The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital on job attitudes. For this purpose, the private security guards who were working at private security companies in Gyeonggi province from September to October, 2016 were selected as the population and the convenience sampling method was used for 310 persons. A total of 295 copies of the questionnaire were used for the final analysis, except for 15 questions that were answered in appropriately or were partially missing. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follows. First, the positive psychological capital of the private security guard has a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, the positive psychological capital of the private security guard has a positive(+) effect on job commitment. Third, job satisfaction of the private security guards has a positive(+) effect on job commitment. Fourth, job satisfaction is partly mediated in the relationship between positive psychological capital and job commitment. In summary, the positive psychological capital of the private security guard is an important variable that positively affects job satisfaction and job commitment, and the higher the job satisfaction of the private security guard, the higher the commitment to the job.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth factors of foreign private security and to propose a successful activation method through collaboration between Korea private security guard and Korean private security guard. The results of this study are as follows. First, we need to acknowledge the need for Korean - Chinese security activities in Korea. Secondly, analysis and research should be conducted to find out why Korean - Chinese security activities are needed in Korea. Third, it is necessary to improve the language ability as one of the efforts to escape the limited domestic security activities by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Korean - Chinese security activities it is difficult, it should be possible to select talented people who can speak language and to be able to work as a security guard. Fourth, it is urgent to improve the perception of Korean - Chinese in order to promote Korean - Chinese security activities and domestic security activities.

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction in applying platform business model to the site to facilitate the growth of a private security guard service according to the development phase of economy, The directions of platform business application to be suggested through the study method are as follows. First, ensuring publicness. It should be able to integrate the government's and private sector's ability to collect and impart information. Second, securing self-regulation. Self-regulation should be guaranteed in the limit not to abuse or misuse others' information in re-producing and using information on private safe management and public order. Third, ensuring access. Past safety management has been controlled by public order power such as nation, military and police power, but access should be made to be convenient between suppliers and demanders. Fourth, securing profitability. In conclusion, those supplying and consuming private security guard service should be able to get their wanted value and share economic profits.

This study is to investigate the relationship of the effect of the private security guard unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service. We extracted about 450 people examples after the Selection of the private security guard's in active service in Seoul in 2010, and totally 412 people examples were used. This study carried out factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and pass analysis using SPSSWIN 16.0. The followings are conclusions. First, unethical work ethic affects on job attitude partially. Namely, tampering with work and information leaks reduce job attitude. Also, information leaks increase company's turnover rate. Second, unethical work ethic has no effect on customer service. Third, job attitude affects on customer service partially. In other words, the organizational commitment improves the quality of service but decreases the customer-centered service. Fourth, unethical work ethic has an effect on job attitude and customer service indirectly.

In modern society, the enterprises or the public organization have devised consistent means and methods with keen competition in high intelligence, high specialization and high competition for surviving in the struggle for existence. In the rapidly changing modern society like that, guard services are not free any more in the simple business. It will be survived only with consistent self-development and various abilities. Recently, it is on a trend that the enterprise including venture business requires the man of ability having many-sided thought, knowledge and capacity. That is, the era of a man with multi-function has come. The guards engaged in their present posts have to make efforts self-development consistently. And they have to work for self-development with theoretical knowledge acquirement about the expert knowledge escaping from simple function and business. The constitution including universities that train the guard should not adjust to the demand of quantitative manpower required in the enterprise organization with the training of the guard with simple functions only. It needs settlement as a curriculum with technology like ideology and knowledge breaking from short curriculum centered on function only in order to come to stay the recognition about guard services as expert services that the industrial society requires. The education centered on simple function should be replaced in the use of a high school, private academy and special guard institution. In addition, it requires a quality as the auxiliary, division, decision-making and spokesman according to the business role. Also, it requires the martial arts capacity, the communicative capacity, the sports or reports capacity, the guard driving capacity, the policy and assistant capacity and the information and analysis capacity, etc in individual. Lastly, it need each guard's change of cognition most of all. As part of the guard's adaptive plan according to the social change, it was enumerated like the mentioned above. It is important for the guard to prepare for the change of era and to build up quality and capacity before anything else.

The article considers some issues of criminal law protection of information relations. With the emergence of new types of threats to Ukraine's national security in the field of protection and defense of the state border, the issues of development and strengthening of information protection become especially important. Proper compliance with information legislation also depends on the established responsibility for its violation, which rests on certain provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is stated that these norms are placed in different sections and do not have a proper systematization. The article singles out the subjects of information relations in the border area, which are subject to criminal law protection: persons who are not bound by stable relations with the SBGS (who cross the state border of Ukraine, etc.); persons who are members of the SBGS (servicemen and employees); SBGS as a public authority (official and secret information, information about the activities of the agency, its officials, etc.).

The value of Karatedo as security guard martial art can be categorized like following in connection with this point. The first one is value of defensive measure. Capitalism is based on a material desire of the human being. the social control of capital value and the management of capital ability reflects the actual condition of the capitalism well. Therefore capitalistic social system has offered both a positive factor 'growing' and 'richness' and that of a negative 'structural poverty' and 'lack of security' and they have been remaining the assignment of capitalism 'poverty' and 'security' by settlement in the society for a extremely phenomenon of both sides. The objective of this research is to build its study theory and establish its causal relation by illuminating for the social environment of capitalism for a private guard or a development background of the civil security contributing for citizen security, as well as gets the clue of the development possibility of the civil guard and escort field and the development of capitalism. Security situations are fundamentally and rapidly changing on the Korean Peninsula. Above all, as North Korea(NK) is heightening its nuclear and missile capabilities, Republic of Korea(ROK) is facing an existential threat. At the same time, as China's economic, diplomatic and military power is quickly rising, the balance of power is shifting and strategic competition between the Unite States(US) and China is accelerating in the Asia-Pacific region. Under the pressure of development of these situations, ROK seems to face allegedly the most serious crisis in its national security since the end of the Korean War. In the current grim geopolitical situation, maritime security may become the most difficult security challenge for ROK in the years to come. The purpose of this paper is to compare major changes in maritime security affairs of the ROK during last twenty years from 1998 until now(2018). 1998 was when this journal 『Strategy 21』 was published for the first time by the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy. Then, this paper tries to identify challenges and risks with which this country has to deal for its survival and prosperity, and to propose some recommendations for the government, the Navy, and the Coast Guard as they are responsible for the maritime security of the country. The recommendations of this paper are as follows: strengthen ROK-US alliance and expand security cooperation with regional powers in support of the maintenance of the current security order in the region; building-up of maritime security capacity in preparation for crisis on the maritime domain with the navy targeting to acquire 'a non-nuclear, balance-of-terror capability, to improve interoperability with the Coast Guard based on 'a national fleet,' and to actively pursue innovation in naval science and technology. Finally, this paper proposes that naval capability the country needs in another twenty years depends on how effectively and rigorously the navy put its utmost efforts towards building 'a strongest navy' today.
