한 것으로 나타나, 이를 보완할 수 있는 교육과정의 변화를 통해 미래 사회가 요구하는 인재로 거듭날 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 대학은 교육과정의 혁신과 교수자의 역량 강화를 통해 경쟁력 있는 스포츠계열 인재를 양성하는 것이 필요하며, 이것이 곧 대학의 경쟁력 제고와 연결될 수 있음을 인식해야 한다.

간호대학생의 창의성에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Creativity in Nursing Students)

  • 임상현장에서 예측 불가능한 복합적인 문제를 해결해야 하는 간호사들은 다양한 핵심역량 중에서도 창의성을 함양하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 추후 전문직 간호사로써 역할을 수행해야하는 간호대학생의 창의성에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계분석 연구로, 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 D시의 일개 간호대학 209명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 창의성과 자기효능감(r=.374, p<.001), 사고력(r=347, p<.001), 학교환경 인식(r=.246, p<.001)은 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 간호대학생의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자기효능감(${\beta}=0.249$, p=.001), 사고력(${\beta}=0.152$, p=.043), 학교환경인식(${\beta}=0.188$, p=.005)이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 변수들의 창의력에 대한 설명력은 21.2%로 나타났다. 추후, 간호대학생의 창의성 개발을 위한 교육방법 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

의치 환자의 구강상태와 자가관리 인식 및 주관적 저작능력이 의치 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Oral health and self-management recognition of patients with dentures and subjective work ability effect of denture satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate self management and subjective chewing ability and provide the basic information to research of healthy life of old people from development of education and method for dental health of denture patient. Methods: From 15th or August to 15th of September in Daegu and Gyeong-buk, denture patients were targeted for a survey. Data from 295 people were analyzed. Results: Adjusted $R^2$ of oral health and denture satisfaction of an object of study increased to 24.9%(F=20.460, p<.001). Adjusted $R^2$ of denture custody and method of sterilization was 37.8% and Adjusted $R^2$ of recognition denture satisfaction of chewing effect was 14.4% which affect to most(F=9.274, p<.001). Conclusion: In conclusion denture condition, denture custody, method of sterilization, chewing effect influence oral health, healthy life of patients who have denture.

IC-PBL 기반의 패션 소비트렌드 분석 수업 개선 및 교육적 효과 (Improvement and Educational Effectiveness of Fashion Consumption Trend Analysis Class Based on IC-PBL)

  • With the development of information and communication technology, interest in new educational approaches that can enhance the learning performance of learners with improved information literacy skills is increasing, and universities are actively promoting educational innovation to foster the talents required by society. In the field of fashion studies education, which is closely related to the fashion industry, there is a strong need to develop field-linked educational programs that reflect the trends in the industry and changes in the educational system. The purpose of this study was to introduce industry-coupled problem-based learning (IC-PBL) to the course "Understanding Fashion Consumption Trends" for non-fashion majors to reflect the current needs and strengthen the educational effectiveness of the learners through a survey. A seven-step curriculum (introduction to the class, practitioner's problem, learner's problem analysis, organizing concepts related to variables, information collection and scenario writing, presentation and scenario proposal, and evaluation) not only enhanced learners' understanding of fashion consumption trends and the fashion industry but also greatly amplified learners' satisfaction with the class. The results of the survey showed that the seven-step curriculum was effective in increasing learners' self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability, and confidence in learning. Self-directed learning ability was stronger than other factors, consistent with the core principle of problem-based learning to empower learners to take the initiative and promote self-directed learning. Each factor analyzed was positively correlated.

간호대학생을 대상으로 표준화 환자를 활용한 고혈당 대상자 간호 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The development and effects of a nursing education program for hyperglycemia patient care using standardized patients for nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of a nursing education program for hyperglycemia patient care using standardized patients. Methods: This study used a nonequivalent control group pre-test and post-test non-synchronized design. A total of 50 senior university nursing students who had completed an adult nursing course participated in this study (experimental group, n=24; control group, n=26). This nursing education program was developed according to the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The collected data were analyzed using χ2 -test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, paired t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA. Results: Significant differences were shown between the experimental and control groups in clinical performance ability (F=277.41, p<.001), communication skills (F=47.18, p<.001), self-efficacy (F=3.81, p=.031), and learning satisfaction (t=2.25, p=.033). Problem-solving ability was not statistically significant between the groups. Conclusion: The nursing education program for hyperglycemia patient care using standardized patients was effective in improving nursing students' clinical performance ability, communication skills, and learning satisfaction. Therefore, it is proposed that the education program developed in this study be used as part of an education program to enhance nursing students' abilities in caring for hyperglycemia patients.

소도구를 활용한 신체활동이 만 3세 유아의 창의적 신체표현 능력과 신체적 자아개념 발달에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Physical Effort using Props on 3-year-old Children's Ability in relation to their Creative Physical Expression and Development of a Physical Self-concept)

  • This study proposes to find out what effects physical effort using props has on infants' ability in relation to their creative physical expression and physical self-concept. This study targets three-year-old preschoolers who attend S and T nursery, located in Yeonje, Busan, of which 16 belong to an experimental group. The research tools used in the study are the creative physical expression test by Kim Eun-Shim(1994), which is the modified version of Bae Hyun-Suck's testing tool(1990), and an altered version of the questionnaire focusing on physical self-concept by Whang Sun-Gack(2001). The experimental group is divided into a large and small sub-group and then physical activities involving props are done by these divided experimental groups once or twice a week for 12 weeks, while outdoor activities are carried out with the comparison group once or twice a week for 12 weeks. For both groups, a total of 20 experiments are done. To obtain answers to the research questions, an individual version of the T-test is conducted using means and standard variations of the experimental and comparison groups. The results of this study are as follows : 1) the physical efforts of the experimental group using props reaped more positive effects as regards creative physical expression than the comparison group, 2) the positive effect on the participants' physical self-concept is also more evident in the case of the experimental group.

중도입국 청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 보호요인과 위험요인 분석: 보호요인의 조절효과 (Analysis of Protective Factors and Risk Factors Affecting School Adjustment of Immigrant Youths: Moderating Effect of Protective Factors)

  • 본 연구는 중도입국 청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는데 있어 위험요인에 대한 보호요인의 조절효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 전국다문화가족실태조사 대상 중 만 9~24세 청소년 자녀 6,079명 데이터에 가중치를 적용한 69,720명을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 중도입국 청소년의 위험요인인 차별경험, 학교폭력, 우울은 학교적응에 모두 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 보호요인인 부모관계, 자아존중감, 한국어 능력, 국적취득은 학교적응에 모두 정적인 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 중도입국 청소년의 학교적응에 있어 3개의 위험요인 가운데 우울을 조절하는 보호요인 중에는 자아존중감과 국적취득 변인, 학교폭력을 조절하는 보호요인은 부모관계, 자아존중감, 한국어 능력, 국적취득 변인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 중도입국 청소년에 대한 우울감소, 학력폭력 대처, 다양한 역량강화 프로그램 개발과 지원을 주요 사회복지적 실천방안으로 제시하였다.

코로나 19 상황에서 비대면 수업이 치위생과 학생들의 자기 주도적 학습능력 및 학습몰입이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of un-contact lecturess on dental hygiene and students' self-directed learning ability and learning immersion on major satisfaction in the COVID-19 situation)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 전공 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하여 비대면 수업 상황에서 치위생과 학생들이 인지하는 치위생 전공 교육에 적응하고 학업에 집중할 수 있도록 바람직한 비전을 제시하고자 한다. 자료 수집은 2021년 6월 20일부터 8월 19일까지 서울·충청·강원 지역 대학 치위생과 학생들을 편의표본추출 하였으며 자기기입식 설문법으로 작성하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 변수의 차이는 t-검정, 일원분산분석을 하였고, 사후검정은 Tukey로 검증하였다. 변수 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation을 하였고, 치위생과 학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 Multiple regression으로 하였다. 치위생과 학생의 자기 주도적 학습능력은 3.57점이었고, 학습몰입은 3.02점이었으며, 전공만족도는 3.54점이었다. 치위생과 학생들은 학년이 높고, 대학생활 만족도가 높을수록, 학습몰입과 자기 주도적 학습능력이 높을수록 전공만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 코로나 19로 어려운 여건 속에서 전공만족도 향상을 위해 체계적인 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

응급구조(학)과 학생의 응급환자평가 교육 전·후 비교 및 술기 수행 능력에 미치는 영향 (Comparison Before and After Emergency Patient Evaluation Education of Emergency Medical Technology Students and Its Effects on Their Technical Performance)

  • Purpose : This study compared before and after emergency patient evaluation education of the 1st graders at the department emergency medical technology(EMT) students, and analyzed its effects on patient evaluation ability after education. The aims of this study was to develop effective educational program and to provide basic materials for its educational method. Methods : This study was carried out by 66 first graders attending the department of emergency medical technology(EMT) at a college in G province and data were collected from Apr. 1 to 2, 2009. The questionnaire consisted of knowledge of emergent patient evaluation, academic self-efficacy, and technical performance after emergent patient evaluation education. We analyzed the influence of knowledge and academic self-efficacy on accurate technical performance with SPSS 14.0 version. Results : 1. In knowledge score, it was 9.27 before education and increased to 35.19 after education and that there was statistically significant difference. In academic self-efficacy, task difficulty preference scored 2.73 before education and 3.97 after education, self-control efficacy scored 2.84 before education and 4.05 after education, self-confidence scored 2.45 before education and 4.21 after education. There were statistically significant increases after education. Technical performance scored 0.00 before education, but it scored 18.78 after education and there was statistically significant increase after education. 2. In sex as one of general characteristics, self-confidence which was sub-factor of academic self-efficacy scored higher in male students(4.28) than in female students(4.10). There was statistically significant difference(p < 0.05). 3. Knowledge had positive correlation with self-control efficacy which was the sub-factor of academic self-efficacy(r = 0.249, p < 0.05) and self-confidence which is the sub-factor of academic self-efficacy had the positive correlation with technical performance(r = 0.258, p < 0.05). 4. Self-confidence which was the sub-factor of academic self-efficacy(B = 0.372, p < 0.05) had statistically significant influence on technical performance. ability of self-confidence to explain technical performance(R2) was 11.10%. Conclusion : From the results of this study, it is necessary that EMT students should learn professional first aid, accurate patient evaluation through self-efficacy development.

고령인구 비율이 높은 지역 장년, 노년층의 건강.영양상태 및 이에 영향을 미치는 인자에 관한 연구 - III. 농촌노인의 주관적 건강평가와 건강관련행동 및 식이섭취와의 관련성 - (Nutritional Status and Related Factors of the Elderly in Longevity Areas - III. Relation among Self-rated Health, Health-related Behaviors, and Nutrient Intake in Rural Elderly -)

  • The study aimed to identify major factors related to global self-rated health of the community-dwelling elderly people in rural areas. Interviews were conducted with 433 persons over 65 years of age. The socio-economic characteristics, chronic disease status, measures of functional and mental health, life satisfaction, health-related behaviors including smoking, drinking, exercise, social activity, dietary habit, and food intakes were analyzed to determine their influence on self-rated health index. Data on food intake were obtained through the 24-hour recall method. The self-rated health of rural elderly was poor or very poor as reported by 42.6% and 52.4% of the men and women, respectively. Poor self-rated health was found to be related to elderly aged $65{\sim}74$, female, absence of work, more chronic diseases, dependence on Instrumental Activity Daily Living (IADL), higher mental unhealthy days, lower current life satisfaction, less social activity, lower dietary habit scores, lower intake of total food, fruit, eggs, fishes & shell fishes, vitamin C (%RDA), and Nutrient Adequacy Ratio (NAR). The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that poor self-rated health index is significantly associated with more chronic diseases, mental unhealthy days, gastrointestinal disease, musculoskeletal disease, less social activity, and lower intake of fruits. The results also suggested that improving the nutritional status and functional ability, and reducing the burden of chronic diseases are beneficial to the self-rated health index of the elderly.
