In this study, the effects of a four-stage problem-solving strategy emphasizing planning and checking stages were investigated. Two high school classes (N=55) were randomly assigned to either treatment or control group, and taught about two topics, 'gas' and 'solution' for 8 class hours. Teacher used the four-stage problem-solving strategy emphasizing planning and checking stages in the treatment group, and used traditional lecture in the control group. Two-way ANCOVA results revealed that the test scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group in the problem-solving ability, especially in the subcategories of 'conceptual knowledge' and 'mathematical execution'. There was significant interaction between the instruction and the level of prior achievement in the 'satisfaction' of the learning motivation. The lower level students in the control group were more satisfied with chemistry class than those in the treatment group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the awareness of metacognition. Educational implications are discussed.
The effects of artificial intelligence technology is social science research as research on the impact on industry and changes in daily life, etc. This means that developing 'emotion AI' will prepare 'next-generation 3D-vector-sensitive AI'. This suggests the main keywords of the tertiary AI decision-making power. Particularly important results will be achieved because of the importance of current unethical learning and the implementation of decision-making systems that reflect ethical value judgments. This is a data based simulation, and required (1)Available data, (2)the technology for the goal of simulation. This takes into account the general content of the intended simulation based research. Currently, existing researches focus on meaningful research motivation, but this study presents the direction of technology. So, empirical analysis is consistent with the decision-making power of each country vs. new technology firms for AI on ehtic responsibility. As a result, there is a need for a concrete contribution and interpretation that can be achieved for the ethic Responsibility, on the technical side of AI / ML. In AI decision making, analytic power of human empathy should be included tech own trust.
In this study, we analyzed the change of teacher knowledge through task design in the teacher-researcher community focused on knowledge of students in the area of derivatives application. The following subjects were studied. First, we have analyzed the focus of the discussion related to teacher knowledge of students within the teacher-researcher community. Second, we have analyzed the change of teacher knowledge of students according to the focus. The results of this study are as follows. First, community member' different knowledge of students led the discussion on the task solving paths. The main focus of the discussion was the possibility in inducing responses and motivation. Second, the process of reviewing and evaluating task solving paths and reaching consensus led the improvement of teacher knowledge. Teachers and researchers led changes of teacher knowledge by sharing the knowledge based on previous research and experience, respectively. This ultimately shows the necessity of co-learning between teachers and researchers in teacher education.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of COVID 19. The effects of COVID 19 are grouped into 5; economic stress, mental stress, health stress, task concern, self-confidence. We introduce the concept of personal ambidexterity that is necessary power for cabin crews to provide appropriate and efficient service to passengers. Ambidexterity consists of exploiting existing resources to sustain and exploring the new including method of performing task, customer, market etc. The former is necessary to maintain present condition while the latter is necessary to prepare for the future. Also motive is considered as a stimulating factor for task. Previous studies show that motive affects ambidexterity and we try to analyze whether COVID 19 effects influence this relationship. Research design, data, and methodology: Considering the relationship between the variables, we designed to measure the influence of the effects of COVID 19 by analyzing the moderating effects of them. For empirical analysis we distributed survey questionnaire and collected. Total of 361 samples are used fo the analysis. For analysis program, SPSS version 23 was used. Regression analysis and moderating effect analysis were conducted. Results: Study results show that first, the variables of economic stress, mental stress, health stress, task concern, self confidence affects personal ambidexterity and service provision. Also ambidexterity affects service provision significantly. Among COVID 19 effects, economic stress, task concern, and self confidence has moderating effects. On the other hand, new work environment does not have moderating effect. Conclusions: In conclusion, the effects of COVID 19 are wide and various. Among them the most serious effect is that COVID 19 is depriving workers of self confidence and passion toward the work. To remedy stresses and restore self confidence and passion, each worker should make his/her own efforts, such as, learning more to become more competitive, also firms should do make efforts to protect employees and to rebuild trust between firm and employees in every respect. Especially firms should realize that economic stress can be treated by economic compensation as the situation turns to normal but trust as well as self confidence and passion is not easy to restore.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the development and application of strategies using fairy tales in elementary school science. For this study, many fairy tales were searched in terms of various characteristics and educational value of the tales. Five fairy tales were selected and reconstructed to suit the 'mirrors and lenses' unit of 5th graders' school science, and teaching strategies using the fairy tales were developed to be used in six lessons. To investigate the effects of instruction using fairy tales, pre/post tests for scientific attitude were administered. To analyze students' perception of their classes, a simple survey was administered through questionnaires. We found from this study that the students related the fairy tales with their own experiences and took an active part in the class that used them. Also, instruction using fairy tales had positive effects on their scientific attitude. Many students said that the science classes were interesting, and the method using fairy tales encouraged students to study hard as well as helped them to understand the context. It was concluded that instruction using fairy tales was an effective method in terms of enhancing learning motivation, encouraging more inquiries, more opportunities to apply the scientific concept, and more positive scientific attitude. We discussed the strategies using fairy tales for implementation in elementary science classes as well.
The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that are critical for successful scientific inquiry activity in the classroom and to analyze the students' abilities of 'Doing' scientific inquiry. Two hundred and forty gifted science students in grades $7^{th}$ and $8^{th}$ participated in this study and demonstrated their abilities of framing questions and designing investigation through a survey questionnaire. The survey was developed for measuring factors in terms of personal and interactive variables that are needed for 'Doing' a successful scientific. Additionally, two other questionnaires were developed to measure students' abilities of framing testable questions and designing the investigation in a sequence. The results were as follows: Students' learning motivation factors as personal variable (self-confidence about group and inquiry activity, views about inquiry value) also considered as influential for students' group inquiry activity. Other four components of interactive variable (grouping, kinds of task, physical context, and teachers' role) were found to be influential in successful students' 'Doing' group inquiry activity. In students' evaluation of group inquiry activity, the grouping factor was the most critical one for a successful 'Doing' inquiry activity. Participating students showed some level of inability of in the process of framing inquiry question and designing investigation.

The purpose of this study is to identify the formation and evolution patterns of a trading zone and to explore the difficulties teachers experience in the trading zone and their perceptions of the experience. Seven teachers involved in the 'STEAM Teacher Community' in a middle school located in the southern part of South Korea participated in this study. Participant observation and in-depth interviews were carried out, and reflective essays were collected for analysis. The results show that teachers successfully formed a trading zone to share their expertise when they developed teaching materials for the convergence of different subject matters. Moreover, such a trading zone evolved in the order of pre-trading zone, trading zone under elite control, trading zone with boundary object, and trading zone of shared mental model. The difficulties teachers experienced in the trading zone were categorized under the difference of culture and opinion across subject matters, the lack of motivation for convergence, the hegemony of convergence and far-fetched factors for convergence, and difficulty of communication due to jargons. Also teachers in this study experienced perceptual changes in the trading zone. The trading zone model drawn from the results of this study bring forth implications for voluntary teachers' learning community activity for the convergence of different subject matters.
